Full Name. Pandora "Pan" Amalthea
Gender. Female
Species. Eurasian Wolf (Canis lupus lupus)
Personality. Outspoken, ingenious and bored by routine, Pan is an opportunist who looks forward to tackling problems head-on, or discovering an abstract, intelligent solution. She is talkative, curious and self-sufficient, adept at spotting trends and thinking on her feet. Although inventive and resourceful, Pan may be tough-minded when necessary, and has an attitude a mile wide; she can be very sarcastic and hateful, especially when she feels unappreciated or in the presence of a lesser individual. She has an unusual sense of humor, as well, which arises from her ability to spot surprising links between seemingly unconnected facts.
Appearance. Pan possesses an angular, petite frame, even for her age, and it seems as though her bones might poke through her skin at any moment. Her limpid blue eyes are wide and quizzical, solemn and intelligent, and therein lies the oddity in them for their gravity and intellectual inquiry is surprisingly mature. From a distance, she even looks almost dainty, like a porcelain doll, but in truth, she is not as delicate as she appears. She has a surprising amount of stamina, and while she isn't particularly strong due to her size, she is quite capable of holding her own in a fight. Her nimble form is cloaked in a flowing variety of smooth colors that dance from one shade to the next. Predominately a tawny color, her dull yellowish-brown fur is tinted with soft, creamy hues of fawn and silver, along with the occasional faded brown and black.
Biography. Born third in a litter of five, after a three week initiation in which life cruelly killed her four brothers and sisters, Pan was the only remaining pup from her parent's litter. She grew happily alone, but her mother, who, after the death of her cubs, concentrated around the fine growth and development of her sole remaining child, had eyes only for Pan, and Pan alone. Not surprisingly, her mate and Pandora's father, was frightened and, in a sense, grew jealous that his simple and basic needs of love where not being fulfilled by his mate. Although he did not mean to, when the opportunity presented itself to be rid of Pan, he efficiently snuffed her from pack life by telling his mate that Pan had died. It was an act of chance, not of hatred, and he later regretted the decision he made. Pan, meanwhile, heard her father lie to her mother and afterward ran away without interrupting her parents' grief.

_____Open No-Mans Land; Zabarack ↔ Monster; Finished
After running for days from her former home and into unfamiliar territory, Pan attempts to find shelter from a coming storm near the river. A stranger, Zabarack, meets her by the banks and offers to take her to some cover to wait out the storm. Though wary, she thanks him and accepts the offer, following him to warren-riddled bluffs just down the river. When they get into a particularly roomy den, another stranger appears - this one with red markings on his black fur. Pan demands that he leave her alone, but when Zabarack reprimands her undesirable behavior, she snaps and turns instead on the older wolf. He, enraged with her attitude, jumps her from behind and tears into her back, resulting in several awful gashes and two cracked ribs. Monster convinces Zabarack to cease fighting, and as Pan stumbles away from either wolf, he mutters guiltily about his actions.
→ I'm Alive and Doin' Fine
_____The River; Astro; Incomplete
Since her meeting and resulting battle with Zabarack and Monster, Pan has decided to increase her attempt at finding the Stone Den. She plans on following the river west until she comes to the waterfall and lake, then, after crossing into the caves on the other side, desires to trek the mountain range beyond in her quest. Along the way however, she comes across another wolf, and another stranger at that...
→ Blame it on Bad Luck
_____The Waterfall and Lake; Zabarack; Active
A few days or so after meeting Astro at the river, Pan discovers the waterfall and lake. From here, she plans to find some way to cross to the far caves at the opposite shore, but falls asleep before she encounters said crossing. However, a familiar face interrupts her nap, and not for the best. Zabarack approaches. It seems as though he's had a change of heart, hopefully for the better. Disbelieving and still very angry, especially as he tries in vain to reconcile their differences and redeem himself, Pan suddenly explodes on his black butt and threatens that if he ever comes near her again, she'll make sure it'll be the last time he ever does.
→ The Quick and the Dead
_____The Cave; Balin; Active
Attempting to sleep after a fruitless day of fording the lake, Pan has settled into the most awkward and frightening cave she could find, praying that she not be discovered. Low and behold, her bad luck means that another youth has come along, unknowingly interrupting her slumber as she readies herself to finally find the Stone Den.
Relationships
→ Zabarack
_____ Cradle to Grave, Blame it on Bad Luck
Pan, once grateful to Zabarack's initially generous demeanor, absolutely hates him. After their confrontation near the river, where Zabarack attacked viciously, Pan obtained several scars to remind her of that hatred; he is an unforgivable monster, a weapon that she both fears and despises to her very core.
→ Monster
_____ Cradle to Grave
Although she hardly knows him, Pan's stubborn shallowness hardly allows her to believe in his abilities or spirit, despite his rather kind, albeit odd exterior. Nevertheless, the disgust she once felt toward him has relinquished its hold, leaving her unsure about how she feels toward this soft-hearted, polite Varg, especially since he refused to have her hurt despite her heartless insults.
→ Astro
_____ I'm Alive and Doin' Fine
Caught in an awkward, painful time as her wounds are just beginning to heal, Pan rather resents Astro's presence, but is secretly grateful for friendly companionship. She believes Astro to be a silly, happy-go-lucky pup, similar in age but dwarfed by Astro's size.
