The strong agile form of Sudak stood tall as Fiory declared the duties for the day that lay before them. Sudak, as the warrior of List, had been assigned the task of training the future of List's defense, and if Sudak had it his way, the offense. Drathlic, Renn, and Sora. An interesting combination to say the least. The look in his daughter's eyes after Fiory's ridicule had touched him but the cub would need to learn. List could no longer be weak and the young needed to learn that fast if they wished to survive. Sudak padded beside Sora and glared down at her with a stern look as if to say, "toughen up!" His tail held high he glanced between the rest of the member he was to take charge of for the day. Drathlic. Training him for battle would be a serious challenge. Renn. Sudak would have to keep an extra close eye on the fae for he was sure Renn would love to take a bite out of Sora if given the chance. The question was would she do it. The same goes for Sora as Sudak knew she would fight Renn as if she was in full blown war.
His mind focused on the task ahead Sudak caught a glance of his son. He could only imagine what the dragga was thinking. He was sure that warrior training would suit the light pelted cub well, however some time with his mother would do him good as well. He shot Arias a grin and turned back to Fiory with a quick nod acknowledging all she had to say.
Sudak glared deep into the eyes of his trainees, his warriors to be. His auds reached high into the heavens and his claws dug deep to the firey depths below. He began with a stern harsh voice. No Siklas would he produce.
"Your training begins now! You fall behind you get left behind. Siklas you stick up and push through the pain. I'll make warriors out of you yet."
Sudak moved his stern eyes down the line of his victims till they rested on his daughter. He had just called his daughter a sikla. Did he mean it? As of right now she hadn't proved anything to the ivory beta and as far as he was concerned she was nothing more at this point. No slack would she be shown. She's as equal as everybody else. The battlefield and other packs would not show mercy, why should he?
[glow=purple,2,3,00]Fiory gave another small nodd. Pride swelled in her hues of sunshine gold at her betas stern tones with even their own offspring. It was harsh, and cruel, she knew this to be true. To be this wicked to your own blood, but List was in dire straights. A hard shell would need to be provided, and the sooner the better.
All at once, the star gazing drappa realized that the third of her neice's offspring had emerged from hiding in the dens. A quiet grin came to her face, watching Aiyu saunter into the area after being rudely awoken. At first, she thought to assign the kind hearted female to Gryffin's group, being that out of the two, hers was the one of least members. But a thought crossed that mind of hers and it trickled in through her bodice. A silent calm came over the ebony female, and even her hackled strands of fur began to relax and recede upon her spine.
"Aiyu..." She addressed the female cub in a quiet voice. As last to come she was last to be assigned. There was something that Aiyu had that somehow mirrored Fiory, and it was that something that drew the ebony drappa to her. "Please, Come with me." Her voice hadn't changed, and her dominant stature was unwavering. Her hues glinted the sunshine gold of the sun, with a cloud quietly passing over in silent darkness. Her disgust still lingered in that melodically mysterious vocals and yet there was a direct sense to it, even more so then it had been before with the others.
Aiyu was different then her litter mates. She was far more timid and much more shy. That would have to change, but the kindness in her heart would need to stay for all time. Aiyu was strange in a way. Her brother and sister were harsh and cruel, down to the core it seemed. Balkar blood billowing through them like a flooded stream. But, Aiyu, she was different. There was something about her that seemed within, as a calm and gentle brooke, glistening with canopy dappled sunlight. For her training, the star gazing storyteller would train her personally. A Kind heart, would train a timid one. There was potential there, and Fiory was eager to find it. Keeping the siblings apart was crucial in Fiory's ultimate plan, for they needed to remain a part of each other, but they also needed to learn skills on their own without 'backup.' Aiyu would be the only one of them to have personal training from the Star Gazer herself. The other two, were in good paws with a parent each. An Aunt would have to suffice for the little timid she-wolf.
"You will be with me in your training....Come Along Aiyu."[/glow]

Arias nodded to Sora and padded on past her, his long gangly legs taking long strides as he picked up his pace and joined his mother and father plus the rest of the pack by Fiory's side. Looking up at his parents he grolwed slightly, wishing that it had been them and not Sora to have awoken them. But none the less, he was here now, even if his head did still throb from the cuffing given by his slightly younger sister. Sitting back on his haunches he held his head high, observing Sora as she came back to his side and she too held her head high, only till Fiory put her down and back in her place. Passing his sister an irritated glance he frowned and let out a low growl. "You got my hopes up for nothing," he mumbled darkly under his breath to her, hoping at all costs that no one else but her should hear - knowing he would only be punished for speaking out of line.
Perking his large and broad ears his fiery amber gaze reverted back to Fiory as she spoke the words they'd been summoned to hear. The pack was going to return to its formal glory and all would be grand once more. It was a nice thought, but Arias was hoping that Sora's speech of Wolfbane would have been brought to a bit more positive attention. None the less, he would leave this place and join the ranks of the Balkar as soon as he could - then he'd be free to learn and worship the great Demon God. And then the speech turned to training. Shifting his footing now and leaning slightly closer, Arias was clearly interested at this point. However, when his Drappa spoke out the names of those who would be trained by his father into warriors, and his name was not mentioned, his lips twitched into the beginnings of a snarl and his raven black claws dug hard into the earth beneath his paws. Listening on he soon found out he was to become an Emissary like his mother and be trained along with the sikla Silent. Letting out a furious growl he glanced round to see Sora throwing him a caniving grin as she tottered off towards their father. He was terribly tempted to pounce on her and rip out a chunk of her flesh for being chosen over him to become a warrior. However he wished to do so to Fiory a lot more. Arias peered up at his mother as she told them to hunt their breakfast and then return to be trained. Though the young male simply remained where he sat, his head low and his hackles bristled in terrible annoyance. Someone was going to pay for this...

~Born to Follow the Steps of a Fighter He Never Knew~
Silent joined the trio of friends and he licked the top of her muzzle affectionatly as she seeked comfort in his neck scruff. He felt dominant and strong by her side, as though he were put there to protect his more timid friend, and protect her he would. However, as Fiory began to speak and the tension amongst the pack began to intensify, the silver pelted youth staggered back and began to nuzzle into his side for further comfort. Drathlic couldn't help but growl slightly at her behaviour and he turned his cyan gaze to face her golden hues. "Hush Silent, come back," he whispered softly to her, not wanting his good friend to be picked out amongst them as a weakling. From the speech Fiory gave to them it was clear that their tender young hearts were soon to be put into shape and that they were no longer going to remain living in a soft and gentle pack. Drathlic knew nothing, or very little at least, of the pack's olden days when they were a strong and devilish pack. He had learnt several moons ago that they were allied with the feared Balkar, and that news alone was hard enough for Drathlic to contemplate with. He was unsure whether his heart really did reside within the List boundaries when he knew fine well they were first brought about by a famous First of the Balkar. But he knew, that this was his home, and he must live with whatever he must to sruvive amongst those he now felt free to call family.
Ruddy auds suddenly perked at the mention of his name and training. Warrior? His cyan hues widened as he managed to supress a small whine from escaping his muzzle. Why had Fiory chosen him to be trained by the at times fearful Sudak to become something he knew he'd never amount up to. Blood was something he deeply feared and hunting was a hard enough task for him to achieve. But having to battle and draw blood from another varg, he was unsure he could ever succeed with this. Though Drathlic knew it was no use arguing. Fiory had her mind set on it, and he wanted to do nothing to upset his Drappa. Suddenly her soft heart seemed to have diminshed to something resembling stone. Flattening his auds slightly against his scalp he threw Silent and placid look and gave her nudge, hoping that she would enjoy her place as an emissary. Turning now to Renn and Sora he stood by his good golden pelted friend's side and gave her a friendly lick on the muzzle. "At least we're together through this," he growled softly, hoping that his Beta would not hear the slight fear in his tone. Throwing a passive glance to the overly enthusiastic Sora his brow creased into frown as she acted like she was already considered a highly well trained warrior. Holding back a growl that threatened to rumble in his throat, Drathlic tore his gaze away from the youth and looked to the ivory Sudak before them. His blissful life today came to a close as now he would be trained as a strong warrior by one of the strongest. Sighing slightly he then raised his head high and his tail grew rigid. He would be strong, if not for the pack, then for himself.

As the drappa assigned both beta to a job of training, Silent stepped forward to meet her own name. Read ut alongside one other, the cub of Gryffin. Silent whined gently to herself in her mind, she couldn't help but feel suddenly secluded, alone without Drathlic or Renn their. Gazing momentarily into the ebon Drappa's orbs, she searched for an answer, but then she realized, maybe it was for the best. Turning her head to Drathlic as he muttered something to Renn, she nudged him gently and whispered a goodbye before padding softly towards Gryffin. Arias had already been to her and had sat down to listen to his mother. She sat down beside him and gave a little sniff, she looked at him. She had never actually met the little Dragga, but she bowed her head to him in a greeting, looking back at her Beta for instructions.
After being told to hunt for her breakfast, she looked to Arias to find some companionship on their hunting quest. Hoping that he would make at least part of eye contact, she kept herr golden hues upon his own and then looked away to Gryffin. "Do you want me to bring you back some food?" She asked, tnking of her Beta before herself. She knew that she must ask because she was a lower rank than the feamme who stood before her. Waiting momentarily for an answer, she shifted her weight from paw to paw before slowly getting eponb them and bowing to her new trainer. She turned once more to Arias and growled a gentle invitation to hunt together. She waited for what seemed an eternity before slipping away through the trees , taking a final glance back at her two best friends together. She looked into the forest once more and perrked her ears, falling deadly silent whilst treading forth through the trees, paws landing delicately on the forest floor as she suddenly detected a rabbit scent which lingered in the air.
((Oh no, this is not gonna be fun *cough*Sora*cough*))
Surprisingly, Sora’s little show of ‘dominance’ did not strike much in Renn’s heart. Giving the cub a look that had bored look, Renn, raising her brow to the heavens as if to mock Sora. The arrogant bitch’s mean looks and snarls were not enough to intimidate the golden furred faemme, nor was her body language – and though it was slightly irritating, Renn knew that if she tried to reprimand the cub it would backfire. Turning away from Sora, Renn focused her attention on Fiory, listening to the Stargazing Drappa’s words. What Fiory said seemed strange and alien, as if Renn ahd not encountered something like this, or at least, not from the midnight-hued Drappa. Of course, Renn ahd not been around in the old days, but had List really deteriorated? It seemed fine to her, friendly and kind, yet tough as well. But, what could Fiory mean…
Her mind began to work, thinking back to the founders of List, Leohlic and Shatocwnn. Though she was not clear on history, Leohlic ahd been Second of the Balkar when eh founded List, and allied it to the Night Hunters. And the Balkar worshipped Wolfbane. Could it be…?
As soon as Fiory ahd commanded Sora, the cub whisked off. Howls and disgruntled groans exploded from the cave entrance, causing what Renn could only describe as a glitter of humour in Sudak’s eye. Silent and Drathlic were in there, the timid faemme and the friendly Mann both suffering from the devil. It was sad really, Fiory allowing a cub to fully exert her power over her fellow Packmates, almost all of which were dominant to her. Drathlic soon appeared at the entrance, clearly angered at such rough treatment. He stalked wearily to Renn’s side, giving her a smile. Turning her head round, Renn softly nuzzled her dearest friend in greeting, enjoying the sensation of his fur on her nose. ”Morning,” She whispered to him softly so as not to aggravate this new Fiory. It wasn’t that she was scared, it was just that Renn would like to stay in Fiory’s good books as she ahd been unable to with Sudak. Arias was next to arrive, ignoring Renn to her amusement, as their last meeting had not been at its best. A growl caught Renn’s attention and she turned to watch Sudak as he spoke, noting the spark of evil in his eye. What was happening to her beloved Pack?
The soft touch of Silent startled Renn, and she used her senses to tell that it was her friend. Smiling at the silver faemme, Renn turned round again to watch the Drappa and Betas. Behind her, Renn silently noted the close proximity of Drathlic and Silent and how she was subtly being left out of their closeness. Could it be possible that the pair were becoming a little more than just friends? It was painful really, for the equality they shared would change due to this relationship, and it would be Renn who lost her equality, no matter what they would say to comfort her.
The others gathered around Fiory as she began to speak. What she said was like a bucket of icy cold water being tossed over Renn. Cult of Wolfbane? Oh Tor, what now, what could Renn do? She despised Wolfbane and was a true follower of Tor and Fenris, but…how could she survive in a Pack like this. Arias and Sora would quickly become very high up when they were adults, and if Sora ruled what then? List was changing, but in the worst way possible in Renn’s eyes. Yet, surprisingly, this wasn’t as bad as what she said next. Working with Sora. Oh joy, what a delight that would be! Under Sudak’s command…well, at least Renn ahd Drathlic, and maybe this training would distract him from Silent. Dismissed.
Sudak spun round to face Drathlic, Sora and Renn, barking a harsh order as he looked at all of them. Sikla? Well, compared to some it was probably true, for Renn doubted her pack already. ”Together yes,” Renn growled in reply to Drathlic, turning her worried gaze to him. ”But Sudak has threatened me before and Sora hates my guts. At least Silent can manage with Gryffin.”
Call Me ~ Renn Taint Me ~ Vakasi Encircle Me ~ List Hold Me ~ Kop Stay With Me ~ Drathlic, Silent, Gryffin, Alkiera Hate Me ~ Ge-Rad, Sora
The she-cub glared sullenly at the ground, digging the tips of her claws into the soil. Her shoulder blades stuck skeletally above her drooped neck. Sora did not appreciate Sudak for making her look the fool. He was treating her as if already she was too weak to amount to anything. She gritted her teeth in determination; she’d show him that she was far more superior to the weak, loving Renn and the affectionate fool Drathlic. If she had been Drappa, List would never have fallen into residue and Sikla’s like the frolicking trio and Aiyu would be ripped apart for showing such things as emotion. Renn and her friends were a disgrace; somehow they had wormed their way into the ranks of List without realizing that the Balkar came first. She knew that, Arias and Gryffin knew that, and to some extent so did Fiory and Sudak. Sadly her sister was in the same rut as they were, and someday each of them would pay for their ghastly beliefs…with blood.
A shadow of movement flickered just beyond her range of vision and Sora looked up to see Aiyu crawling pitifully from the bowels of the earth. She smirked coldly. If only Aiyu had not fallen to submission. She could have been strong and proud; she could have learned the ways of Wolfbane alongside her siblings and come to understand the blood chilling thrill that the feeling of power brought with it. If she hadn’t been so timid she could have aided Arias and Sora in their plots. But know, she was a blood traitor and an insult to the blood that swam through her veins. Never would she be a legend, only a disappointment. That was why the she-cub intended to remove her someday.
“My list is growing,” Sora thought to herself, glancing at Aiyu, Renn, Drathlic, and Silent.
It came as a bit of a shock when Fiory gently beckoned to her littermate. Sora felt a hot surge of jealousy, but it was quickly quelled when she remembered the soft smile that always played across the Drappa’s ebon maw and the gentle breeze that shown in her eyes. She was better off training with her Father, a least he had an evil streak. Still, she cast Arias a calculating look to see what he made of the matter. A smile flitted her lips as she noted his gleaming eyes, his trembling hairs, and the hateful energy pouring from his bodice. Sora felt triumphant; she got to train for battle first.
She turned her attention to Drathlic and Renn to size them up. An audible growl escaped her jowl as she witnessed their friendly little nuzzles and licks. Sora admitted that she hadn’t quite weaned herself of her mothers love, but she wasn’t always cooing over Gryffin and licking the dirt she walked on. She snorted in contempt. “At least we’re together,” she mimicked, than rolled her eyes. What morons. She should make sure to do everything in her power to aggravate them. A glimmer sparkled in the core of her emerald orbs. Sora had a purpose. Tilting her head she rubbed it against Renn’s foreleg in an affectionate manner. “Won’t this be exciting Renn? We get to train together so that List can once more prey on innocent victims.” She hid her smirk as she began to lick the golden fringe of the femur. “Doesn’t taste bad,” her mind whispered as she imagined the blood and bone hidden beneath succulent flesh.
Gryffin turned her eyes on Sora as she sat pride yet annoyance flitting across her muzzle as she found out which group she was stuck with. Gryffin knew that Renn and her friends were timid, Especially the ruddy male Drathlic. But Gryffin knew that could have potential. Silent was a well hunter and agile too, she reminded her much of the quiet Lyft. Which in term is an honourable comparisin. Renn had that pit-fire in her, Gryffin had seen it before against her mate Sudak. If only the golden femur could bring out that attitude more often.
Gryffin started Drathlic was shy, he would make a better Emissarry, but Fiory's words were held to Gryffin as she turned her group. Her tail gave a flick as she looked to Arias. He had a look of jealousy and Gryffin knew why. It was the same hateful, jealous look she had shot Fernlick when he had left to join the balkar only to leave Gryffin behind. THe tri hued beta stalked forward and brought her jaws onto the he-pups muzzle, biting it gentle as a low rumble escaped her maw "In time my son. Do not rush now. Soon you will be training with Ziev and his Night Hunters" Gryffin growled, her emerald orbs glaring straight into his amber eyes.
Gryffin lifted herself, releasing her hold onto the pup as she turned she could see Aiyu trembling a bit as she crawled out towards the clearing. Gryffin whined as she sighed. Padding over she gave the young sikla pup a reassuring nudge before handing her over into the paws of Fiory. No matter how much balkar blood nothing could destroy a dam's devotion to her pups. Though she wished Aiyu could have been braver. Her daughter reminded her of her own sibling Jade. Gryffin and Fernlick had tortured her much, just how Sora and Arias had done to Aiyu. Now where was she? Jade was no where to be seen nor found. Gryffin shook her muzzle, dead most likely, though she found she had a smirk on her lips. She hadn't bonded with her much since Jade had been quiet and a sulking mess.
But Gryffin stood unknowing. Aiyu would be too timid for the life of a full-blown warrior, and not independent enough as a scout. Gryffin worried for the moment, hoping that her tanned she pup would not end up like her unruley aunt Jade. But it seemed Fiory granted the pup a chance asking her to train with the star gazing drappa. Curiosity flooded Gryffin's mind but as a pup she had learnt much from the ebon drappa's storytelling.
So Gryffin turned her muzzle to see Silent. The beta took her in with a nod before cocking an ear to her offer. THe femur shook her head. "You will need the energy today Silent. You can hunt your own food and... Go by yourself, Arias needs to hunt his own lunch" Gryffin spoke as she saw her giving her son an invitation to hunt. Yes wolves were pack wolves, and hunted together but Silent had fed on companionship. Any companionship even asking psrtnership with Arias who would do much to bring Silent down. Gryffin knew that the young she wolf was a good hunter, she could prosper by herself. Yet what Gryffin wanted was for Silent to experience a bit of independence. Ane emissarry had many jobs, scouting the border, runnign between packs as a spy or as a messenger. If something were to happen Silent would not have any back -up. Gryffin needed her to have the independence. Away from Drathlic and Renn for the moment.
Gryffin looked behind her and she could see a silent war boiling from Sudak's group. The mentor wasn't even fond of his own pupil Ren. Gryffin's blood began to boil as her mother had taught her the meaning of List. Sharing close bonds would make them an elite warrior pack.
Gryffin's lip twitched as she charged towards the Warriors group, her hackles on full and as she snapped her jaws visioucly at Renn before moving toward her daughter Sora, her Emerald eyes shining with blood-furied fire as her talons raked the ground with anger. "Stop your whining and quit being pathetic siklas!" Gryffin's brow furrowed. "Start getting along with each other or suck it up!" A snarl emitting from the beta's throat. "Can't join the party? Then maybe the soft mooshy life is for you. Maybe you can join the siklas in Koran, or the hedgehogs in Deor!
She whipped her head around to eye her packmates. Pathetic. Oh I hate you and you hate me. Gryffin growled looking at Sora before turning away, "Without a pack you are nothing" Gryffin quipped before turning away. "A balkar without his pack is nothing but a misplaced fool. What power can he have in his dire claws if he is only but One? So unless you wan't to be a sikla, toughen up and stop being a whelp" Gryffin growled her lips twitching before she padded back to rejoin her group, her tail giving a lash to the side before mumbling somthing inaudible under her breath, and if anyone dared to back talk her then they would feel the power of her jaws.
~Daughter of the great Shatocwnn and Leohlic~ ~Sister to Fernlick,Jade,Baleful~ ~Cousin to Shatila,Orion,Denisha~ ~mother of Sora, Aiyu and Arias~ ~Forever Remembering, Lyft, Bila, Mother. Father and Shatila~
The group laying before the ivory beta reaked of uneasiness and he could sense every twitch the siklas were making. Sora's form hung long and lanky before him and he could see the anger rising inside her still small bodice. Renn and Drathlic were whispering among each other and were showing too many signs of affection to count. Sudak let out a low growl that seemed to vibrate its way from the depth of the earth, as if Wolfbane himself were ripping up from the ground to devour the cubs as he was told was Wolfbane's preference of taste. Sora then made her way to rub against Renns leg and she began on her run of sarcastic remarks. Sudak nearly lunged for the group but before he could do so he felt the air along his flank blow by to reveal the form of Gryffin glaring her ivory canines and all deeply to the warrior group before them. Sudak's eyes had shot wide open but soon returned to their focused state as he learned of the identity of the disturbance. Sudak stalked forward to his mate's side and glared his icy eyes deep into the souls of the cubs. No emotion could be read from his dark eyes that seemed emit chills to whomever they set focus to.
"You don't talk unless I tell you to talk. You don't eat until I tell you to eat. I tell you to fight, you do so to your fullest extent until I call you off. You don't pull off and I'll rip a gash in your side you wont know what hit you. You all pull it together or I'll feed you to the demon god myself."
Sudak's personality sure did switch to the side he rarely used in the precense of other varg. However the actions of those before him and the task ahead called for him to be the ruthless varg he could be. The ivory beta gave a nod to Gryffin as she made her way back torwards her group but dare not take his eyes of the victims of his wrath. He turned his body to begin a tred down the line of varg. Lifting one paw before the other pounded down sending dust flying in every direction. His tred sounding like the rolling thunder over the Carpathian Mountains. The beating drums of the human armies that marched there way from one smoking village to another. Sudak then gave a short lived lunge straight towards his daughter then nudged her with his head just enough to send her staggering off totaly off balance in the direction of the fields of herla.
"Get Running!"
barked Sudak with a ferious growl following. An evil glare emitted from his eyes once more as he shot his head around towards the other two that remained. He started to lunge towards them as well, but this time with much more strength, for if they didn't start running they would be sent flying through the air.
"And don't you stop till I say, or so help me Tor it'll be your hide to pay."
Sudak shot a glance to Fiory, then Gryffin to see their reactions then shot off in the direction of the stumbling cubs.
//Ok I just had to let some of the evilness out, hehe
[glow=purple,2,3,00]The golden gaze of that ebony stargazer glanced upwards at her dismissed packmates. She did not say a word more, as Sora was reprimanded and Renn scolded for their cub like behavior. She knew of Drathlic's fear of blood, hence why his first bit of training would go toward the feild where blood was always evident. His fear had to be conquered somehow, for without blood, a varg did not eat and grow strong. It was the way of the world, and the male needed to learn it sooner, rather then later. That glimmer of gold glanced momentarily to the emmense jealousy between her neice and her nephew. But, there was reason behind this as well. Both wished to be warriors, and perhaps that was where both would reside. But Arias, unlike his sister, was male; destined by the looks of it to become a balkar varg, so why rush his training as a warrior here in List, when he would be getting far better lessons from a balkarian varg? For now, he would be trained in swiftness and in cunning abilities, things balkars needed if they did not show it directly. Inwardly, Fiory dispised the thought of her nephew joining the ranks of the night hunters, though she knew Gryffin's pride would burst if he was successful in accomplishing this said goal. And for that reason alone, the drappa would be content enough if Arias made it to the Balkar ranks. However, that glimmer of mischeif that seldom resided within her golden eyes continued to stare at the jealous little he-cub.
"Arias, you wish for vengence, do you not? It is written in writing as clear as blood on your face..." She said in a quiet voice, docile and melodic with that hint of mysterious intent it always held. Of course, that direct tone was still there, if only just. Aiyu would need to wait for only a moment longer before her training would begin, for it seemed that her brother needed to be settled with first.
"Take your anger out then Arias. And I will be your target. Release whatever frustrations your mind may cage, for one can never learn, when blinded by hatred or rage." It was a challenge, specific for the male. For the moment, she was over riding her Beta in his commands. Would he dare attack Fiory, even though she told him it was alright? She could see it in his eyes, in the way he sat there how disgruntled and infuriated he was. With ears laid back and eyes penetrating the hues of her nephew, Fiory stood tall and proud, her tail low and her fur never stirring. She didn't even look like she had raised a hair on a hackle at all. Indeed, she hadn't.
"IF you are successful in your attempt, and manage to draw my blood Arias, then I will grant you to your father, and replace your position with your sister when she returns. If not, then you will swallow what pride you have and continue to train under your mother...." It was probably a very delightful proposition for Arias. He had nothing to lose, and all to gain. He could wipe the smug look from his sister and be trained as a warrior in one foul swoop, while in the process release his frustration upon a willing victim. But, could he really draw blood from Fiory? It was something the Drappa hardly thought possible, though she allowed the thought that there was a slim chance of it. If Arias were to take the ebony star gazers challenge, then Aiyu would begin her own training with observation at the same time...
((Sorry, twisting it a bit...Hope ya'll don't mind...))
((Edit: If you would all kindly take notice to the two new sub-boards I've put in, you'll see that that is where the training sessions can be placed and so on, etc. Just so that it stays organized and people don't have to shuffle through other threads to find the training threads they wanted or the spar threads they were in or what have you. So, the Emissary training area is now open, and so is the Warriors training area, please take threads of learning to their respective sub boards. Any other threads however, that do not have to specifically do with being a Warrior or an Emissary, will continue to stay on the main board. Thank you much! ))[/glow]

As Silent came over to Arias, offering him the chance to hunt with her, his fiery orbs burnt through her golden hues with the malice and fury that now bubbled through his veins. She did not need a verbal reply to let her know that she was unwanted by him at that moment in time, though Gryffin herself spoke for him anyway...even if his glare had made the point in silence. His mother spoke wise words to him, but Arias' blood was boiling itself thin and he was unable to take hold of her words. He merely sat where he had placed himself and fumed away in silence, his lips twitching furiosuly as he then watched his sister play sarcastic games with Renn simply to rile her up. Though it only backfired and soon both their parents were onto the trio at once and shouting furious and hurtful words.
Arias flicked his tail in light amusement before returning back to his festering state, glaring at his father and the trio as they ran out of the clearing to head off for their training to begin. Just when he was about ready to simply give up and sulk back to the dens, the mysterious and incredibly enticing voice of Fiory reached his large broad auds. Turning his gaze to face her, their eyes met and his fiery hues danced like tickling flames as her own golden hues seemed to ripple in a curious fashion. Remaining in silence whilst she spoke, Arias' eyes grew wide and his head soon began to lift on the end of his crane like neck. Was she freely offering him the chance to become a warrior if only he could succeed in drawing blood from his Drappa? Was she serious? Arias searched those eyes for some kind of twist or ploy within them, however he found nothing. Nothing but the simple offer of fighting his Drappa for the right to become a warrior in training and throw his sister where he had been put. Or, even if he did fail, at least he had had the experience his sister would probably envy him for.
Moments passed in silence as the two stared one another off. The young male was tempted to give his mother a quick glance as though hoping for the right answer. But no, he pushed that from his mind as now he was to make his own decision, to choose a path for himself. A wicked and sinister grin twitched at the corners of his lips and his eyes grew malicious and devilish. Getting to his long limbs he stood before the proud standing Drappa and lowered his head slightly, hackles rising along with his bristling tail - which in fact was still worm like and useless. "I accept your challange," he growled darkly, auds laying flat along his head. Taking a step forward he paused, his hind leg hovering inches from the ground, Arias began to wonder what on earth he could possibly do to succeed in this task. He had never fought anyone apart from his sibling before and knew nothing of warrior skills that would help to bring down his quarry be it a varg. He had nothing to lose however, and if she beat him down he would simply get up and try again. The anger that had built up now was so powerful he felt as though he could have taken any varg on, no matter their size or rank. His muzzle distorted suddenly into a wicked sneer and he let out a snarling growl as he pushed himself forward on his front legs and on landing he kicked off with his gangly hind legs, pushing the youth into the air and straight for Fiory's muzzle. His tactics were incredibly awful - though for a first try no varg could name him a coward.

[glow=purple,2,3,00]"I sortof knew you would." Fiory growled softly, though unlike the stances that Arias made towards her, she still kept that calm look. Of course, when his gangly appearend bounded through the air towards her muzzle, she had to do something to evade him and his obviously pup like attack. What exactly had he been trying to do with that anyhow?
It happened in one fluidic moment, her cranium dipping and waving the rest of her body downward and over to her right in a barral roll. Once twice, before she was up upon her agile stilts again, as if she had only just moved by taking a few light steps in that direction. Her head turned to him as he made his decent towards the ground now, a look of cool confidence on her muzzle and demeanor. This was more fun for her then anything really, and besides that she was getting her morning stretching done at the same time if not giving Aiyu a preview of her own training to begin.
"Is that all you can do Arias? I expected more from a natural born warrior..." The drappa said gently, her tail raised and lightly swaying. Her ears flicked foreward and the kindly star gazer came back to flood the stoney heart of before. Fiory was naturally a gentle varg, she was just incredibly passionate at times. Now however, in play with her nephew, all she was being was an over grown cub, playing with a sibling and taunting as siblings do. Except, this over grown pup, didn't fight back. She merely evaded and leapt away with all the agility and grace she knew how to use in fluidic movements. Fiory herself in full health resembled that of an emissary; she was agile, naturally thin, with long capable legs to carry her with great speed wherever the shadows were. Her long feathered tail wagged softly above her, and just to add to Arias's evident embarressment and to his anger, for she wanted to burn it out of him, she knealt down upon her elbows, her head in the ground with her rump high in the air in a playful stance. Those peircing gold hues gave off a flame like glimmer, daring the cub to continue in his assault, if not admit he was wrong and go back to where she had placed him. On the latter, he wouldn't return to Gryffin in shame, but with a level of respect; there aren't many a varg who can admit they are incorrect and still live on afterward...[/glow]

Creeping out from her place amidst the bushes Aiyu gradually made her way to join the rest of the pack, still staring down at the ground as she padded lethargically over to the group. Stopping just short of the gathering she seated herself back on her haunches, occasionally glancing up warily at the company of wolves but for the most part keeping her emerald gaze fixed on her paws. She made no move to abandon her position and join her parents as she normally would’ve done, opting to remain outside the pack instead in case they felt the need to punish her for her tardiness and she was forced to run. Gryffin was clearly disappointed with her and Aiyu felt that her kinship with her siblings somehow meant less to them with each passing moment then it did to her. Fiory didn’t even seem to acknowledge her existence and as far as Drathlic and the others went, they were strangers as Aiyu had never really gotten around to becoming acquainted with any of them due to her habit of isolating herself within the den. Even her father who was normally so loving and gentle seemed different, his eyes held the same hardness that was usually found in Arias and he seemed to have taken on a more menacing and ruthless appeal to the varg placed under his care. As much as she loved her father Aiyu knew that this wasn’t the same varg that had raised her, he was different, frightening, the she-pup couldn’t be around either him or her mother right now. She couldn’t bring herself to sit amongst them, and so she remained; an outsider within her own family.
She didn’t need to look up to know that eyes were upon her, Aiyu had learned to acknowledge such stares long ago and found the prickling on the back of her neck to be a sign that she was being watched. Suddenly her name was called and Aiyu’s head shot up, instinctively pinning her eyes in submission as she found herself gazing at the unwavering form of her Drappa. She was a bit reluctant to comply with her Drappa’s orders as Fiory beckoned her forward, noting that her voice, though quiet and calm, still retained a hint of disgust. Unsure whether her Drappa’s tone was directed at her or merely a byproduct from her speech Aiyu took a hesitant step forward, a reassuring nudge from Gryffin prompting her to pick up the pace. Lowering her gaze submissively Aiyu couldn’t help but tremble before the Stargazing Drappa, unsure as to why Fiory had singled her out and afraid that the elder fae was going to punish her for being late and practically missing the rally. With a grimace she prepared herself for the scolding that was to come, but much to her surprise it didn’t. But what came instead was even more surprising as Aiyu learned that she was to be trained by the elder drappa.
Lifting her head in surprise Aiyu stared up at the stargazer as though waiting to see if she had heard right, she waited a moment to see whether Fiory would decide to withdraw her previous statement and dump her with Arias and Silent in training with her mother. She didn’t. Aiyu couldn’t help but have conflicted feelings towards the position that had suddenly been thrust to her, she felt a slight sense of exhilaration at the prospect of being trained by the Listern Drappa, something she had never expected, but at the same time she couldn’t help but feel a bit uneasy as she wondered just exactly how Fiory would take to her submissive nature and what she was getting them both into. Responding to Fiory’s summons Aiyu quickly scrambled after her mentor, not wanting to start her training off on the wrong foot and make the ebon Drappa regret her decision. “Coming Aunt Fiory.” she responded obediently, her voice caught somewhere between a squeaking bark and a light whine.
Still carrying herself submissively Aiyu snuck a quick glance over shoulder at her sister and immediately spotted Sora gloating, clearly pleased that she was going to be trained by Sudak in the way of the warrior while Arias, who had clearly been hoping for the same, would be trained as an emissary of List by Gryffin. It didn’t take a genius to realize that there would be some friction between the two in the days to come, no doubt Sora would make every possible attempt to flaunt her victory to her brother which in turn would only infuriate Arias even further until he likely snapped and a fight broke out. Turning her attention back over to her mentor Aiyu noticed that Fiory had come to stop, following her gaze Aiyu quickly realized that she was watching how Gryffin and Sudak were handling their perspective groups and seeing how Arias had taken to both the news and his sister’s smug demeanor. Sensing where this was going she obediently seated herself back on her haunches, shifting her weight occasionally in an attempt to accommodate for the rough ground beneath her and make herself more comfortable as she waited for Fiory to conclude her business with the beige pup; watching as the Listern Drappa make a wager with her brother and engage in a one-sided match that Aiyu thought to be nothing more than a game for Fiory’s own amusement. Observing the pair intently Aiyu felt the traces of a smile tugging at her lips, perhaps she would enjoy her training after all.
Oh what a delight," Renn muttered, her voice inaudible so that Sora should not here her words. It was a shock to suddenly feel the cub's affectionate muzzle until she realised it was a sarcastic act, but Renn did not elt this show and barely reacted to the little cub, only giving Sora yet anothe rbored look. To be frank, Renn couldn't be bothered with the cub's foolish taunts and arrogance, and she would not be intimidated. It was now out in the open that List would definantly become a darker Pack, stronger yes, but closer to the Balkar - however, it did not mean they would neccesarily forge their own war and prey on the innocent as Sora said? No, it was merely an attempt to ruffle Renn's fur, and the golden faemme would not allow Sora the satisfaction. Slimy bitch, She thought, ignoring the lick.
Renn looked at Sudak, realising that he was pumping up to punish the trio, but someone else got there first. Renn ahd never seen Gryffin like this, the faemme seemed different, hard and angry, calling up her Balkan blood and loosening her tongue. Whining? Well, none of the trio had been whining, only Renn and Drathlic offering words of comfort to one another and Sora being a bitch. Where ahd the old Gryffin gone? Where was her good friend? Would they ever be able to share anything? Would Renn be allowed to voice her doubts to someone other than Drathlic or Silent? No, it seemed not, the trust would have evaporated between them if Renn so much as showed ehr troubles in her eyes. After Gryffin spoke, Sudak voiced his own punishment and threats. Renn was tempted to refuse to do as he said, but she had long ago tamed her rash tongue and did as she was told, not daring to disobey. It wasn't out of fear for herself, for she wouldn't care if they stripped ripped her gash in her, but she did not want to leave and abandon ehr friends, nor prove Sora right. For some reason, this brought to mind what was going on between Serg and Draeg. Serg had sworn a vendetta against Draeg and his family and all tied to them, and it was by this that Kop had stopped the relationship he had with Renn. Well, when Sora grew up it would seem she would want to hunt down Renn and posssibly the other 'Siklas' too. Also, it seemed that Sora would want Aiyu dead. The poor youngster was kind and gentle, shy and sweet, and everything Sora stood against. Renn's heart went out to the poor cub, bullied so horribly by ehr siblings.
Suddenly, Sudak's voice cut through her thoughts, and Renn sprang forward to obey, signilling quickly to Drathlic so that he wouldn't get left behind by her. A scene was clearly unfolding jsut as Renn was racing away, but she ignored it and kept her head forward, mapping out the path she was now treading.

The ebony pelted Drappa suddenly disapeared from his view as the young gangly male soared through the air, his lips pulled back into a threatning - or at least he believed so - snarl. Though as she so nimbly rolled away beneath him, the anger and annoyance flashed with even more fury in his eyes as he watched her taunt him with her words. He landed lightly, his forepaws helping to absorb the shock as his hind legs dropped neatly in behind him. He was not as pathetic as his first attack had made him out to be. After battling Sora so many times he had become accustomed to it. Though he knew Fiory was a different player, and she had the experience of a life he had not. Growling in deep irritance as she dropped to her elbows in a playfully taunting fashion, Arias threw a savage glare at Aiyu who he knew would be gaining a lot of fun out of watching her brother be made a fool of. Letting out a savage snarl his ember hues flashed back to Fiory and he stiffened his legs further, hackles rising as he took a few steps towards his Drappa before dropping low too, his head now slightly lower than her own. He peered wickedly up into her golden gaze and with a surge of energy his hind legs let loose a coiled spring within and he was sent flying towards Fiory's neck - or at least anything his sharp young teeth could sink into. He could not do much damage to a varg this much odler than himself, but hopefully his bite and movement would be fast and strong enough to make a wound.
