It was fascinating, the way nature comes together to form its seasons. How life comes and goes so frequently and without a care. The way everything function so smoothely and quietly. The way that thigns could change so easily, without an regard for what or who it was effecting. When one thought about it, it was rather strange. Indeed this was a regular occurence as one went through the day. But one never really thought about it. How seasons change and how life goes on even when it seems to stop.
These were the current thoughts that travelled noisely through the mann's head. It wasn't nescissarily that he was so intent on thinking about life. No, it was more that he was curious as to how his life had come to where it was now. How each event had unfolded and why on earth he was back in Deor when it seemed that surely he would have died. Maybe it had all been a dream, a strange dream that noone could or wanted to explain. No, that was silly. Those events had been real, and it was by luck and skill that he had come back to Deor. But for his mate, it must have been a rathe unfortunate unfolding of events. For his mate those hours and days must have been a jarring time. Not only that but life must have felt strange and false. If love did indeed play such a huge role in life as it was said to. Surely being without one's love must've been strange and uncomfortable.
He stood up, allowing hsi sleek but muscular form to quietly slip from the unoccupied den. He had been on his way somewhere. Somewhere obviously unimportant because he couldn't recall where. Maybe he had been too young..to take on this role of being a mann in Deor, living this exact life. Life..he chuckled at the thought of it, and at his busy mind. "I'm being silly. I haven't changed and I'm back home with my family." That thought was comforting, yes, it was more than comforting. It was realiable. He atleast knew that his mate would always be there. "But...still I cannot help but wonder how I never made it to Ge-rad. I remember crossing the borders...and..." He trailed off, listening to the silence of his packlands and wondering if Mist was somewhere nearby. He could call out, but he preferred to find her by feeling where she was.
With that as his new mission he began to ponder the task of teaching his pups to fish. Seeing as he learned from Mist. That was one thing that had brought them together. Ah yes, the recollection of love. He smiled and came to a pause. Sitting down on his haunches he then began to wonder how his life would shape up, what choices he would make. He found it odd to be in such a questioning mood. He would ask Mist about it, perhaps she would have some insight.
