(( Me smart but me always ends up causing all the trouble. )) "She is so impatient, isn't she? Just like her mama," Farrah said with a smile, thought she wasn't sure if the others could see it through all the bluster. "It's going to get her into trouble one day," she said, meaning it with all she had in her, but still with a smile. The group of three older varg kept walking, but Farrah saw no Fenore. "Uh...Mist? That kid I was supposed to be watching...um...where'd she go?" Before the words had even left her mouth, Mist was off. A faithful grandmother she was, battling against the storm to find the young one... Farrah lost site of her altogether, but soon, she thought she heard voices...

The young puffball of Deor looked up at her mother and aunt talking as she remained close to her grandmother. "Sorry for running off Grandmother...I just was...excited to get going" she smiled weakly and wagged her tail hoping for Mist's forgiveness. Also that of her mother who would be cross but hoped that she wouldn't be hard on her because she learned never to run off like that when no one else was following....also in such conditions.
The she-whelp looked up at her aunt and mother as they approached them eyes half closed to shield them from the blinding snows which still whipped and tore at their fur.

Head lowered and eyes half shut against the wind Mist looks at her granddaughter and smiles, showing her forgiveness. "I love you, Fenni, and the only reason I would be angry is because I was worried. But now that I know you're safe and most likely have learned your lesson, I forgive you will all my heart and no hesitation." Turning from Fenore she nods at her daughter's words. "Aye, it is time for us to get there... this storm doesn't look like it will end any time soon and we must be there by nightfall..." Her unspoken words seem to hang heavily on the shrill air and urges the others to move.
Leading the way Mist tries to move as fast as possible while making sure none of the others get lost on the way. After a bare stretch over a small plain she starts to get anxious and hesitates more than once, but breathes a sigh of relief as they reach the end and she spots a fallen tree. Nodding in satisfaction she turns to the others and raises her voice so it is able to be heard above the howl of the wind. "I know where we are, and we do not have much farther to go." She hopes her words have the element of encouragement needed because she feels herself getting weary and from the stance of the others can tell that they are as well.
((eh, shortness.... sorry))
