//‘Tis ok Draeg, I forgive you. ^^ and sorry, wasn’t expecting to spend the whole day in St. Augustine.//
The happy-go-lucky Kaemon rolled over on his back in the snow, laughing tearfully at the suddenly startled amber Dragga. “Funny, I don‘t look dead,” he teased, getting back up on his paws, his curled banner wagging thoughtfully It was all in fun and games with this one. But as quickly as they came, they ended. The storm seemed to worsen, and seemed to worry the buffered group, as shelter was beginning to be necessary. Still, Kaemon obediently followed Drag’s orders, bounding through the snow as one would expect. The storm’s cutting winds seemed to have no effect on him whatsoever, for his thick pelt was able to block out most of it. However, as the storm had begun to worsen, Kaemon slowed a little bit, but showed no signs of giving up his play to the storm. He threw up his tan head, and yipped happily behind the group.
Alas Kaemon’s chocolate eyes came upon a large, familiar mound; the den. However, to one who wasn’t familiar with the placement, would take one look at it and think it an overgrown pile of snow. Kaemon stopped as he watched his father digging furiously, to get to the very mouth of the snowed-over cave. But something else caught his, and the others’ auds. A howl, a call not to far, though it was damn near impossible to seek her presence. His eyes squinted, Kaemon looked around, his auds alert to any other sound. Kaemon nearly jumped out of his skin and pinned her ears to his matching cranium as Draeg through up an unexpected booming howl to the wander, inviting them to join. “Ow! Really bad words! Give me a warning next time you do that, will ya?” Kaemon hissed through his teeth, unsure if Draeg heard him through the storm or not.
By the time Draeg finished digging out the den, another figure arrived. A young ebony fae with stunning green eyes, only a bit older than Kaemon it looked like. Kaemon couldn’t tell if he recognized her or not, but by his grandfather’s expression, she either was- or is part of the pack. Kaemon cocked his head to express his confusion, as the fae whispered a soft “hello”. “Hey!” Kaemon responded, dipping his head in greeting, his features curved upward just as hers were. He was glad to see someone around his age, for once, as he and the rest of the group was ushered into the warm den.

Varg against element, the will to survive thrived in the Ge-Rad family. Even in the heart of Wolfbane’s winter, baring the full load of icy winds and frosty snows, a pack of wolves followed their Dragga into the depths of the tempest. Draeg’s body plowed a path through the ivory powder for the others too follow, as his golden orbs surveyed the land around him in hopes of finding some suitable escape from the vengeful god’s clutches. Krystal followed close behind the Ge-Rad Dragga, making sure to mirror each of his steps. The bitter cold worked its way through her protective silk ebony and ivory pelt, down into her skin, and licked at her very bones to emphasize the full presence of frost on her tired form. After having trekked the river for so long, past its winding turns and crystal waters and through many previous storms, it would seem that on this night, the elements would finally have their way with the tired Kerl.
Behind the tired Fae, a young pup seemed full of life in the mist of the blizzard. His maw forever expressed the joys of puppy hood, Kaemon’s chocolate optics ever alert and attentive, full of curiosity and play. But Wolfbane would have his way with the pup’s enthusiasm soon enough, as even Kaemon’s limitless energy slowly but surely began too fade. But even still, the fight between puppy hood and tempest would be a long drawn out confrontation. Krystal own optics were bombarded with scenery of dense gray haze and even fuzzier forms of Ge-Rad Vargs. She all ready had trouble making out Draeg and Kaemon’s form in the ever growing density of the storm, Nyobe was certainly out of Krystal’s line of sight.
Soon the amber Dragga of Ge-Rad came too a hault. But as quickly as Draeg had stopped, Krystal watched as his form leapt into what appeared as a mound of snow. Like a pimple ready too be popped, Draeg clawed and dug his way into the miniature powdered hill. Snow flung and hovered in the air around him as he dug a path into the depths of the hill. Wolfbane would look upon the efforts of Draeg and scowl at his work. Gusts of frost battered their way into the pack of wolves. It was almost as if the elements themselves tried to thwart the Dragga’s plan. Perhaps try and hinder his efforts in some way. But Draeg would have none of that nonsense, as he tirelessly worked his paws into the soon too be shelter. He only stopped when on this occasion; the winds brought not only ice, but the distant song of another Fae. Krystal’s auds rose too the howl, but it was nearly impossible for any Varg too track.
Draeg’s amber maw rose towards the clouded heavens, and his howl propelled its way through every snowflake and gust of wind the tempest could deliver, until finally Draeg’s own mantra shattered its way into Wolfbane’s kingdom in the heavens. He had called out too this stranger, and would provide shelter for the lost Kerl. His message understood by Krystal’s auds, the ebony and ivory Fae raised her own dark muzzle and sang her own hymn along side Draeg’s, figuring that two howls vs. the storm was more of a fair match. Once the invite and location was clearly established, their song ended and the Ge-Rad Dragga continued his work on the shelter from bitterness. As the amber Dragga neared completion, a dark Fae had pierced Wolfbane’s miasma. Her emerald orbs met with Krystal’s pinto optics, and she soon recognized the stranger as Ayasha.
“Not at all Ayasha,” Krystal responded too her traveling companion. She had been worried about the well being of the black Fae ever since their separation some moons ago, but was glad that she too was able to step onto the Ge-Rad lands with all four limbs in place. “I’m glad that you’re safe.” She finished with a smile. Mist would accompany Krystal’s words as she spoke them, as every exhaled breath clouded her ebony muzzle. Now finished with his shelter, Draeg turned his amber orbs on the trio, only too find that there was now an extra Fae in the bunch. He looked flabbergasted upon setting his orbs on his niece. And after momentarily speaking too Ayasha, decided to instead save all conversation for inside the shelter. With Draeg’s approval now given, Krystal made her way past the amber Dragga, and into the warmth of the icy den.
Warmth and Darkness quickly followed the Kerl as she made her way towards the back of Draeg’s shelter. Both were welcomed sensations to Krystal’s tired form. She soon settled herself at the farthest wall from the opening, her left side nearly grazing the powdered walls in doing so. Lying comfortably on her stomach, the she-Varg watched with her sapphire and emerald eyes as the rest of Ge-Rad would soon enter the shelter. Her crescent symbols sharply contrasted her frost filled silky ebony pelt. Her own body still shook from the cold that still made residence deep in her body. Krystal reminded herself that she would thank Draeg again for his kindness when he himself entered the den.

Trying to block the wind from stirring her face, Ayasha turned slightly. Draeg had begun working on a shelter from the storm. Before she had reached Ge-rad's lands the weather had been slightly better. But shelter would be perfect at a time like this. Ayasha had in fact been born in the winter, but that had not seemed to make her more ammune to it.
At Kaemon's greeting Ayasha smiled back, remembering playing together when they had been only small pups. If play is what you called the sulking Ayasha had done. Changing her gaze to Draeg, Ayasha knew he would want to know what happened, he would want to know what Ayasha never wanted to speak. A weak smile was all she could offer the dragga.
"I didn't want to worry you." Ayasha then spoke to Krystal. "I was just so hungry and the wind blew up snow and I couldn't find you." Ayasha padded inside the shelter and sat towards the back. Trying to fight her normal tendancies of shying away from company, but at the same time feeling less sociable. Well that would be taken care of later. It was her first five minutes back in her homeland, she couldn't expect herself to be extremely sociable.
Once inside, the ebony fae began to warm up. Her coat wet from the snow and fur mussed up. Outside the weather continued its relentless attack. Her mother must be warm in her den, Cal...for all she knew he could be dead. But she hoped that wasn't the case. But when he saw her, he would ridcule her for all the stupid things that she's done. Draeg, at least would listen first. When the storm passe, whenever that could be she would find her mother. Maybe Cal was back. But she doubted that.
Waiting for the other vargs to arrange themselves inside the shelter, Ayasha filtered the thoughts in her head, deciding which ones should be noted and which ones should be pushed aside. After all, she would be of no good with her head exploding with thoughts.

A light chuckle escaping his maw upon seeing Kaemon’s startled reaction to his booming summon Draeg smiled, batting a playful paw at the energetic young pup as he scurried passed him and entered the snow-ridden burrow. “But it’s so much more fun watching you leap into the air like that.” Draeg whined, adopting a puppish tone and mocking Kaemon perpetually joyful expression. Leaving the mouth of the den and taking a quick head count the amber Dragga quickly ushered the remaining members of the small gathering into the newly excavated den. Quirking a brow at the sight of Ayasha and Krystal conversing amongst one another Draeg watched as the pair exchanged a few brief words explaining the reasons behind some separation between the two before making their way into the safety of the den, both femme immediately making their way to the farthest reaches of the cavern in an attempt to warm themselves.
Seeing that everyone was inside the amber varg entered the dune, seating himself beside Ayasha and immediately nuzzling the soaked fae. “Welcome home.” he whispered softly, grooming her ruffled fur affectionately. “The two of us will talk later.” Motioning for Kaemon and Nyobe to join him Draeg cast a quick glance down at Ayasha. “Kaemon. Nyobe. I take it you two remember Uskiya’s daughter, Ayasha?” Looking back toward Krystal Draeg flashed her a welcoming smile, tilting his head slightly in a polite greeting knowing that it would be easier to converse with his old friend now that they were all in more hospitable conditions. “It’s been a long time Krystal. It’s good to see you again, how have you been?” he growled warmly. “It’s good to see that you and Ayasha are already acquainted with one another, how did you two come to know each other?”

Kaemon muttered under his breath to Draeg’s response, as he climbed his way into the den. It was quite warmer, for the trapped heat had yet to escape into the frozen lands. With any luck, the hole Draeg dug for the opening would once again be filled, keeping the warmth in.
After shaking his body, ridding his pelt of the clinging snow, Kaemon settled himself down on the side of the cave, just like everyone else. He gave a wide, exadurated yawn, letting his tongue fill his short mouth and beyond. Rolling over on his back, his belly exposed, he moved his body side to side as if the scratch an infuriating itch on his back. Finishing his little act, he let his body slip onto it’s side, with a muffled thud. The pup always had to draw attention to himself.
“Aunt Uskiya’s daughter?” Kaemon repeated, bolting upright on his stomach. He knew there was something familiar about those emerald eyes, and that ebony coat. “That means, she’s my cousin, sort of.” Uskiya and his mother weren’t really sisters, just heart- sisters. Still, he always prefrerd to call her Aunt Uskiya, like it was her proper term, or something.
He filed through his memories, he was only a cub when he saw her last. He could recall her silhouette, she always hung out with her two other Vargs. The were her siblings, if he could remember right. They may have played together when they were younger, but Kaemon couldn’t remember that much. “Really?” he said, in disbelief. His ears twitched, just a little, as he did a double take from Ayasha to Draeg. “wow, it’s been such a long time. Well, welcome back, Ayasha!” Kaemon grinned warmly at Ayasha.

The movement from frost to warmth was a gradual one for the ebony and ivory Fae. Her insides fought hungrily as Krystal soaked up every bit of warmth she could. Steadily her shudders seized and aches evaporated too become nothing more then faint memories. Ayasha made her way inside Draeg’s icy shelter and took a place beside the she-Kerl. Too Krystal, it seemed that the Ge-Rad Dragga’s niece gazed with a rather odd perplexity at the near wall. As if stricken with so many thoughts, that they rendered the ebony Fae almost mentally exhausted. Krystal parted her twilight muzzle, too which a soft whine soon escaped her maw. Craning her neck to Ayasha, the Kerl gently nuzzled her new friend. Perhaps in some vain attempt too absorb the thoughts that seem to weigh down and plague the ebony Fae’s mind. But Krystal hated seeing her friend in such a state.
Once the remaining family of Ge-Rad entered the cave, the Dragga of the pack soon followed suit. Settling himself close too Ayasha, he would nuzzle his niece and exchange to her words of warmth and welcome. Krystal recollected upon expressions brought up several suns passed, for it had only been a while ago when Ayasha spoke of uncertainty when considering rejoining her family. But seeing the two of them together eased what ever doubts that had once lingered in Ayasha’s thoughts. Krystal knew things would be all right for the dark Fae. Her own sapphire and emerald gaze could help but fall upon the playful acts of Kaemon, as he wiggled on the ground like a flipped over turtle. Krystal marveled at his care free innocence, and the ebony and ivory Fae soon found herself smiling at the pup.
Only the voice of Kaemon’s uncle could pull the pup out of his romp and play moment. He too would greet Ayasha with kind words; but perplexed ones as well, his still growing mind trying to grasp the kinship between the two. Once the matter was cleared, Draeg turned his amber gaze on Krystal. Even in the darkened ice fortress, his optics reflected the dimness of light into two beacons of ocher radiance. The Ge-Rad Dragga tilted his head in a courteous manner and spoke to the Kerl. “It’s good too see you too Draeg.” Krystal responded too the Dragga. Her tone was soft and easy, yet echoed in the silence of the enclosed ice shelter. “I’m sorry for disappearing on you oh so long ago…” She paused momentarily, as the Fae searched her thoughts for the right words to convey too the Dragga of Ge-Rad. “It’s complicated.” Krystal finished, deciding in the end that now was not the right time to depict too Draeg the details of the past, at least not when the auds of other Vargs could listen in. “Here too listen, never too judge.” Krystal knew the amber Dragga would never judge her, but she wasn’t sure about his family.
Instead, Krystal decided to lean the conversation more towards Draeg’s second question, which was far easier too approach. “Your niece and I met at a waterfall not too far from Koran. She’s very kind and a good companion. I guess she gets it from her uncle.” Krystal finished, a smile forming on her maw as the last words of her sentence escaped her midnight muzzle. The pleasantries of the shelter almost seemed to anger Wolfbane, as the tempest outside suddenly increased in ferocity. The heavens would no longer shed snow flakes on the land. They would be replaced instead with small balls of ice, as they rocketed down from Wolfbane’s kingdom, and landed on the solidifying snow with a surprisingly tranquil thud. Each stone causing a rhythm of soothing music too go along side the howl of his blizzard. Occationally a sphere of ice would roll its way into the ice den, too come to a hault when burdened by the body of one of the Vargs who lay within its safety. This effectively trapped the Ge-Rad pack in Draeg’s shelter. Krystal knew they would be in for a long night.

The ebony femme smiled at her new companion's company inside the shelter. The weather outside only seemed to be getting worse. Suddenly a thought seized her mind. Could it, would it be possible that now that her love was with wolfbane....that he was angered that she did not join him? Was it possible that he and perhaps wolfbane were now trying to bring about her own destruction?
She trembeled for a moment. She supposed that it was possible, after all, Xenos said he could do anything. But her thoughts went away when Draeg came over and greeted her.
"It's good to be home." She gave a small smile. She nodded her head at Draeg's last words. It was true, they needed to talk
"Thanks Kaemon." She smiled, although she knew that she had little contact with him when they had been younger. She didn't play much with the other pups. Some might've said because she was born earlier and was older, but she knew she did it because she had wanted no one elses attention beside her brother. Some where in her once sick twisted mind she had thought that her sister was useless and only a means of causing Ayasha pain.
"I hadn't expected to meet anyone looking for Ge-rad. It was only by chance. I might not have come home so soon if it hadn't have been because of Krystal." She shrugged her shoulders, trying to act like she was perfectly fine. But at the moment, she was either ready to break because of sadness, or ready to break because of mounting terror. Though she knew perfectly well that the chance that Xenos was now coming to kill her, when he had loved her so much, was little. She couldn't help her mind play up the darkness and the bitter storm outside.
She glanced over and noticed Nyobe, she had known her only slightly before she left. There were many members of the pack she needed to get to know better. Her selfish life had now been left behind and hopefully she could rebuild. But Draeg would have to help. She couldn't even see her own mother until she spoke with her uncle. She loved her mother, but still.
"It's a terrible time to be traveling back home." She gave an attempt at a laugh, which was better than anyother half laugh she had given. But it wasn't very good. "Looks like we may be here for a while." She trailed off, realizing that she was muttering the obvious.

Outside the weather grew progressively worse as Wolfbane seemed to lend his fury to the already raging storm, sending balls of ice and snow crashing down upon the earth in a shower of hail. Safe within the sheltered walls of the den Draeg hardly noticed the sudden turn in the weather, his attention focused on straightening Ayasha’s matted fur. He was concerned for the black fae, the last Draeg had seen of her Ayasha had been in the process of a very complicated courtship with another varg by the name Xenos along with his better half, Ajax. However outside Draeg hadn’t seen another varg asides from Krystal traveling with Ayasha let alone anyone matching his niece’s description of her supposed suitor. So then where was he now? He knew that Ayasha probably wouldn’t have returned to Ge-Rad so soon after leaving unless something had happened to make her change her mind, the only question was what? Had this Ajax/Xenos mistreated his niece? Draeg felt his lip twitch at the very thought, thankfully however Ayasha appeared to be fine physically. Still Draeg wish he knew what was troubling her.
Across the chamber he could see Kaemon rolling around frantically in the snow in a desperate attempt to amuse himself, the tan pups legs flailing about the air as he parted his muzzle in a deeply exaggerated yawn before finally settling down. Draeg couldn’t help chuckling at his grandson’s antics, batting his against the ground playfully and sending a shower of snow towards the hyperactive youth. “Showoff.” he barked. Introductions were made at which point Kaemon seemed to show more interest in listening to what Draeg had to say about Ayasha, rolling onto his stomach and sitting upright to converse with his so called ’cousin’. At his question Draeg shrugged, making a slight so-so gesture with his paw. “Sort of.” he agreed. “She’s about as much your cousin as she is my niece, I’ll leave it up to you to decide. That’s about as well as I can explain it.”
Leaving the pair to converse amongst themselves Draeg turned his attention over to Krystal. Like Draeg the twilight varg was quick to comfort Ayasha, craning her neck forward to nuzzle the ashen youth before leaving her to converse with the amber varg. “You don’t need to explain yourself to me, what happened to you is none of my business.” Draeg replied, sensing the anxiety in Krystal’s voice. “I‘m just glad you’re safe.” He listen intently as she went on to answer his second question, explaining how she had run into Ayasha near the waterfall while she had been making her way from Koran. Draeg smile as he listen, recalling the first time he had met the twilight warrior. “I seriously doubt that though I will take some credit for how she turned out.” he growled, nudging Ayasha affectionately as he spoke. “So the two of you met at the waterfall, eh? Sounds familiar.” Straightening his posture he adopted a more business-like stance, crossing his forepaws and shifting his gaze back and forth from Krystal to Ayasha. “Anyway, moving on. You two look like you could use a place to stay for a while, how would you both like to stay here with us? The pack could use some new blood to help around Ge-Rad and we’d be more then happy to have Ayasha back with us. What do you both say?”

The only response to the pup’s “call for attention” was his own grandfather’s, for Draeg had sprayed him with some snow that had blown into the den, and barking at him. Kaemon shook his body, ridding his coat of the melting now before barking back. “You wish you had my sweet moves” Kaemon laughed.
His next words, however, baffled the young mann’s maturing mind. Kaemon tilted his head, confused. He knew that Ayasha wasn’t his blood cousin, but how was she his grandda’s niece? The whole concept started to give him a headache, Draeg was right, best not to go into detail right now. No, think about it, really. It had to be some sort of adoptive father thing, or the whole pack tree thing. Whatever it was, Kaemon dropped it instantly, his mind easily consumed by some sort of other conversation.
Though he might have been hyperactive, he could calm done long enough to listen to others’ conversations. Well, for a short time, maybe. But he was attentive enough to hear the resentment in Krystal’s voice as she spoke of where she had been, those winters long ago. Kaemon wondered what could have happened, what could have been so, well, Kaemon didn’t really know. There could be a million and one reason as to why she wouldn’t speak of it. Luckily for her, Draeg hadn’t pushed the matter, as Kaemon knew he wouldn’t.
As Ayasha spoke, however, her voice was filled with sadness. Well, at first, it wasn’t. Kaemon could tell, something had deeply pained her, that had happened when she had left. Kaemon folded back his ears and laid his head on his quivering paws. Had something happened to her, to resort her to come back home? Kaemon gave a silent yawn, his mind now trailing into space, with random mages popping into his head. He didn’t know how to react to such strong emotions.
Only did his dark eyes and small ears flutter forward when Kaemon heard something about them staying, was his attention won.

(OOC: Sorry for not getting this up sooner. I lost complete track of time today courtesy of Legend of Zelda. But here it is. I know it’s short and lame. But I had a lot of distractions while I was writing this. My next post will be better I promise.)
Krystal quickly learned that no tempest of Wolfbane’s fury could dampen the mood of the Ge-Rad pack, as Kaemon’s antics drew upon the attention of the amber Dragga. Draeg would swipe his paw across the ivory powder of the shelter, and shower his nephew with reminisces of snow. It was obvious too any Varg how close the Dragga was too his family. From the playful reply he made too his nephew, too the affection and warmth he gave his niece, too the care and protection he provided too his pack. Ge-Rad showed them-selves too be everything a pack should be. "Now Kaemon, quit messing around with your uncle.” Krystal spoke to the pup. Her tone empty of scold and instead filled with a playful joy. “You know how old Varg’s get.” Krystal finished, giving Kaemon a wink soon afterwards.
While traveling with Ayasha, the ebony Fae told several stories about Ge-Rad and its Dragga. One of which was a joke commonly mentioned from time too time about his age. Though looking at Draeg, Krystal couldn’t see how this Ge-Rad gag came about. He didn’t appear too be old at all to the ebony and ivory Fae. But regardless, she had mentioned this joke anyway in an attempt to lighten the mood for her ebony companion. But soon the mood of the shelter would change, as Draeg addressed the matter at hand with the two Fae’s. What Ayasha said earlier was indeed true, and the amber Dragga generously offered the two Fae’s a place in his lands, but more importantly to Krystal, a place in his family. She wasn’t at all surprised to hear Ayasha’s acceptance into Ge-Rad, but her own as well? “Are you sure that’s ok?” Krystal spoke at first, slightly in shock at the offer. If what Draeg spoke of was true, this would mean a new family for the She-Kerl…a new beginning… “I’d love the chance too stay with you and your pack. It’d be an honor Draeg.” Krystal then moved her optics towards Ayasha and spoke. “You’ll stay too right?” The Fae asked.

Ayasha gave Kaemon a smile as he appeared to try and figure out her relation to Draeg. Her head shook for a second as Draeg pulled on her matted fur. HAd she known that grooming would be at hand she might've groomed herself. But she had not the heart to do much of anything. At least now she could rest in company.
"Draeg, if it weren't for you...I'd still be a hateful little thing that wouldn't ever know what the word family meant." She gave him a nudge back. She owed her mother and father for at least trying, but Draeg really helped her. It wasn't that her parents were bad or anything, they just didn't know how to help her. If her sister Chilaili was here.......
Ebony auds perked up at Draeg's suggestion. After all, she had come back to try and rejoin the pack. Though she had doubted that after what a terrible thing she had been, that anyone would want her back. She looked to Krystal who spoke first.
"Of course I'll stay, I was prepared to beg on my belly if it had to be." She looked around at everyone. This would be her family, oncew again. She could be home, begin to rebuild her shattered life. "Draeg...I..." She nuzzled him affectionately. "Thank you." Turning back to Krystal she gave her a smile. "Krystal, I'm glad you're here. If I hadn't run into you then I might not be here."
As the midnight fae sat there, she finally began to understand what a family was, not just your mother or father or siblings, but a pack. Ayasha had none of her siblings around, she hadn't seen her mother or father in forever. She had set off with him to make her own life. But that's when things came crashing down. But here she was, back home.

Draeg‘s response to Kaemon’s initial retaliation came in the form of a harsh laugh, the amber varg sending another flurry of snow towards his grandson before barking. “Oh please, do us all a favor and get over yourself. If I had been anywhere near as ridiculous as you when I first met Cwen, well she would have mauled me like she had originally been planning.” he laughed, then throwing his head up dramatically and assuming a more regal pose. “Besides, I have my own moves. And they’ve worked well enough for me in the past, how do you think I met both your grandmothers.”
Seeing Kaemon struggle to comprehend the concept of his own relationship with Ayasha and his grandfather’s only caused Draeg to laugh all the harder until his sides began to ache and he was eventually forced to settle himself beside Ayasha to avoid falling on top of her. “Not so easy is it, now you see why I didn’t try to elaborate anymore then I did.”
Thoroughly amused by his grandson’s puppish behavior Draeg watched as he did his best to be attentive to the various conversations taking place around him, straightening his posture and realigning his ears in an attempt to look more serious. He felt Ayasha stirring beside him as she moved to nudge him, smiling down at the ebony fae Draeg gave out a soft whine as he licked her forehead affectionately. However the tender moment was broken as Draeg became aware of Krystal berating Kaemon gently, the twilight fae taking the opportunity to make a quick crack about his age as she did. “Hey!” he barked indignantly, sending a spay of snow and ice toward the former Zanguzen warrior. “I may already be a grandparent but I’m not that old!” Casting a quick glance down at Ayasha the amber varg couldn’t help giving her a slight nip. “Ayasha, I don’t know why but somehow I know this is your fault.”
In an instant the atmosphere took on a more serious tone as Draeg extended his invitation to Ayasha and Krystal causing both femme to regard him in shock before finally responding, Krystal seeming somewhat skeptical at first but eager to accept all the same while Ayasha merely show her appreciation in the form of an affectionate nuzzle. “Of course, your both welcome to stay with us as long as you like.”

Kaemon snickered at Draeg, finding it funny that he eminently jumped to the conclusion of girls. Oh, he couldn’t let this go now. “Yet, I find it hilarious that you instantly thought I was trying to woo the grils!” Kaemon laughed aloud. “But I guess that’s to be expected of an old pimp like yourself,” Kaemon finished, winking back at Krystal as his pink tongue lolled from his parted maw. He never could pass up the opportunity to tease his grandfather, it always brought such joy to the pup. It was even more amusing due to the fact that that Draeg had to begun to retaliate at Krystal, spraying her with the same lush snow as Kaemon got. Kaemon couldn’t help but roll over on his side once again, his sides heaving with laughter. Alas, he wouldn’t be the only one teasing his dead old grandda, with Krystal around that is.
But as Draeg responded to his pondering of his family relationships and where exactly everyone branched on the pack tree, Kaemon couldn’t help but give a quick witty response. “Yes, but because I don’t get it all is because I’m still young and have lots to learn. What’s your excuse?” He laughed, immediately covering his head with his paws, expecting something to come flying his way.
Once he settled down, Kaemon remained on his side, no longer interested in the conversation going around the den. Instead, he followed a little creepy critter with his eyes, though his own mind was on the current situation. Ayasha an Krystal both were now part of Kaemon’s extended family, though he didn’t want to ponder any more about their exact relationship. The only thing he was willing to know and accept was that no matter what, ever varg in his pack was worth trusting, and calling family. That’s all that really mattered to him.

If one were too look into the depths of the icy shelter, one would see several Ge-Radian wolves weathering the storm that lay just before them. But if one were too look even closer, they would ponder over the actions many of the Varg’s took, for it seemed as if none of the Ge-Radians were nervous at all about perhaps the worse tempest in Ge-Rad history. All they would see is the laughter and play of Kaemon as he taunted and teased his grandfather, only to receive mounds of ivory frosty powder as reprisal. They would see the love and affection Draeg gave too his niece Ayasha, as he gently groomed and nipped at her ebony pelt. And though Ayasha’s face looked as if she was perhaps annoyed at the gesture, she was in fact truly grateful for the amber Dragga’s kindness. “I’m just glad that everything turned out all right.” Krystal spoke in response to Ayasha. Her pinto optics focused on both the amber Dragga, and his twilight niece. “I’m sure you must have missed her terribly Draeg, I had no idea when I first met Ayasha that she was your niece. It’s amazing how Tor works our paths around those that are important too us.”
But this moment of peace just couldn’t last forever, after all there was a rambunctious young pup along side the three adults, and he needed too find some way too amuse himself. Krystal listened intently as Draeg spoke too his nephew about seasons paseed, and how his moves brought him many a Fae. The ebony and ivory Fae couldn’t help but form a smile around her midnight maw. For there was no way she could stay quiet from that comment. “Oh really Draeg,” Krystal spoke, her twilignt maw held a smile and her tone and pinto pools full of life as she recalled in her minds eyes a scene from several seasons passed. She gazed at the Ge-Rad Dragga as she spoke. “I remember a time when a certain amber colored Varg tried too catch a fish for me in the shallow waters of a river, only to trip over his own paws and fall belly first into the water. Are these moves of yours something like that?” Of course Krystal meant no harm with her words; again she was just trying to lighten the mood of a grim environment. But the chance too tease the only friend she had known growing up was right there for the taking, and she couldn’t ignore its call.
Having taunted the Ge-Rad Dragga, his snow filled retaliation left the former Zanguzen’s face covered in ivory powder, and a rather amused pup as the adolescent couldn’t help but burst out in a fit of giggles. As Krystal closed her orbs and shook her head to liberate herself of the remnants of snow, she couldn’t see the bewildered expression on Kaemon, as his puppyish mind gave up on the complications of kinship, and decided to retaliate with another crack of his own. Almost expecting too be covered in snow again, the adolescent Ge-Radian shielded his head with his paws as best as he could. But it was Draeg who would in the end taste ivory powder, as Krystal evened the score with her own mound of snow. There was however no avoiding Ayasha, as the snow hit its mark on both the amber Dragga and his niece. Leaving every Ge-Radian covered with some amount of flurry. Time stood still momentarily, as Krystal waited for one of the snow covered Varg’s to break the sudden silence. But she couldn’t help but giggle a bit at the results of her own playful antics.

Ayasha, for the most part remained silent but attentive. Feeling, for once, that she was finally home. The other vargs expressed playful attitudes and she couldn't help but smile at their antics.
It was nice to be somewhere with other vargs, in a family rather than by yourself or with just one varg. But soon enough she would be able to tell Draeg about why she had come back. For she knew that the Dragga was too smart to merely think that Ayasha had gotten lonely.
At Krystal's taunt to Draeg Ayasha couldn't help but burst out laughing. So suddenly that she startled herself which only caused her to laugh more. Draeg was soon to retaliate to Krystal's taunt with a flurry of snow. It was only expected that she would retaliate back. Anticipating the oncoming fire Ayasha ducked as snow covered Draeg.
Popping back up Ayasha turned to look at her uncle's snow covered form. This only helped to cause her to try and muffle her snorts of laughter. Of course she found this too amusing and broke out laughing once again.
"Draeg, and here I thought you had better moves!" Ayasha stated, trying to sound serious, but her joyous expression gave her no such affect. She
