(sorry for the wait // and i had no idea what to write, been kinda brain-dead lately)
The black wolf grinned, seeing that Abisso would take the invitation to a game. His spirits were high today, and remained so as he realized that he had not had the pleasure of releasing steam and just getting to know his pack mates through such series as games, but today would be different. He was instantly reminded of a day a year ago, when he, Phantom, Roseki, and Bryrpaw all tussled together, poking fun and challenging each other with young muscles and all the energy in the world. With bright, gold eyes, Kadin glanced over at his mate and smiled just before Abisso sprang forward. He turned back toward the youth just in time to see the dust flung back by his powerful hind legs.
Kadin's grin widened slightly as he saw Abisso take action, the youth's muscles and energy propelling him forward to tackle the black wolf. He expected something or another like this - a head on assault. The attack could be effective at the right time, and Kadin knew that if it came down to such things Abisso probably rivaled him in weight and brute strength. But just ere is where he in turn rivaled the young hybrid. Kadin had experience.
Quickly, the black wolf also leapt forward. However, his aim was angled slightly, so that he didn't meet Abisso head-on but rather passed him on his side. In this way, they would merely end up where the other had been just moments before. He landed his leap lightly and instantly pivoted around to see his opponent once again, a playful grin still across his jaws.

"So, you want to be a warrior huh?" Kadin's tone made Phantom chuckle. She knew what was coming.
Watching Abyssio and Kadin spar, the Beta Female licked her lips in thought. The same memory that Kadin had, that day of fun and games down by the dens, flooded her own mind as well. It was one of her fondest memories, warm and happy but heartbreaking too, for that had been the last time the legendry friends of Koran had all been together. Not long after, Roseki had wandered off with a potential mate and was presumed dead. Bryr had left on a fated journey to lead Ge-Rad. Not long after, Kadin had been gravely wounded and lost of a hunting expidition.
She watched her mate, fully healed an strong once more, and sighed bittersweetly. "You and I, Kadin. We're trully the last ones left," she breathed.
The mock battle came to and end, both males landing where they started. Phantom laughed and walked up to both of them. "That was quite a performance, boys. Abyssio, I'll think you'll make a fine warrior, once you've been trained up a bit."
For no particular reason, she grinned at the young male, then at her beloved. A new warrior would begin training soon... maybe this leadership stuff wasn't as hard as it seemed.
