Apoligies for the Broken at Heart

A lonely figure agianst the forest tapestry, making a way slowly back to a home he once belonged. Kraz wandered along the outskirts of List, mind racing. Should he ruturn? would his mother let him come home? From this point he was not sure. She has to understand...She must know why I left After the death of his sister, Syra, he had run from everything and everyone in the world he knew. Leaving was something he thought would help, but nothing could help the pain his heart held.
Stopping his trot, Kraz realized something terrible. The kind of thing that you wish you will never encounter. First Syra, now was it Shatocwnn too? The scent of the Drappa was faint and almost non-existent. His mothers scent however was strong and seemed to be lasting. What has happened to Shatocwnn? he thought desperately, tail limply curled between his legs. The world around him had changed agian, and this change was no more good than the last. Letting up a howl, Kraz hoped hios mother would come and everything would be back to normal.

The ebony Drappa's ears flicked in the mid day sun. Bristol's face in a dream of mist slowly became blurry and she gave a fairly loud whimper trying to hold onto it.

"Bristol, please, Don't leave me again, " Fiory whispered as her long dead mate's form slowly disappeared and the world of the living streamed into her golden orbs, ebony lids lifting. A sigh was given. Dreaming again. Her paws were crossed in front of her beneath her once sleeping maw, and slowly the ebony star gazer lifted her agile head. Again, amber auditories flicked and now being more awake then before, she turned to the sound of her nephew's howl.

"Kraz?" She said aloud, more to herself then to any around her. The young ebony femora stood upon her thin stilts and at a brisk run she disappeared within the shadows of the trees. Within a few moments, the agile form escaped the trees lining to find Kraz at the edge of List's territory. The scents here were mixed greatly, for Fiory herself had only just begun marking her territory and therefore had not masked over her sister's strong scent yet.

"Kraz? What are you...why are you...Were were you?" She asked, the storytelling Drappa almost at a loss for words. It had been so long since Kraz had been seen since Syra's death, it had seemed like ages. Her tail gave a soft wag and a warm smile spread across her maw, though it did not last. That howl had been for his mother, and the thought of breaking the news to him was heartbreaking to his Aunt.

"I know, that call was for your mother Kraz......but...much has happened since you left..." She said slowly, her form moving closer to her young nephew.[/glow]
