Kaon glared at his father. He had caught the scowl, and thought it out of place. The only thing keeping him from attacking the Drappa was the fact that she was his mate. Koan's resentment flared, and the streak of Huts in him growled at the injustice of it all. He had no right to give him that look, none in the world. The snarl began to creep onto his face, but he quashed it. The last thing he wanted was to be humiliated at this point. While his father could let things slid when alone, he highly doubted that in public he would allow anyone, even his own son to disrespect him. "Ah, the mighty Dragga graces us with his presence." he growled quietly.

[glow=black,2,3] Shakó tightened up on seeing Kairi's reaction to Cwen, but inside he was cheering for her. He knew Kairi was taking the change hard, after all, she had grew up in these lands. shako, however, had always reffered to this place as 'home,' and was, too, still getting used to the changes. But he knew that he never could fully get over losing his father, and Ge-Rad to him, and perhaps Kairir, would never be the same.
At the sound of a fimiliar voice, Shako turned to see Lydiar, and waggged his tail pleasingly. His fading grey lips curved into a smile. "Glad to see you, Lydiar!"
Shakó's attention was once again turned to his sister. Kairi had caved and exepted her Drappa, which filled Shakó with a scence of comfort that Kairi was atleast willing to obay Cwen.
Then a white female appeared, her chest drapple with an orange hue, he knew this female. "Yelae!" he called out, his gold orbs glittering. he padded towards her, his tail high and wagging. "It's nice to see you here!" he smiled. For it was him who led Yelae here in the first place.
But Shakó's for stiffened to the sight of his new Dragga, Draeg. Shakó let his tail fall, but only lowered his head, maybe an inch. It wasn't the propper way to greet his Dragga, but Shako wasn't sure of what to think of Draeg. After all, his father was goin to fight him, to the death. that made Shako a bit upset, but at the same time, conused of how he should view the new Dragga. After all, he will always be loyal to Bryr, and loyal to his pack. But his Dragga and Drappa? Cwen, he had no problem with, it's Draeg he was unsure of.[/glow]

Kairi scowled, her lips still twitching as her back legs pulled back wanting to forever spring at the silver fae. Kairi might have been younger but her agility and through her traveling she had become stronger, a fit warrior though of course as with every wolf, none was perfect.
She gripped the ground, her talons scorching the soft earth wishing it were the drappa's flesh that her claws were so tenderly inflicting.
So you might snarl at the fact that the crimson fae be thinking of such intentions towards her drappa. But perhaps if they had met before she had overtaken ge rad, then perhaps they would have fit together, like the form of two peas in a pod. For both were cunning and ferocious, and had the spirit to never back down fro ma fight. Yet the story had not played out that way and every plot had its twist. The drappa had taken over the youngster's home and in so they had turned what could have possibly been good acquaintances into a knowing of fury.
Kairi looked up to the Drappa, her eyes unblinking as she sneered at the ruby coated varg. Kairi smirked and her legs found bounty. Her body raised as she grew to her full height, the tips of her ears just reaching the tip of Cwen's muzzle in altitude. Kai shook out her fur, her silver blue eyes looking out at the rest of the pack, the drappa might be able to subdue her but Kairi would not let any other fae or Mann make her kneel before them, Her tail whisked to the side and she gave a growl before turning to watch an coal colored male varg pad towards them. His eyes were pinned at the Drappa and a look of resentment that was as much the same as Aurora Kai's Kari looked at him wondering who he was. But at the speech of the drappa, kairi turned and merely gave her a scowl. She then turned her curiosity back upon the male. Kairi cocked her head. The male was the son of the dragga? Kairi blinked. this family was more twisted then she though. And to think she had no idea that Draeg had another mate. Kairi grinned her tail flickering when the steps of another came to be. She watched the male, with wry eyes. So this was the one who took away her father's pack?
Kairi growled as he turned to her and began to speak. But Kairi did not flinch. "I'm sorry Dragga but you have mistaken for my place is here. Right where I stand. " she spoke without a withering vocal. Her eyes stood strong and shone brightly. " I could Dragga, but i cannot show respect for one who has not shown me what to respect ones self for." she explained rationally, an eyebrow raised in questioning. Kairi gave a half hearted chuckle, her eyes sharp with cunning, "Yes I am quite acquaintances with the fact that my Father no longer presses his paws upon y family's territory.Yet, I hope you know that i had already made up my decision long before you had laid one claw in my Father's pack lands. The choice to stay. So perhaps Dragga that you accept the fact that this wide eyed femmora is not removing her body from this packlands..liek it or not,Sir" she said her silver blue eyes searching and waiting, half expecting and ready for the Dragga to lunge at her. But in time he did not. the amber dragga had only continued what the femme continued, with the introductions.
Kairi let her tail flicker and then turned when she heard a femme scream out her brothers name. Kairi saw the fae and half heartedly rolled her eyes. Never did she know that her brother was so popular. So it seemed that she was the ugly duckling among st the hatchlings of beautifully spawned.
(yeah it ended funny but i had to go)) .

Uskiya settled down slightly as what appeared to be the argument between Cwen and Kairi had smoldered for the moment, a new varg came into the small circle and introduced himself as Koan, the name sounded slightly familar to the gray fae but she wasn't sure. As Cwen seemed to be settling herself down and asking questions of the vargs the Dragga came in. Uskiya knew Draeg, only slightly though, she had spoken with him in asking to be accepted into the pack, apparently there was something between him and Cal but she knew not what it was. Speaking of her mate, he was nowhere tobe found, probably off doing some traveling. Uskiya rolled her eyes but turned back to Draeg and dipped her muzzle in hello. Her gaze fell beyond him as she looked to another varg new to the pack, apparenly Shako knew her but Uskiya did not. Which was to be expected, her attention was snapped back when her Dragga spoke to Kairi. Obviously asking her to respect her Drappa, and Kairi, though Uskiya couldn't truly blame her felt she couldn't until she knew why to respect the Drappa. The fae did not agree with the way Kairi went about this but she knew little of what truly happened. In Uskiya's point of view it was best for her to stay passive, at least until she grew more comfortabl with her pack. When the newest varg spoke she introduced herself as Yelae. Uskiya smiled, and then looked back to her Dragga and Drappa. "Iam the pack nurse." She said, not saying her name because most of the vargs knew her name allready. " My name's Uskiya." She added quickly after and a little quietly. Her golden orbs shied from the others until she rested them on Lydair, she smiled to her and her tail wagged. Lydair was becoming Uskiya's first real friend, and hopefully not her last.

The young male was growing tired of all the power playing and such that was going on. There was no reason for him to sit through his father and his ...mate's displays of strength. Most of these wolves had been here longer then Koan had been alive, and he knew it. They had every right to be angery, escpecially this Kairi, as the former Dragga had been her father.
He turned away with a sigh, glancing about the gathering once more. His eyes caught on cyan orbs, and he felt for a moment, frozen. He gzed upon her ebon and snow peltage, and found himself once again scanning those eyes. They were deep, holding a sort of fire and vibrance that spoke of untold wisdom. His whole form felt shock flood though. She was beautiful, yes, but how could he even have stirrings of feeling this short of a time after Huts' death? He tried to shrug it off, but his eyes just kept slipping back to her muzzle and eyes.

Ah! So he did see her. "Shako!" she yelps, looking at him with her odd-coloured eyes. "Its so wonderful to see you again! This pack is wonderful!" she grins, then blushes under her white fur, feeling slightly as though she was acting foolish.
"I finally feel as though I belong, no one knows why I was shunned from my pack, and nor are they superstitious fools as my old pack was..." she shakes her head sadly, trying to sound happy. "Its nice to see you as a packmate, and not only friend. Though, you will be my first friend...Perhaps you could introduce me to the members when you have the chance..."

Cal moved through the trees to where the others are, staring at the large group, he wasn't sure if he wanted to make his appearance or not. Keeping his skills to be unseen, yellow optics stared at them. Seeing his own mate there, the brown he-varg could only smile and stepped from his hiding place. "Well well well, it does seem a little crowded here." said Cal loudly. "It's great to see everyone here." Smiling as he padded closer to the group, dipping his head down slightly to show respect for his alphas. Seeing his mate, he gave an excited little yip before going to her and giving her a lick and a nuzzle. "How are things going?" whispered Cal. Turning to face the others, he smiled warmly to Lydair and Shako. "Of course it's always a pleasure to see you two again. I hope that you're both well" His expression darkened a bit however when he turned to Kairi. Cal had met her before of course, though their little metting didn't go very well. Disliking her smugness, and he just heard her disrespect their new Alphas. Though he couldn't really blame her since she was the daughter of the previous alphas. But one should when or when not to open their mouth. Giving her a small nod, and wheeling around to face Koan and Yelae. "And who might you two be? I am Cal by the way, Emissary of this pack and always a pleasure to meet my own packmates."
(I'll make this short because I want to meet everyone)

"It is a pleasure meeting you as well, Cal," she says, testing his name on her tongue. Unsure how to reacte, she bobbed her head respectfully. It was a long, two years since she was a part of a pack, and it was hard remembering everything. She was treated like a Sikla, anyway, so it mattered not, for all her old mates would avoid her.
"I am Yelae, a scout of this nobel pack. It feels wonderful to be part of a pack that accepts my presence," she adds thoughtfully. Her hear thumped, remembering the way Shako greeted her, and this made her warm. She looks happily at Cal once again, her tail wagging slightly. "I do hope that I get a chance to meet everyone in this pack. It appears as though our Dragga and Drappa know what they are doing..." she trails off, eyes wandering again as she takes in the pack, looking at Lydiar, then to Koan, to her Dragga and Drappa, and finally resting her eyes on Shato, before turning back to Cal.
"Once again, it is a pleasure being in your presence."

Koan's gaze finally was wrenched away from the fae who somehow held him captive without speaking to him. His revire broken, he looked at Cal with his amber optics. "Koan. I'm Draeg's son." he said, quietly. He eyed the new fae slightly, amused by her apparent politeness. She sounded as he had when he had first met Draeg. Now though... Koan had no qualms about being rude at times. Huts had knocked some of his politeness out.
He turned back towards the rest of the group, his eyes scanning. The new two were Yelae and... well, whoever the male was. That left Kai, Cwen, Draeg, Shako, and that intriguing fae with the blue eyes. Blue didn't seem to do them justice though... he shook the thoughts away, lest any see him staring. He reminded himself that he should be mourning, not beginning to look at ever beauty that crossed his path.
But maybe he needed to think elsewhere. Koan gave himself a mental cuff, and decided this: Since his mind was not going to just forget the unknown blue-eyes, he would make a point of speaking to her, sometime soon.

And so forth came the son of Draeg. Only once had she met the sorrowful youth, and that was during the time of Huts’ diminish and death. He had stuck by her wilting form till her last breathe, and it saddened Cwen for knew what it was he wanted. To live the life of a varg with the one he’d loved. She knew that he hated her for what had happened to Huts…and as much as she blamed herself, she still had that same blame for Draeg more – and knowing that he too blamed his fiery father was enough to make it fair. Growling deeply as he spoke, she nodded to him and then peered to the others. He may have hated her and she was unsure of him – but so long as he kept his tongue behind his teeth, then she had no reason to snap. The sudden appearance of Draeg startled Cwen and her wide-eyed grey gaze snapped towards him swiftly. Raising a brow as he chuckled cheerfully at his comment, she sneered at him and nipped his muzzle with slight affection. “Well then they’ll just be getting used to the real me won’t they now Draeg?” she sniggered back, flicking her tail in consideration.
And still, the sound of another reached her perked auds and Cwen observed the pearly white faemme who streaked through the group and sat promptly by Shakó’s side. Chuckling lightly at the youth’s antics, the silver Drappa merely nodded back at Yelae and smiled softly. The fae was still young and reaching adolescence. She had no reason to snap at the newest Ge-Rad member – and therefore she never. Flicking an aud, Cwen turned and listened to Draeg as he snapped at Kairi for her stubborn actions and she chuckled darkly at his forceful words. Looking back as the red pelted faemme once more snapped back at one of her newly appointed alphas, the Drappa’s hackles began to prickle and her lips twitched with irritation. Flicking her tail Cwen let out another deep growl in warning, if Kairi was willing to make another wrong move and Draeg did nothing – then sure as Wolfbane’s teeth Cwen would snap again and this time, not just threaten it! The tender voice of another faemme again drew the silver Drappa’s attention away from the pest and they landed on a grey pelted she-wolf. Smiling and nodding back to Uskiya, Cwen growled in return and peered over to the male who entered the clearing. She had met him once on occasion within the territory and his name was Cal. She knew that he was an emissary and in turn she nodded her head in greeting to him also. Cwen knew that Draeg was good friends with Cal, and so in turn she knew he would be trusting and respecting. No need to snap at the heels of the others amongst the group – not yet at least.
((Ok sorry it's so shaudy, but so many people and so much going on i'm gonna get lost >.< ))

Giving out a slight chuckle and pulling his head back, Draeg dodged Cwen’s nip and quickly snapped at her ear before giving her snout a quick lick. “I suppose that wouldn’t be so bad.” He growled affectionately, sliding his muzzle beneath hers and pressing himself firmly against her side. “After all, I did.” His eyes narrowed as Kairi spoke once again and Draeg let out an angry growl, amber orbs flashing dangerously as he returned his gaze back over to the red furred she-wolf. This femme was proving to be rather disrespectful to not only to Cwen but to Draeg himself despite the fact that Cwen had already put her in her place once already. Draeg didn’t care whether Kairi resented him for taking her father’s pack or not, he would put a stop to her insolence to a stop and teach her to respect him and his mate. He came leapt at her without so much as a warning, slamming into the red femme and knocking her to the ground where he placed his paws on her chest and stood over her dominantly as he used his weight to pin her. Letting out a fierce snarl he quickly lowered his head and clamped his jaws firmly around Kairi’s muzzle before she could retaliate, effectively subduing her and insuring that she would not attack him at the same time. “Understand this, I don’t know what your problem is nor do I care! However if you disrespect either Cwen or myself again I will deal with you personally and it will be a lot worse than it is right now! I do not show you respect because you have not shown me that you are worthy of it!” he hissed, his eyes boring into the rebellious femme. Releasing Kairi’s muzzle he backed away from the red femora and took his place beside Cwen once again, but not before throwing her once last warning glance. The amber Dragga knew that in order to keep the order in the pack he would sometimes have to make the first move no matter how threatening or unfair it might seem, as such he would have to keep a close watch on Kairi from now on to ensure that she didn’t cause anymore trouble for him though somehow he was sure that Cwen could handle it. Casting Koan a warning look the fiery Dragga signaled for him to withhold the sarcasm, knowing that if he continued Draeg would have put him in his place to avoid losing face in front of the pack. Things seemed to liven up a bit with the arrival of Yelae, Ge-Rad’s newest arrival and scout, who immediately stirred a reaction from Shako who had been sitting silently since Draeg had arrived. Draeg knew that, like Kairi, Shako had grown up in Ge-Rad under the guidance of it’s former Dragga and had looked up to him like a son would a father, as such he was rather hesitant to accept Draeg’s leadership entirely though he wasn’t being nearly as difficult as his sister. He returned Uskiya’s nod and watched as she turned her attention over to Lydair after introducing herself to the rest of the pack, Lydair seemed to be very popular within the pack despite her mixed heritage. This was something that pleased the amber Dragga immensely, knowing that if Lydair was being treated this well then neither Firefly, Zenith, or Raikan would have any real difficulties fitting into the pack unless of Cwen or Shayla decided to make a fuss over it. Shako and Yelae seemed to become lost in conversation as the off-white she wolf made her way over to the young warrior and took her place beside him while Cal suddenly emerged from the forest edge and made his way over to the small gathering, the brown wolf bowed his head in greeting to the alpha pair before spotting Uskiya and padding over to his mate with an excited yip. Draeg couldn’t help but smile as he watched the pair greet each other and unconsciously he allowed his tail to fall over Cwen’s, fondly recalling the day he had courted her in the meadow beneath the stars. Cal’s question brought him from his reprieve and he turned his attention over to the brown wolf, listening as he introduced himself to the others followed by Yelae and Koan. “Well you haven’t much to worry then Yelae, I think this is everyone unless I’m mistaken.” He chuckled, clearly amused by her enthusiasms. “Everyone, this is Cal. He’s our Ge-Rad’s emissary and as such will act as our representative when dealing with other packs, he is also the mate of our beloved Uskiya and a good friend of mine.”
((Just so you all know, I got Kairi's permission to do that.))

Koan caught his father look and returned one of his own. He couldn't help but chuckle at the sight of his father pounceing the red fae. He had to pick on fae now, just to assert his dominence. It was all too funny to the silver male.
He said nothing, but the scorn in his eyes spoke volumes about his opinons. Draeg could not pounce him for a mere look, because Koan had said nothing, and done nothing to merit repremand. His muscles rippling under his fur, making it appear as little more then a lake of quicksilver, he took a step foward, towards his father. "Perhaps it would be best if the Dragga set the rules a bit more clearly." he said, quietly. "They are used to family, not some stranger, father. Like it or not... they were part of this pack before. How are they to know how you will react?" his voice remained carefully neutral, a statement, and little more. "I mean no disrespect to you, of course, but even I don't know how your going to react."
And Koan knew that his father probably felt the same anymore. This pack was new to him as well, and it was unfair to ask him how to act so soon... but so was the responsibility of the Dragga, to make sure it was known what would be accepted, and what would not. Koan was not about to back down, but he hoped that his suggestion would not be misconstrued as flippence. For the first time in a long while, he had no alterior motives when he said something, no more then to make a point and ask a question all in one.

"Oh!" the she-wolf yelped, looking around and feeling slightly foolish. All this time she was talking as though the pack members were not here, and yet, here they were!
Her odd eyes glitter with embarassment, and her head hangs shamefully. She looks at Shako quickly before she let her eyes linger upon the dry ground. The cold air whipped about her fur, and, for a moment, felt rather foolish and perhaps she should leave this meeting.
But no, something about the other's prescence was calming and reviving in some way, as though every wolf should live like this. It was almost second nature to welcome their foreign scents, and call them family...already.

[glow=black,2,3] Shako saw was about to speak when Draeg did, and so he closed his maw and listened to thier conversation. Noticing how Yelae had hung her head shmefully, hurtfully, Shako knew one must be of comfort. "don't worry about it," he wispered in her ear, giving her white maw a quick lick to comfort her. As he did, his nerves seemed to tingle, as his heart gave another, almost loud thump. But he continued on, hoping she wouldn't notice. "It's a common mistake, your new here." he gently nudged her ear with his maw, he didn't want her to feel hurt or such, no he wouldn't alow it.
But he thoughts once again lingered. he had felt the very same feeling when trying to cheer up Lydiar. but somehow, this one seemed stronger. He looked at Lydiar, then back at Yelae, confusion hidded in his mind. [/glow]

Lydair's muzzle swung from side to side and suddenly she grinned, unable to keep up with the battering conversations. She sat back, but as she caught the he-Varg- Koan, she believed- gazing at her again, and then again, she froze and her ears flicked. Suddenly another fae burst through the bracken, calling out for Shako and she tensed as the fae seated herself between them. Lydair's head cocked, and her ears pinned as she gave a small whine. Suddenly a growl rumbled from her throat and she darted backward; Draeg had leaped atop Kairi, snarling and threatening, and the femme felt they had come dangerously close to her. The healer's azure orbs flashed and narrowed, and turned to Shako quickly to speak- to find that he was conversing with the other femme; she was obviously forgotten and her head hung. Glancing to Uskiya, she smiled weakly and padded toward the femme, paws shuffling across the leaves and trying her hardest to suppress the sadness the dwelt in the caverns of her cunning mind. 'I thought...' she thought quietly, glancing around her. It drifted; of course another femme had captured his heart. She was hybrid, a hound- how could she even think he might have liked her in a way other than a frind? Yet she kept glancing back to Shako, and her eyes burned with hidden jealousy and sadness as Shako licked Yalae's muzzle and turned quickly away; he had done the same thing to her. Crouching down, Lydair hid her head, placing one small paw over her muzzle and trying to keep her breathing still as mixed emotions flooded her mind, made her feel terrible and useless as Shako and Yalae talked, and he comforted her.
The white warrior looked her way suddenly and her ears perked, but the immensely sad frown didn't leave her white maw, and her cyan orbs gleamed as Shako turned back. This wasn't the wolf she was falling in love with; this was a stranger, one who didn't seem to realize the things he used to. Lydair whined again and leaned against Uskiya; she was used to having friends to comfort her.
Again the scarred he-Varg looked her way, and she found herself gazing into his deep amber orbs- something stirred within her; the male seemed drawn to her and it made Lydair feel odd and confused. Had Shako ever gazed at her like that? Yes. But she knew, deep within her heart, that Shako was through with her, like her father to her mother and like her old pack to herself. He had found another, and he was drifting. Lydair felt tears well in her eyes; it was too early to tell, but instinct told her to run, flee, leave this life behind as it betrayed her. the other Vargs were shut out as she looked at Shako; her eyes never darted to Yalae, or her dragga or drappa. She found herself speaking, but he voice was cold and monotone, and her gaze was still on the bright-eyed warrior. "My name is Lydair, for those who don't know." she began. "I'm Ge-Rad's healer."
