It was noon, the inky hues of twilight begun to consume the sky as the last traces of light dissapeared over the horizon. The black maw of a tundra wolf pointed skywards, two bright blue pools gazed as Tor took over watching the world to let Fenris rest. A smirk crossed it's muzzle as it the sky darkened. Her instincts told her that a blizzard was to come tonight. Not that she really cared, having spent her full life alone and endured many storms, she had become acustom to these outbursts that mother nature threw her way.
Puffs of white came from her jaws as she felt the temperature drop more. Ahead she could see a steep slope that would lead back down to the forest on the mountain side. Using her long legs to an advantage she begun to bound back down the slope for cover until morning. Her pace quickened with each step as her hind legs stepped in the same footholes as her front ones had done, preventing the snow from slowing her down. She reached the cover of the tree's just as the snow started to fall. With a last glance behind her at the now raging blizzard she begun to pad through the tree's in search of a better shelter.

Twilight was consuming the earth as Fenris took a rest for the night. Tor lifted up into the sky as the temperature dropped. White flashed against the trees and bi-hued orbs glowed in the darkness. The wind blew past and carried an unfamiliar scent on the breeze. It filled the fae’s nostrils as she smiled devilishly. Her paws were light against the cold earth and careful not to make a sound. She padded toward the scent and headed forward. The mountains were great for shelter in the blizzards but the altitude changes were torture. Still the ivory femme kept an evil grin across her maw as the eyes on her amulet changed to a dark blue meaning she was amused.
Tor led her way through the dark though Wolfbane kept her safe. He was her god and she worshiped him only. The scent grew stronger in her nose as her white ears pricked up hearing paw pads run against the ground. The fae grinned from ear to ear as she began to drool from her maw almost tasting the blood underneath the other varg’s blood. Her eyes gleamed heavily in the moonlight and her slim figure swerved carefully through the labyrinth of trees. Her smile faded though she picked her head up. She was above the other fae on a ledge. Staring at the femme the ivory drappa jumped gracefully in front of the black femme. “Hello stranger, what brings you to these parts?” she hissed.

The young mann's paws ached, but still he trotted persistently in the wake of the Moon Goddess Tor. Every noise he heard made him flinch, and his ears were constantly alert.
The temperature dropped, making Freki shiver blitherly, and his breath came out like fog, only it gave the black pelted Dragga the chills. His heart beating furiously, the pressure of finding shelter before the blizzard hit seeming unlikely, as he spotted suddenly a black Drappa looking around for shelter. He froze, torn between two choices. Was this Varg hostile or friendly? All the same, he didn't want to wait and see, for the blizzard struck him, nearly blowing him over, and he crouched close to the snow covered ground, his senses on double alert.
Freki's jet black pelt was now covered in blankets of snow, and as he silently followed the she-wolf, he thought of howling to her, but thought better of it.
The Drappa reached the trees just as Freki stumbled, and he lay buried in a pile of snow. When he arose, legs unsteady, he noticed the Drappa gone, supposedly into the shelter of the tree's. His golden eyes blazed passionately as he rushed forwards, loping through the drifts of snow until reaching shelter. Tor was barely audible from the thicket, but Freki's eyes adjusted to the lack of light and trotted silently after the fae's scent. He spotted her, and was so excited that from his maw came an ear splitting howl of greeting. He suddenly realised too late, and clamped his maw shut, but the damage was done. Would she be nice, or not?

ooc: Hope you don't mind me jumping in. Boreas the Destroyer Standing silently in the dying light of the dark, Boreas found that the surrounding area less then entertaining or interesting. To him, it was a boring, drab open space filled with disgusting plants and horrible little bugs that sought protection within the tall grasses of the meadow. Already he felt his skin begin to crawl and gave a slight shiver, nose wrinkling ever so slightly in a snarl. He hated those horrible little pests and how they made his skin itch and their painful bites. Yet he had to cross through if he wished to reach the river. Narrowing his strangely bright eyes towards the distant river, he growled, angry at its location. Why did it have to flow over there?
The male was handsomely made, slender and lean, apparently built more for running then face to face fighting. But there the faint glitter of silver upon his skin, the tell-tale signs of close calls and past battles. His agility and maneuverability served him well in battles. Strength did not always win out in the end. Sometimes it took whit and speed. Setting out, he loped across the open meadow, quickly and with purpose wanting to avoid the horrid insects and whatever other degusting debris might cling to his coat, a coat that was a beauty intermingling of hues ranging from black to a soft seashell tone that covered most of his underside, chest and face.
After quenching his thirst at the river, he paced along the bank until he had discovered a suitable crossing and then continued on, gracefully skirting around pack boarders and suspicious areas that he felt could possibly lead to danger or interactions that he would rather avoid if he could help it. He traveled swiftly, eating the distance in graceful, long strides. Snow had started to fall and he felt the wind and cold bite through his coat to his skin, forcing him to pick up the pace. He was thankful when the treeline came into view, quickly easing himself into the cover and out of the falling snow. He glared balefully towards the sky. Wasn’t it supposed to be spring? Wasn’t there supposed to be warmth and new life? Not that he cared to much. New life only made easier meals for him.
However, his irritation with the weather was only enhanced when a gust of wind brought scents of vargs to his sensitive nose. Bristling he set off in the direction, determined to find out why exactly there was such a gathering. Perhaps it was a small family with pups. His heart leapt. Pups that he could destroy. He would enjoy the grief stricken faces of their parents. As the scents grew stronger, he slowed his pace, stepping lightly so that his approach would go unnoticed. After all, he was downwind—the reason he had caught their scents in the first place.
He lingered back in the darkness of some of the trees, his strangely bright eyes settling briefly on each female for a moment before spying the younger male. No. They were no family, but from the looks of it, the lightly colored female was of a dark nature, an irritating thought. What did she know of darkness? But he was being quick to judge. He had heard her words towards the darker female and couldn’t help but offer a grin. Perhaps it was time to make his presence known. Stepping forth, he allowed his soft raspy voice to flow forth easily, bright eyes gleaming. “This land is not claimed, friend. She has no need to answer your question. Perhaps she just wants to be here and enjoy the mysterious beauty of the forest.”

The black fae stopped dead in her tracks at the prickling feeling of being watched. Her lips curled back into a devilish snarl. "Why don't you show yourself?" She hissed, soon after an ivory fae leapt out infront of her. Though her face remained devoid of emotion as the ivory fae attempted to phase her with a hissing voice. "Wouldn't you like to know..." she replied, her tone just as icy and emotionless as wolfbane himself. Her tail was raised slightly, showing the other no signs of weakness. Despite her delicate appearance she was quite the fighter.
Just then, a howl resounded from nearby making the black fae turn in the direction from which it came. "Sounds like company." She was about to follow the sound when a dragga appeared and padded over. She watched him from the corner of her blue orbs as he spoke. "May i know your names?" She asked the two. Her voice seemed less threatening though was still cold. She looked to the sky, Tor by now was almost invisible because of the storm. Smirking, she thought; 'who needs light anyway when you're led by the dark.' She looked back to the two, a breath of wind whisped through her fur as she looked over them. The ivory fae was slim and had bi-coloured eyes, one which was blue and the other gold. The dragga had bright eyes, was lean and had handsome features, though thin scars stretched beneath his fur. Now she was just waiting for this other to show up.
The scent was of a dragga, and by the smell of it, was close. Her keen, glowing eyes looked around her through the bare tree's, searching for any telltale signs of another. A glimpse of fur came into sight as her own stood on end. Her attention diverted from the others and was fixated on this new arrival who seemed keen to stay out of sight. She slowly begun to crouch down and move forward. All her senses were on edge and highly strung, ready for anything. Then, she darted forward, her movement like lightning, her powerful hind legs kicked out, powering her onwards. She leapt, aiming to pin down the newcomer.

ooc: I apologize. My post is less then wonderful. Plus its horribly short. I feel really embarressed by it, but I feel there isn't much to reply to. I sorta rambled on there but I started writing it and then my mind totally blanked on me. Ah well. It'll have to do. Boreas the Destroyer Shifting his weight, Boreas eyed the two closely, though his expression remained unchanged. The two, at least at the moment, were nothing for him to concern himself over. Two bickering females squabbling over a patch of land or something of that sort. A waste of time, he thought, allowing his e yes to drift away from the two and study the surrounding with a critical eye, taking in every bush, every tree and dancing shadow. It was a habit of his, to study the area just in case he needed to make a quick getaway. But by the looks of it, that would not be the case.
Returning his bright eyes to the females, he again shifted his weight so that he stood now more in the moonlight, his grey coat reflecting silver in the rays, giving him an odd ghostly appearance. When the black female addressed him, he gave a graceful bow, lowering his head and lifting his eyes to meet her’s briefly. “I am Boreas, a simple kerl traveling from a far. In fact, I was making my way towards the mountains. He straightened, allowing his gaze to flicker in the direction that the howl had come in, but his expression slipped back into a simple thoughtful mask.
Boreas had seen the black female tense, though he had taken note that her gaze was not directed at him. Perhaps it was a trick? Was she meaning an attack? He wanted to smile, his tail twitching slightly behind him. If so, then he would gladly meet her in battle, but as he had suspected, her attack was not aimed at him, but instead the new comer. He felt no pity for the other. After all, who would foolishly give themselves away without first determining the mood of the area? He gave a slight shake of his head and lowered his rump to the ground, looking up towards the dark velvet like sky as the several snowflakes broke through the tree branches. He loved the winter, but he hated the cold. His coat was not thick enough to move comfortably out in the open.

A howl came from somewhere in the trees and yet two more scents floated about. Two males then shortly after one spoke. Eternity stared at the Mann as he spoke and she simply smiled coldly. “I didn’t say these were my parts but I couldn’t help but wonder Though I wasn’t speaking to a pathetic filth such as you.” Her voice was kinder sounded like she would laugh then it grew colder and erupted with scorn at the male who had spoken to her in such tone. The ivory fae then looked to the black-pelted she-wolf and growled amused. Her bi-colored eyes danced with enjoyment as her white fangs sparkled. At her question she lifted her head taller. “I am Eternity now if you will what ma we call the daughter of Wolfbane?” she asked with a little more respect for the ebon femme. Her mood shown that she wasn't nerly as dark as Wolfbane himself but Eternity did believe she was dark. The ivory fae knew that Wolfbane would not want her to act this way but wahat was she to care? Though she clamied to be a follower she wasn't really and used only that as a exuse to have a god. She really didnt follow anything that lay before her. She followed herself and her instincts only. Of course it was meant as a compliment though she might not think so.
What did the white colored fae care anyway? If she were to die tonight she would die with pride. The black femme tensed up readied for a fight but not with her or the other male but with the beholder of the howl. The ivory she-devil grinned evilly and raised her tail slightly. No emotion was let out on her face. She was completely invulnerable to their words. They would have no sting on her and she wouldn’t care if her words did or not. Her bi-hued eyes flickered back to the male who called himself Boreas. Her ears twitched and her black lips pulled back for a split second and then she let them relax and fall back down. OOC: sorry its so short

Boreas the Destroyer Boreas shifted against, though this time into the shadows to hide the faint smile that had worked itself across his faintly scarred muzzle. He was getting just what he wanted from the female when she spoke. Her voice sickened him, but her behavior was far more amusing then anything. She was apparently easy to rile and her little outbursts just proved to Boreas that she was nothing to worry himself over. She was just a bunch of hot air. The mention of Wolfbane made his blood boil, but he kept his face a mask, bright eyes gleaming with a strange coldness and the ever lingering hint of insanity. Instead of displaying his anger or irritation, he kept himself composed, his gaze flickering slightly towards the newer male and the black female before returning to the white female. Daughter of Wolfbane? What did she think she was saying? No one, not the black female, not herself were the spawn of the might lord. He wouldn’t waste his time producing creatures so fragile and pathetic as them. He himself, wasn’t even worthy to be the offspring, as much as he wished it.
But this female, Eternity or whatever she called herself wasn’t worth the effort to correct. Let her go on believing that Wolfbane would want her to act that way. To act like a foolish, hot-headed whelp. Hopefully, she would find out just how Wolfbane felt about it and realize the error in her way. A follow of Wolfbane should conduct themselves in a better manner then the way she was. Instead, he simply gazed at her, allowing her to spout off and carry on as she wished. So be it. One day, someone would grow tired of her mouth and set her right, but for now, he was content with watching her make a fool of herself.
Finally, he broke his silence, his raspy voice as soft as ever and unwavering. “I don’t believe I said it was your land. I was merely stating a fact. There is hardly a need for such name calling.” Allowing his bright eyes to linger a moment longer on the field, he shifted his gaze away, as though bored with her presence, which wasn’t so far from the truth.

ooc: Yeah sorry for the shortness
The black fae landed swiftly on the other side of the tree, her tail counterackted with her landing and helped her keep her balance. She stood there for a moment, knowing that her quarry must be opposite. With a smirk she glanced back to the others, so, they were called Boreas and Eternity. "Thorn." She replied. They both seemed of a dark personality, even Boreas who appeared polite, she could see through him. After all, she knew all he tricks of the trade. A wicked little chuckle escaped her maw as Eternity called her the daughter of wolfbane. "I'm flattered..."
Turning her attention back to the other wolf she crouched down again, her tail flicked from side to side as she tensed all the more. Her posture was like that of a cat toying with its prey, perfectly positioned, poised and ready to go. Thorn growled a little. "Are you not coming out to play? I promise, i won't hurt you, much..." She said, her tone was sweet and soft, quite kindly and motherly in a way, though it sounded intentionally false. Like she wanted them to know she was lying, just to taunt and confuse them all the more. It was a little habit of hers that she loved, taunting prey first was a little pet peeve of her own, it was so amusing watching them panic like the lera when they know that you're hunting them, frozen and unknowing what to do. "You better hurry, i won't wait around forever, time's nearly up..." Her voice was becoming more threatening by the second.

(ooc: sorry for not replying sooner)
Freki snarled, confused, as two other Vargs, one an ivory pelted Drappa, another a Dragga. They talked to each other, but his attention was not on their voices, he was watching them warily. HIs hackles raised slightly, and he was about to step forwards when the fae he had first followed spoke to him in what sounded like a motherly sort of voice, though Freki could see past her voice and knew that she was toying with him. He raised his hackles, and her tone became more threatening. Slowly, he edged towards them.
He snarled angrily at her, and said in a sarcastic voice, "So sorry to keep your majesty waiting, I didn't know I was on a deadline." He studied the other two.
He immediately knew that this whole crowd had something evil about them, though he could not put his paw on it. The ivory fae gave him the creeps, but he felt a bit different about the mann.
"So sorry, but I didn't catch your names. My name is Freki, by the way." he glanced at the ebon fae, daring her to speak. He waited patiently for a responce.

OOC: hope you don't mind
I laughed lightly as I watched the group of kerls fighting amongst themselves. There were two faes and two manns. Everyone of them seemed evil except the smallest male. The one fae seemed ready to fight.
The ledge I was on wouldn't provide protection from their sight for very long, so I leaped down onto the ground ten feet below me with an umph. My body rippled, but I recovered from the shock quickly, due to my large size.
"So, what do we have here?" I called out. I ran and jumped into the center of the quarrel and chuckled loudly. My voice and laughter rumbled loudly through the mountains, and a few birds flew away.
I was twice the size of the bigger male, so I knew I had nothing to be afraid of from an individual attack. But if they were all in some alliance and decided to attack me, I didn't have a chance. Well, maybe I could take down the two faes and the smaller mann, but they would slow me down to the point where the bigger mann would have an advantage.
My orbs flicked here and there, waiting for a response. My ears danced all around at the sound of something new. My tongue lolled, and it brought small white clouds out of my mouth. Little snowflakes fell here and there.

ooc: Unfortunately, I have to pull Boreas out as of right now. So my post will be short and to the point. I apologize, but I will most certainly cross paths with some of you again. Boreas the Destroyer The simply colored male allowed his dark eyes to flicker from wolf to wolf, eyeing each one critically and assessing their strenghts and weaknesses. The females seemed a bit full of themselves and their boosting and simple nonsense babbling was beginning to wear on what little nerves he had left. He had come across nothing but females as of late and he was wondering curiously if thats all that dwelled in this pathetic piece of earth. However, he soon realized that there was at least one male in the bunch--and he was a bit of, at least in his opinion, an oogar. He reeked of pig headedness and it was enough to make Boreas ill. Size and strength meant nothing to the grey male, other then the bigger they are, the harder they fell.
Allowing a ghost of a smile to settle over his features, he turned his gaze away, having already placed the male as hardly worth in his time and settled his attention on the two hot tempered females. They would be entertained with the smaller male for a time and would hardly offer much of a problem for him. Snorting softly he turned his body about, allowing his back to be presented to the four kerls. It was either a sign of stupidity or---in his case, a silent insult. He was telling the wolves that he thought them of no threat at all.
Boreas gave no parting words, feeling they were hardly worth the effort or energy. He was tired of wolves like them. The ones that outwardly boasted yet it was almost certain they had yet to come up against a worthy opponent, or as the female so wonderfuly displayed, they picked on smaller more helpless creatures. Silently, he vanished within the shadows of the forest, leaving behind the scene of childish chaos behind him.

Thorn growled as the male confronted her with a sarcastic tone. As he moved forwards he queried their names. His glare at her unphased her. Her face was still as cold as usual, despite his attempt to make her think twice. 'What a pushover...' She thought to herself, though her attention was diverted as Boreas turned his back on them and left. Thorn seemed ticked off at his departure. 'What was the point of him even coming to talk to them if he wasn't going to hang around long? He could have just avoided us...' Thorn snapped back to the other male who had just introduced himself as Freki. However, she was cut short when yet another entered their little group.
"What do we have here?" The voice said as a large male leapt into the middle of them. Thorn's ears flicked back quickly and her silky, ebon fur stood on end as he chuckled loudly to himself. "Care to share what you find so amusing?.." She hissed, her tone as icy as ever. Her brilliant white canines dazzled and reflected against the snow covered scenery.
Tor by now was high in the sky and they were well into the middle of the night; there went Thorns initial plan of just finding shelter from the storm and possibly getting rest. Thorns tail flicked from side to side as she waited for a reply from the new mann.
ooc: Soooo sorry for the late reply >.< ' *naughty Thorn* and ok Boreas

Freki glanced quickly at Boreas as he departed, but he suddenly felt nervous. He scratched at the ground with one paw, and still waited for the fae to respond.
Just then another male appeared, and Freki's ebony maw scented the bigger mann's scent. He snarled as the stranger said, "What do we have here?" .
He heard the fae reply, "Care to share what you find so amusing?.."
Freki lowered his hackles slightly and stepped closer to the new mann. He eyed his size nervously, and growled in what was supposed to be a threatening tone of voice, " What do you want here, stranger?"
Freki snarled deeply, his muscles urging him to attack the stranger, yet why? What had this stranger done to upset him? Turning back to face the ivory fae and the ebony fae, he growled over his shoulder, " And what be your name?"
He sighed in embarrasment and nervously waited for the others to answer.
(that's okay Thorn!)
