(ooc: Open for any. )
It was a hazy start to the day. The light shimmering between the forest's highest branches, creating feeble strands of light leading down to the forest floor below. The summer's warm, fruity air traveled between the thick bases of the high trees. What a lovely sight. But it wasn't all great. The terrain was a bit rough, with the bracken and large roots of oaks of old poking out of the ground, ready to trip up any daydreaming wolf. The forest was lightened with the sun's unearthly gaze, flooding the minor part of the wood with a lush green sight. The floor was mixed with foliage and green moss, slightly wet after the night's minor downpour. But that only added to the astounding effect. The rain droplets were laid across the lush green leaves, hanging of spider cobwebs, making everything shine. Emiko sighed happily, she could have remained in this place forever. Just standing, breathing in the fruity air. How she wished this could remain forever, but as most creatures knew, nothing stayed the same forever, no matter how much they wished for it.
Emiko's blue tainted pelt blended in with the dark forest behind her, but if she stepped into the sunlight's rays now, she'd stick out like a sore thumb. Another heartfelt sigh left Emiko's maw, and she turned around, leaving the amazing sight far behind. Ever since the femme had arrived into this interesting forest, she had always heard the other varg here. But never seen one with her own mismatched eyes. Her paws crunched across the rough terrain, her tail held evenly in the air, ears perked up, ready fro the faintest sound. Her graceful pace led her past bracken and other foliage, but didn't lead her to any other beasts. Emiko grunted, "Maybe I should hunt instead..."
The femme turned her blue tainted head and sniffed the air. The smell of the undergrowth was strong, but beneath all of that smells, there laid a scent of rabbit. It will make a good snack. Her body hesitated, and then moved toward the lera. Emiko crouched down and moved forward, her yellow and brown eyes glinting mischievously from the bracken. As she neared the source to solve her hunger, her sharp teeth glinted in the darkness, dripping with saliva, anticipating the rabbit's lifeless body. As she stepped forward, from her position in the bracken she could clearly see the small body of energy. And she was downwind luckily, so the rabbit was ignorant of her hungry presence. Emiko growled , and sprang at the rabbit, and soon after, captured the poor beast in her powerful jaws. The metallic smell of blood floated into the air, which might hopefully attract a friendly varg. Emiko was in dire need of some companionship for a while.
