History:
Rouge was born on a clear night. When the cresent moon was etched perfectly into the sky, and near by the Northern Star glowed even brighter. Her parents thought it was a good omen for their daughter to be born with the mark of the north star on her chest. But it was in the future they found it brought no luck of joy.
Her mother was already very weakly when the pup was born. It was strange how there would have been a litter of three, but there was only one cub born alive that night. Another blessing they all thought. The she-wolf who gave birth to Rouge though was soon proved to have not been touched by the "luck". Her child had just opened her eyes. Seeing to world for the first time. Only to witness her mother's death. It was chance that she even survived without her mother's milk.
Her father also had to with stand the pain of his beoved mate's death and to this he fell into darkness. His once brillant golden eyes, so full of kindness began to fade and dull. He looked apon his daughter and only turned up his nose to this runt. These were her first memories.
Rouge's life grew no better. She was left without a name her father seemed to not even think of giving his child one. In his mind she was an outcast. A bringer of death and bad luck. But finally he muttered a name to the cub, only putting half his heart into the word.
"Orphan." Is the only thing he gave her. But she took it without complain. Till the future times came to play.
The coming night grew as the sun faded away. Taking all the light from the sky. In a small den Rouge waited. Her father had gone off in search of food. And had been gone for quite a while now. Tired and bored of playing with stones the pup notced how long her father had been gone. His usual trips did not take this muck time. She knew that she was suposed to wait, but going against her fathers words she padded out into the cool night.
The dark world wrapped around her and she trotted forward. She followed his scent which had grown faint. His paws ahd left faint imprints here and there. But Rouge found what had happened and knew that er name had come true.
Under the stars she found her father. On the bottem of a hole, sharpened sticks on the bottem he layed. Dead...
She knew from that very day forward her life was now going to be hard. Sorrow was the only thing she felt. No happieness came still. She traveled seeking for family. But gave in to the pain. And now she walks alone.
It was later in her life she found a new name, Rouge. Wandering alone and lost. But she was determained to live, to survive. Learning how to hunt and care for herself. However, when she had first set off by herself it was truly hard to do so. Not yet knowing the danger of humans she approached a camp that belonged to them. Attract by the warm fire and quiet voices. She wnet up to it, whimpering. Hower one of the humans arose and picked her up roughly by the scruff of the neck. And then, he laughed. Suddenly she found herself in Hell. Keeping her in a small cage, poking her with sticks ad such Rouge got another taste of life. But she managed to get away. As she ran, in anger a human threw a brand of fire. At that very moment she had looked back and it hit her right on the left left side of her face. Her fur caught fire and it must have ben chance that she tumbled into a small stream. But it left her burned and blind in one eye. So she, Rouge came from the stream with a new outlook on this world.
The fur grew back over the burn, but it was white instead of black. Many taunted her because of it, chasing her off nipping at her heels, just like love, for hate was driving her farther from it, just like the wolves do now.
