How long had it been since she had walked upon this land's soil? To feel the familiar grass and scents that screamed home? The wonderful breeze that carried the songs of Vargs around the area, that would bring her home? How long? Too long! How far had she walked, how much time did she waste, how long had it been since she vanished in a flash of smoke? Far too long, far too long. Had her comrades forgotten her? Had she been labeled dead and tossed out without another thought? Those thoughts so dark and fearful ran through her head, filling her with agony as she stared up at the forest from the far off hill. She was finally here. Near the place where she had called home. Koran, she was finally coming home.
Why had she disappeared? Why was she back? Why, why, why? The invisible voices whispered in her mind, making her electric blue eyes glance back and forth. I'm home. I'm sorry I left. Koran welcome me home. Clasped between her jaws were the answers that many would have seen. Nearly dried out fully by her trek back, the flower was practically dead and hung limp in her jaws. She had gone to find this one plant, one that would cure almost anything if put to the right use. And she was back, to come home and help those she loved and cherished. Her white paws were dusty, covered in grime and grit. Her paws were weary and aching, traversing miles on end for the home she longed to see. Her tail was held high as she crossed over the border. Hopefully no one she knew was going to barge right into her at the moment. Seeing as the lands were eerily silent of late. Normally there was laughter ringing through the trees. Strange... Her head tilted to the side, still showing the pup like trait she still carried. There were no birds chirping at all. She bit back a whimper, why was it so deathly quiet? "...Frost?" She called out her packmate's name, her puphood friend no doubt. "...Chia? Kai?....Anyone?" Oh gods, don't let them all be where she was dreading them to be.
