P E R S O N A L I T Y:: Misaki is odd. On the whole she is a kind, playful cross-breed who will do anything for her friends. On the other hand she can be irritating and cocky when the mood fits and can sometimes pick fights purely because she is bored. This makes her really strange to some because her mood changes often and others tend not to stick around her for too long. Those that do befriend her will find that she would fight off the world for them. She liked a challenge and unless she senses something obscenely dangerous about a situation she will often run in head first and find herself out of her depth. Being only half wolf she gets irritated if she can't keep up with other wolves and if others mock her for it she will let it be known that she's mad. Being only half wolf and that little bit weaker than others just spurs her on to try harder and become stronger to make up for it.
P A S T::Misaki was born to a husky and a grey wolf who came together under unusual circumstances. Vargs rarely come into contact with their domesticated counterparts as they are, naturally, around humans. Her father, fascinated with the humans and their tamed creatures one day strayed too close to an encampment and was caught. There he met her mother who was what would come to be known as a husky.
Misaki was born in the captivity of the human village. The humans were, needless to say, wary of her. As a small village they weren't barbaric and didn't hunt wolves, merely warned them off away from livestock. Her father was an unusual exception and so was she. They didn't want to kill her and sought to see if she could be tamed to act like one of their dogs. Her father was very protective and upon seeing the humans handling Misaki he broke free and attacked them. They were forced to put him down. Misaki was deemed too unruly to be tamed after her fathers attack and they worried she'd turn out the same. As a youngster who's appearance was more dog like, they did not want to kill her themselves and to set her out into the wild to either survive using her wolf instincts or to perish in the snows.
Misaki knew nothing of living in the wild and after had just weaned onto solids from the village she lived from stumbling on small carcasses here and there of animals that had perished in the snow. She would lay in hollowed out logs and small dens for shelter. She somehow survived the winter and took it upon her instincts to learn how to hunt. It took her longer to learn than other pups would as she had no one to teach her; but she learned. The harshness of growing from practically a pup to a young hybrid alone hardened her in herself. She had already learned that the world was a tough place and took everything with a pinch of salt. Since then she has been growing and learning as a kerl and learning what she can from other kerls who she met (those that would talk to her anyway). She didn't mind being alone as she had never been part of a pack and knew nothing else.
