The little happy go lucky cub pranced about the woods as merrily as could be, spring was coming, oh what a joy. Its times like these one would expect to find animals of all sorts frolicking and chasing butterflies that floated on the wind. Had you been looking correctly you would of seen Idraxil doing such a thing, in fact he thought it was humerous to say the least, jumping about after harmless things often was.
Then he realised something after the little butterfly naffed off else where, he gazed around and shook his head. Disorientated from prancing,frolicking and galavanting about he discovered he was utterly hopelessly...lost...again.
For the third time in a week he'd been lost, this was getting to be something of a recuring nightmare,not so scary just gets annoying after you've seen it before and for the hundredth time. Yes he'd done it again, so for the next ten or so seconds, glacned to his left, then to the right, 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10, then behind him..1,2,3,4,5,5,6,7,8,9,10, then infront....Ooh a badger. Childish inquisition, he wandered off after the badger, making it hias aim to tag the stripy critter and run away sharpish.

A varg she saw doing childish thing. Such as jumping around. You might say that whe had no place to talk for she was a cub herself, but a very mature one. Learned to be on her own without any family or friends. Maybe this one could be a real friend. After finally making up her mind she stepped out of the shade only to be standing face to face with the varg. And accidently a deep growl escaped her throat (as it waws not usual, she was very happy).

The blue hued fae drifted through the woods. Her spirits floated high, Spring was so close. There was really no snow left in the fields of sprouting grass and flowers. A gentle breeze played around her bringing new scents and fesh smells along with it.
Kahuri loped of into a gallop, feeling free, like the wieght of life had suddenly lifted off her shoulders. AS she slowed a small stiped crature wandered across her path. A badger. The beasts looked helpless as it waddled by, but they could be very dangreous to cubs at times. It was just then a cub went after the badger. He was young, very young. Kahuri smiled. She did miss being a pup. Those were the golden years of her life. But every varg had to deal with the fact one day they will have to grow up, and say good-bye to being a pup and pass into the times when you have to look after yourself.

The reddish tint in Ramoth's fur glinted like amber as the sun caught it momentarily before she stepped back into the shadows. Her gaze remained on the little cub at all times, concern written across her face. At first glance she seemed barely full grown, a young varg, but then when you saw her face properly, the wisdom in her eyes you knew she was simply small for her age. She had been born a runt and had never grown to be quite the size of most wolves. A peaceful creature at heart, Ramoth showed kindness to all she met, a rare ability. She was no fighter, never would be and had relied on the security of her mate at her side when danger reared its head. Of course, he couldnt be there at all times to protect her and Ramoth did have her own defenses. Her one bonus was she was incredibly fleet of foot, her lithe, graceful body able to lend her an incredible turn of speed. Any danger that she couldnt calm with words, or if Brennil wasnt at her side she would simply turn tail and flee. However, at the moment there was no sign of danger for herself, no her concern was on the young pup gambolling about. She had been watching him for a few hours now, shadowing his movements to make sure no harm befell the innocent pup. She treasured such innocence and would do anything to preserve it as long as possible. Anyway, it was a pleasant way to spend her morning, watching one so young at play. She tensed slightly as her sensitive nose caught the scent of not one other varg, but two. She looked around her, her ears flicking agitatedly, searching desperately for the possible threat.

[glow=silver,2,300]Memories of better times. That was what the Dragga of Ge-Rad saw as he watch the young male chaseing butterfly's, frolicing, and generally being a youngster. He remembered them.. his brother, his friends, Kadin, Phantom. It hurt him to think of it. His dear brother was gone... gone for good, he feared. Kadin... he was dead, or so most belived. Bryr held to hope, and it hurt and helped him.
The ebon wolf padded with silence towards the youngster. He was not huge, but rather... right. He looked like a wolf should... minus the bleeding from his side, but theat was unimportant. All that was important was remembering... was wanting to know the youngster better. He was aware of other wolves... but far less then surprised. Two were adults, fae, probably looking for a cub. But then... Bryr had been robbed of his cubs. They had left him, they had grown up away from their father. He sighed, his silver eyes flicking to the dirt, and then he stepped out into the clearing, an expression of calm on his maw. He was ready, tensed in case of any threat... he had been a cub once, reckless,foolish. He had also been protected more then any cub should be. Not only did he find his mother by blood... but his mother by choic, Luna. He had also had Cabby... the protective fae had vanished afterwards though. He padded towards the youngster, and let his baritone voice speak. "Hello." he said, no threat in his voice, only kindness... and curiosity. [/glow]

Ramoth's eyes suddenly spotted the male stepping out into the light and she felt her breath catch in her throat. Did he mean harm to the little cub? She felt herself relaxing though as she looked at his stance, the way he held himself. No, there was nothing threatening in his manner. Instead she felt herself feeling a little intrigued about this stranger and stepped out from the other side of the shadows. The light caught her fur once more and it almost seemed to glow red as she moved. It was strange sight, where the sun didnt catch her full on her fur remained the usual gray, with perhaps a small hint of brownish red, but with the sun it literally shone like amber. She looked across at the male, her head held slightly lower than usual to show she knew he was the dominant one. At her size though, she was never the dominant varg unless with only cubs. She smiled slightly, "Greetings stranger, my name is Ramoth... I hope I am not disturbing you, my eyes have been on the cub for a while now," She glanced over at the little one momentarily before looking back, "To make sure that no harm befalls such innocence..." Her smile was warm, friendly, just as it always was when first meeting another varg. There was really no other part of her but a kind, warm heart and a peaceful nature, so there would be no other way to approach a wolf for her.

Bounding madly he was stopped by another pup, who growled at him, Idraxil had done little wrong, merely chasing a badger is all, hardly warranting a growl, well at least not from the wolf, the badger would of had a difference of opinion however
Yes...what do you want?
his head turned to the side quizically and then he simply, without a care in the world frollicked past the pup and into two more wolves, stopping to look at them for a second, he let out a soft yawn and lead down, and begun to roll randomly through the blanket of snow

Kahuri's eyes daned as the cub continued to play. Her muscles tensed, as she tried to keep herself from running after he pup. But then on a breeze scents brushed her nose. Quietly she turned her head, looking for the two new, no three strangers that have now approached. one that caught her eye was Brypaw, he was once a varg in the Koran pack, like she is now. No, he was son of the drappa and dragga who watch after the pack. She had never really ment him before, we she joined her was already an alpha of another pack. he noticed to gask in his side, what happened there? she pondered.
Then her green hues settled upon the form hidden in the shadows, another she-wolf. Kahuri had never seen this one. But even if she did not know her the fae could tell she had a kind heart. Any how she was watching the cub. The other pup that came, aparebtly before she had arrived, greeted to young dragga, growling slightly. Idraxil only went on playing though. Finally she could not take it any more. With a single leap Kahuri landed right in front of him as he rolled in the melting snow. Her tail wagged fiercing, and her tongue flopped out of her mouth making her look a little silly. "Hello!" She cried playfully.

As carefull as she could a little pup, too small for her age, ventured out of the woods, her yellow eyes searched around but she saw no real danger. Her whole body language implied that she was scared, as her mother had been away for long, and hunger had driven her out of her hole. She suddenly noticed other wolves flocking around, but was too scared for her own life to go after them.

A black she-wolf stepped out from behind some bracken and peered round from the oak tree at the wolves assembling. She noticed a tiny pup too small for her age shivering. Memories flooded her head of her father. When she had been younger, her father had been murdered by a heavy gray wolf. His dieing words caused her to have to bite back the howl of sorrow that threatened to burst from her throat. Her name was Vampa and she was the daughter of Fell.
