The main den area for the new, accumulated pack had finally been decided. A large clearing amongst the large well-dispersed trees seemed perfect. With the thick shrubs and bracken that outlined the clearing, it was a perfect shelter from the strong Westerly winds and the snow, which would soon begin to fall in a few moons time. On entering the clearing you are at first astounded by the beautiful array of colours. From a rich gold and sun struck yellow, the colours varied to crimson and scarlet reds all the way do earthy browns. Leaves litter the dull green blades of grass that are short from the summer and early autumn’s grazing and creating a beautiful mosaic of colours and shapes.
Emerging from the dying scrub, the silver Drappa of Ge-Rad yawned sleepily to herself after her day of scouting and meeting the newer members to her pack. Padding to the centre of the Meeting Place, Cwen peered back and forth until she knew for sure no one was around, a wry grin spreading across her pearly white muzzle. Growling happily to herself the faemme shook her thickening winter pelt and wagged her tail with joy. Throwing herself to the leaf littered earth, she began to roll around as though she was a young cub again, and playing amongst the autumn spilt leaves. Kicking her legs furiously she boxed the air around her, giving out playful whines to herself as she finally rolled back onto her stiff limbs and shook the dirt and debris from her silvery grey and white pelt. Panting heavily she suddenly stopped as the sound and scent of another came to her alert auds. Cwen swung her muzzle round behind her and growled deeply, tassel high and hackles rising in defence. Had someone spotted the oh so twisted Drappa having some personal, carefree time to herself? “Who’s there?” she barked out sharply, turning her body round to face the intruder fully.

small light grey ears stuck out from amongst the fading grass and a smirk was formly written upon the light grey maw of the youngster. her fur darkened to a dark eye on her back, and her blue eyes sparkled, split with a dash fo amber from her father, and she bit her lip as she tried to contain the laughter and giggles that threatened to well up from seeing her mother so carefree. it seemed so out of character, yet looked like so much fun, Shay couldnt help but want to laugh. especially now, Cwen had become even more less playful with the role of Drappa to add to her list of responsibilities. and Shay didnt know why, for why shouldnt each day be full of fun and play?
she cowered slightly at the sharp bark that shattered her muddled thoughts then her smile returned fully strengthened and she crouched down, wiggled her behind in the air before she pounced forward, yelling 'SURPRISE!' as she did so. her tail wagged frantically as the small moving ball of grey fur ran full pelt towards her mother.
Shay made a quick game of running in and out of Cwen's legs before she settled to a halt before Cwen, giving her a loving nuzzle then beamed up at her. 'hello Mummy!' she yipped, 'miss me?'
ooc - *points* eeeevil post. ah well.

Unbeknownst to Cwen someone had been watching her from within the bracken outlining the new den, studying her every move with great interest. A amused smile formed on Draeg’s muzzle as he watched his mate shake her ever thickening pelt and throw herself upon the thick carpet of leaves that covered the ground. Having finished patrolling the pack’s borders Draeg had returned to the den for a well-earned rest when he had discovered Cwen making a careful sweep of the area, amused by his mate’s antic’s the amber varg had decided to remain hidden in the brush and watch his mate from afar, knowing that Cwen would never intentionally allow herself to be caught in such a childish state. As he sat their amidst the bracken and dead foliage lining his feet Draeg couldn’t help but admire the scene before him, he had never really seen this side of Cwen before, now with her being so serious all the time, and as such was reluctant to let the moment pass. The sound of laughter suddenly cut through the air causing Draeg to look away from the sight before him and turn his attention in the direction of the joyful sound, he spotted the familiar from of his daughter Shayla crouching amidst the dying grass. Biting back his own laughter the amber varg turned his attention back over to his mate only to see that she had halted her activity and was now crouching in a defensive manner, her hackles raise and her tail held high in the air as she gave out a sharp bark. Before he could do anything Shayla darted forward, yelling at the top of her lung and throwing herself at her mother. Draeg couldn’t help but smile as he watched Shayla dart between Cwen’s legs repeatedly before coming to a halt and nuzzling her mother affectionately. Lowering himself down into crouch the amber varg began slowly making his way toward the pair, emerging from the bracken and treading silently down to the meeting place he positioned himself behind both mother and daughter. Biting back a devious chuckle and forcing it down to the pit of his stomach he suddenly threw his head back and let out a wild howl.
((Argh, this sucks. I apologize, this could've been so much better.))

The sudden scream of joy was what reached Cwen’s perked auds first and she staggered back in fright, only to laugh hysterically as her daughter came shooting out from the dying undergrowth and bracken at full pelt. Lifting her paws and peering down at the younger version of herself as Shayla darted in and out form between her legs. Chuckling in an amused sense Cwen craned her neck down to lick her daughter lovingly across the head, tail held high still but swaying with happiness rather than bristled with aggression. “You gave mummy a fright you did Shay. And emm…you didn’t see anything…how should I put this…abnormal? Did you?” she added with a light chuckle and flick of the eye, hoping the answer would evidently be no. Just then a slight rustle behind her came to Cwen’s auds and as they flicked, she was about to turn her head with the piercing blare of a howl blasted through her auds. Yelping in fright Cwen got up snarling and pouncing over Shayla’s smaller body as she prepared to protect her only daughter from the strange varg who’d crept up on the two. But when her blazing eyes met the more than amused face of Draeg, she couldn’t help but growl at him and pounce, lunging from the earth and landing heavily on her mate and pinning him, as she often did, to the leaf littered ground.
Finding now that things had turned and she was the one to laugh, a dark grin spread across her silvery white muzzle and she chuckled coldly. “You find that funny now do you Draeg?” her words came out sly and cunning as her tassel flicked and her muzzle got closer to Draeg’s muzzle. Throwing a quick glance back to Shayla, Cwen motioned for her smaller double to come closer. “Now Shayla…it’s time for daddy’s pay back,” she oozed deviously. “Come now and tickle him till it hurts!”
((Ok...tickling was the only thing I could think of that didn't involve blood so that's why it sounds so soppy!))

Seeing his mate and daughter nearly jump out of their pelt’s in surprised proved too much for Draeg and soon the Dragga of Ge-Rad found himself bursting out into a fit of wild, hysterical laughter until his sides hurt and tears threatened to spring from his eyes. He rarely got the chance to sneak up on Cwen and surprise her at all these days so whenever the opportunity would present itself Draeg made it a point to take it, true the consequences of his actions could sometimes prove to be a tad bit severe but in Draeg’s mind it was well worth the punishment just to see the look on Cwen’s face. His laughter had nearly died when he noticed Cwen glaring at him, her gray eyes boring into him as she let out a low growl and suddenly leapt forward. Draeg gave out a surprised yelp as she flew toward him, slamming into him and sending sprawling to the ground where she landed directly on top the amber wolf and used her full weight to pin him against the ground. The air knocked from his lunges the mighty Dragga lay helplessly gasping for air beneath the silvery gray form of his mate, watching as she a sly smile formed along her muzzle and she chuckled deviously.
Unnerved by Cwen’s sudden change in behavior Draeg began trying to slip out from beneath the silver Drappa in an attempt to free himself from his current bondage so that he might escape to someplace that would prove to be less hazardous to his health at the current moment, however a moment he finally gave up his struggle and resigned himself to the fate Cwen had planned for him. His tongue lolled out from his mouth and he couldn’t help but pant excitedly as Cwen lowered her muzzle closer to his, both wolves had formed many a pleasant memories pinning each other to the ground and quite often it was the start of one of Cwen’s many flirtatious games that Draeg loved to play. “As a matter of fact, I do.” He growled smugly, flicking his tail between Cwen’s legs seductively. “What do you intend to do about it?” However upon hearing Cwen’s punishment he gave out a frightened yip and began his struggle anew, trying desperately to free himself from beneath Cwen so that he might put as much distance between him, his mate, and their daughter as he possibly could. “Don’t listen to her Shay!” he yipped, pawing at the ground frantically. “If she does it Cwen I’ll tell everyone what I just saw! I mean it!” Although he was indeed desperate to escape his mate’s grasp Draeg knew that he would never tell anyone what he had seen for fear that Cwen would be forever embarrassed at being caught acting so childish, and deep down he honestly hoped that she realized it too.
(that's fine Cwen, tickling builds family bonds anyway. Trust me...I know.))

Shay plonked herself down in front of the bigger version of herself and beamed happily, her pink tongue flopped out of her open mouth and she panted as she recuperated from her sprinting. she giggled and her tail wagged. 'no, of course not Mummy.' she replied with her eyes twinkling. she giggled again, then jumped to her feet as the howl of another sounded, startled more by her mother's instant reaction more than anything, her tail lowered slightly at Cwen's growling at her mate, but she couldnt help but laugh as he mother pinned Draeg to the ground. then she pulled a disgusting face at her parents actions.
'urgh!' she spluttered and gagged mockingly. 'theres a small pup here remember?' she scoffed. then laughed at her mother's suggestion, prancing closer, she slowed at her father's words, but then couldnt resist the thought fo Cwen's game. she took after her mother too much in that sense. cackling like a crazed lunatic Shay pounced, her tail wagging furiously she pounced on Draeg and started to tickle him as instructed, showing no mercy.
sorry i took so long then turn up with this rubbish. i suck. 0_0

//My turn! It should be done today, but I have to go into town with my mom and get point shoes in like an hour or so, so it might be done by tomorrow.//
