The cold winter days had been long here, but it was only just a beginning. For today, the third moon of leaf-bare, then snow would almost fall to its hardest, and the air would be so bitter it could freeze a wolfs tongue to a river’s icicle. And they’d have to face much pain to get it off, and only a bit of embarrassment as usual. Times like these were only the starts of problems in the lands of Transylvania, most where the old would pass by into the world, and the snowflakes would burry the body to start the cycle all over again. Life and Death; Warmth and Coldness, it was all just one. Soft, sweet nothings of Jack frost bit her ears in the night, her eyes opened to see white all around her, she fell asleep in the storm of the night, only to wake up in her own personally sized blanket. But by this frigid morning it had stopped, and a collection of snow uprooted and fell back down as a wolf, Ivory snow covered herself shook it off. She completely blended in, well coinciding her black-socked foot.
Her green eyes twinkled as she saw the bright, orange sun rise in the east, and her stomach yearned for something to do, eat. That was her, Liawee, always thinking with her stomach. Though that was an exception she had to face, after coming to this land, she felt she could do what she pleased. What would stop her—well, never mind that, there are a few who would, but Lia would always ignore or oppose them themselves. What right would they have on free land, kerls will be kerls, and wolves would simply be wolves. She put a few feet forward and stretched her back and lifted her neck, every bone in her body cracking from her oversleep. And then yet, she bounded off, off to something new and joyous. Some place to explore, adventure, find a fight, find a fool.
She sniffed the air, and the only thing that came to her was crows and ravens, all who flew. This was a wonderful thing. She fallowed them as they flew North, they would lead her to food, to scavenge, her stomach was sick of small game and lemmings. She wanted venison, or possibly elk, even fancy a taste for human pets. Fernis’ rays let down heavy, but had no effect on her imperceptible fur. Winter could possibly be her favorite; none could see her, well scarcely anyways. The Ravens above flew to stone, a big rock-looking shape in the middle of a flatland. Liawee barley could remember her parents telling her how these random, holey, short, mountains come to be in the oddest places. Her parents told her;
Long ago, there had been a wolf, Tou, this was before Tor and Fernis made all wolves equal and shut the gates between Earth and the wolf trail. Tou was a most arrogant wolf who had stolen a magic stone from Fernis, who had dropped it one day in the sky, and did it so fall to Earth. It was Fernis’ most prized possession; It granted wishes, and most anything one desired. When Fernis set off for it, Tou had become to find it first. He favored the stone and made it his so he could be honored even more in his pack, and become a supreme ruler. Though when Fernis found this out, he ordered to give back the stone, Tou refused and said he would wish to rid of Fernis and take his place by the use of Fernis’ own gem. So they fought and fought, lighting and thunder, terrible storms. That’s when Tor came in, she sided that no one could have it, so whilst they were in argument, she took the stone, broke it in 1,000 pieces and hid it all around the Earth under hallow, rock objects, and made them smell faintly of human. So the fearful ones would stay out, and the arrogantly-brave would get lost inside it's many caves. Then to the stone-pieces never be found again.
Liawee tilted her head, it had been a long time since she heard that story, and even though the aspects of it could be true, she decided it was just a cubs tail she wanted to prove. She headed straight with the ravens and into the stone doors of the rocky wonder. It was true, it did smell faintly of human, and she could feel the ghostly presence that would keep most out, but not her. Liawee, again thinking with her stomach, felt more curiosity and took a step on the cold, odd ground. And it echoed, as a smile came to her face, "Well, this shall be wonderous!" She said sarcastically.

"You, are a murderer!" His sister growled through her tiny fangs. "How could you kill that poor baby!" She pointed wtih her snout to the small squirrel that Baipure had dropped. "We have to eat Rehobeth where else do you think food comes from?" His sister glared up at him. "There is so need to kill other creatures! There is too much death around here, just look at Dad!" She cried then Sprinted away to her den. Baipure clenched his teeth, so he wouldn't snap at her. Then trotted over to him parents den. "No!" His mother was crying over something. He came closer, then his mum whipped around "Go away Baipure!" She snarled and he obediently stepped back. His mothers eyes burned into his "GET AWAY!" She howled. Baipure started to turn but his mother couldn't hide his father, who laid on the den floor. sitting there, dying.
"No...Nnno!" HIs amber orbs snapped open. Gee Whilkers that was terrible... The Mann thought. HIs fur was drenched. The soft ice that he had bedded on had melted from under him. The snow was now pretty much a puddle of cold water. He sprang up and stretched. Which ended in a parade of coughing. He had caught the sickness that made him ill as a cub. The illness that made your lungs feel heavy. As the kerl stood there in the middle of Tor knows where, he got the feeling he wasn't alone. The he-varg didn't feel like hunting after his nightmare of death and fear.
Baipure started to trot away, attempting to find somewhere dry to rest. He spun his skull around and saw a male elk staring at him. Clouds of steam escaping the Elk's nose as it breathed. Baipure new that with his thin frame the immense creature could just step on him and that was that. He felt like prey under a varg's claws. "Get lost animal, and maybe I'll let you go with saying i got a good hunk of meat off of you before you escaped..." Bai bickered at the critter until another fit of coughing escaped hit throat. After his lungs stopped trembling he looked back up at the Elk to see if it had ran off but it stood there like a statue staring at him.
For a moment he thought it would charge, and this sent him running like a maniac. FENRIS HAVE MERCY! The Mann screamed in his skull. Soon he had slowed himself and fought to catch his breath. Looking back to make sure he hadn't lead the Elk to where he stood. He noticed red pawprints in the snow. Which lead right up to him. His pads where sore and bleeding. This snow was killing his feet. Movement moved in the side of his eye. Was this the elk? No, but it was a whole heard of them! Howling with fear, Baipure continued what he thought was a chase. He swirled his head around to see if the Elk were in veiw. "Thank To-" WHAM!!! A tree! "Really?" He stared at the clouded sky. A speck of snow landed on his nose.
Hearing a snap behind him he started his chase for the third time. This time almost suffocating as he coughed at the same time. He wished he could get his fangs around some kind of herb that would help him... "Great Fenris!" Another varg stood by the stone castle. He had almost collided with her. He probably looked like a maniac. All beaten up from running into a tree."Its....He gasped for air."..an ambush!" In his mind he took one last breath, gasping like a fish out of water- then collasped. He was such a Drama king. Baipure looked helplessly up at the she-varg.

The place made her shiver, as if it were even colder in the stone castle than it was outside. She took a quick tour in the blank room, scraps of hide under her feet, and sticks of sharpness hanging from the walls. She looked up, the ceiling, well that was more like on big skylight, there were only scraps of dark brown things that hung from the stone barriers. It felt so mystical, but it ebbed at her the haunted presence Has any wolf every actually gotten lost in here, only to find wolfbane and never have their dreaded souls released? She thought for a moment Doubt it... Though deep down inside, she knew that everyone who disobeyed the god somehow perished worse than others, the ones who do not honor, and do not trust. She walked along.
Beneath her feet, the ground started to rumble, almost like a stampede of elk or maybe even the gods themselves were being chased through the valley outside. Liawee stopped for a moment, frozen. Then as she knew it the vibrations from the ground felt like an eathquake, and things started to drapple and fall from the walls, crashing and breaking on the aspalt. Well what was left of on the walls anyways. She took her chance and sped outside, cover from thing falling, did she make the gods mad? She dearly hoped not. Her claws skidded against the stone, but little bits of black ice kept confusing her and making her slide in the wrong direction. Then everything was quiet for a moment, Lia was almost at the door and about to step out. And everything stopped rumbling for a moment. She took a deep breath, wondering possibly what could've striked it. Too late to find out? Yes. It started up for the second time, but not as bad. A small rock from the walls landed on her head, disenorientating her as she climbed out the exit. She shooke her head, but everything was much double vision, and nothing would keep still. Almost falling over, but then steadying herself once again, she saw something coming at her, brown in color, and so ruffled it reminded Liowee of an overly sized beaver, but wait! It was getting bigger, the color wasn't exactly right. And as her sight settled, she saw it was no beaver. HOLY! IT'S FERNIS HIMSELF! She jumped out of the way, and they barley missed smashing into eachother.
Liawee couldn't help it, but a snarl came out of her mouth, as she realised that it was no god. And it just stumbled to the ground, as she nearly did too. What the? She saw a brown wolf with dark rings around his eyes, reminding her much of her sister Talar, almost too much. But the color was more of a dark tan, like a burnt valley. She jumped snarling to her feet and hovered over the mann. She wasn't really in a great mood today, but somthing stopped her she realized. This wolf was just hunting, she looked about, and Elk ran all over the feild, their own heafty hooves causing the minnie quakes. She looked down at the mann once more and backed up. She just couldn't help her natural instinct, because to her being a kerl. Other wolves weren't exactly a big fun to have around. She felt they were all cynic, and selfish, like her sister, leaving her dying, starving pack to start a new life because if her sister stayed it would somehow hold her back. So then Lia was left with her mother Carea, dreading over her father, Carea refused to eat. Liawee stayed with her mother till she died, and went searching for her sister who'd abandoned them to starve. Not neccesarly evil, but selfish.
She then turned her head side to side, castle and back, speechless. what was there to say. She had no interest. The only thing thesse two had in common were kerls, hungry, and unkept. she kept her eyes dark, but glowing. "Ah...."

Baipure realized his claws had sank deep into the soil under his paws. And the fur on his neck had bristled. Feeling kind of dazed Baipure bent his neck and licked at his raw pads. He released the earth under his sharp claws and relaxed. Realizing how close he had been to attacking this she-varg as if she were the Elk herself. He studied this fae, her pelt the hue of a cloud. Just like dad's... He sqeezed his eyes shut trying to forget his dad, his past, making his history seem like nothing more than just a bad dream. Bai gave the female his undivided attention once more. Then spoke "You should be more carefull...." The mann grumped. "...Someone could run into you if your just standing there like that!" Baipure gave the she-varg a toothy grin, just to make sure she knew he had a sense of humor.
'Ah...' The fae had spoken. Baipure lifted his ears and cocked his head as if he were a pup. I think i confused this one...Maybe she thinks i'm a maniac?He sighed. "Just making sure, you aren't mad at me for almost ramming into you like a moutain goat?" Bai asked innocently... The other varg had let out a growl earlier, making him think she would pounce at him as if he were a fawn. "I don't feel like being skinned by another varg right now..." He explained himself, hoping that she understood. He felt a low snarl coming from his gut, hunger engulfed his stomach. Moaning he let out another parade of wheezes and coughs. Ouch.. "You know if you skinned me i'd just be bones......" Baipure grumbled, more to himself then the other varg. For a moment he studied his thin frame,and tannish-brown pelt. You could spot every rib that stringed off of his spine, which you could distinctly see running along his back. Bai swore that he could see his whole lower body shake whenvever his stomach growled desperately. The mann about spoke again, when he looked back up at the she-varg. She still seemed kinda confused. The Elk may still be close... He thought, Baipure could have rambled on some more but instead he glanced over at the stranger fae. Expecting her to maybe talk to him, or claw off his pelt...

[all okay =)! Hope you don't mind a pinch of language.]
"You should be more carefull...." The mann grumped. "...Someone could run into you if you’re just standing there like that!" It spoke, and she couldn’t get the feeling away, how this man could be her sister’s twin. Or just maybe if excluding the odd marks down her eyes. He flashed a grin to show his humor, but she had to think it surely didn’t feel like humor to her. A bad mood was on her, the winter had never brought kindness. Especially to those who reminded her of… things… She pouted in her mind, and it turned into an aggravated voice, “Well maybe you shouldn’t run so close to the castle where some of us like to stand.” She knew this sounded very well bitchy to say, but well she very well was one. So it was more like the truth, she hated being messed with. And sometimes even a humorous grin couldn’t do the trick. She closed her eyes tightly and still was trying to manage her hurting head from the fallen rock. "Just making sure, you aren't mad at me for almost ramming into you like a mountain goat?" Liawee shot him a glance, her eyes burning, and she stopped herself from saying, Well maybe if you haven’t aggravated those Elk we wouldn’t have a problem! Would we now? But her self control got the best of her, she was skinny and frail… hungry. She couldn’t afford a fight, and neither could this dude. "I don't feel like being skinned by another varg right now..." Liawee grinned, and suddenly it almost made her humor pop up. She remembered those days, out alone, forsaken, a broken pack. Her and her mother, everyone else abandoned them. They starved, but she managed to control it. “Who can afford to get skinned? We’re just kerls, savages to the packs. The ones mothers tell their children to stay away from. We’re always hungry…” She sighed, “I guess I could only be mad all of the nice hunting grounds are already taken.” She shot the mann a look, just to make sure that he understood she was still a little ticked. But it felt like a weight off of her shoulders. You know that feeling where you hold inside one random speech about how your life could be better when you know it is not, you have it memorized, all you want to say, just waiting to burst out the first words. Then, you don’t even know if they’re listening. Liawee had this problem a lot, yes she didn’t have the great tactics of a leader such as strength of agility. All she had was her voice, and the way with words and stories, able to manipulate an army. Weak? Yes. We are.
Should I claw him off? No, you don’t have the strength Do I have a plan? Dear, you always have a plan. She spoke with herself, after long days alone, it was the only person she’d even talked to in such a time, such a long time. “Maniac… You do know that if you even tripped in the position you’re in. Every single one of your bones would break. Why go off chasing one of the strongest lera?” We’re did that come from? She thought, it must’ve just crossed her mind, she almost felt like a mother accusing a child. Her looks were still tight and angry it could almost be possible. Anger and regret were all she had left, and she bore no sign of joy. She knew her distant mind always wandered off, thinking, what if she could join a pack? But, no, it wouldn’t change a thing. Only drift her apart from her main goal. She looked hard down at the man, “Get up.” And she walked into the dome-shaped doorway of the castle. Her stomach growled, lemming often would hide in here, and if a kerl were to survive and not get themselves killed, they’d go for small game. Not a kick to the face. She didn’t look to see if the other mann was fallowing or not, but she looked much a like a fool on the ground, she couldn’t bare to see. Instead a low growl came from her disappointed maw as she stalked the floor and passed the rock in which had recently hit her in the head. Her eyes closed so her ears would be stronger, and she could hear the gentle scurries of fat lemming throughout the castle. “Are you coming, bonebrain?” She said, she didn’t know this mann’s name, and thought it didn’t really matter. So she made up a name for him. How pleasant?
