Golden brown eyes wandered slowly over the area, slight nervousness was the only thing noticalble in those eyes. Tourniquets ears pricked forward slightly listening in on the sounds around him, his tail hung low as it should. He paused slightly as the should of ruffling leaves reached his ears, turning his head and sniffing as hope for acceptance filled the empty void in his soul. He waited silently ever hoping to be accepted into this pack.

Leaves rustled as the ivory drappa slinked through the shadows hidden from view and scent as she tip toed through the gorse. Talons raked the ground gently as paw pads imprinted against the koran forests. A hot summer breeze swept through her fur making it shift and dance lightly in the wind before falling in a different place. Golden eyes swept the terrain as muzzle lifted to sent her surroundings. Her target was close.
Hackles prickled lifting as auditories swivelled on the drappa's cranium, collecting the sounds that echoed around her. THe drappa stood still for a moment collecting her thoughts and trying to forget the pain that throbbed in her heart and soul. Her mate, the dragga had just passed, leaving the world of the living behind to join the heavens above. Tarkah sighed inwardly, she mustn't bring the pack down once again because of her own problems, she had to be strong and hide her feelings for her packs sake. THe drappa lifted her muzzle, putting in elegant posture and regal poise as she began to travel forward towards the source of her interest.
that source? the arctic femme could scent something, someone in Koran territory and it didn't seem too familiar of a scent either. As Tarkah padded through the foliage her optics caught sight of a young male, with eyes of golden brown. Tarkah growled lowly. With the absense of a dragga, this could be a male wanting to take over the pack, just as Draeg had taken over Ge rad. But Tarkah thought she could sense nervousness radiating from the male, but she could never be to safe. A growl escaped her maw, announcing her presence as she stalked towards the alien wolf. "State your business and name varg" The drappa growled her black lips twitching as she padded over to the male, her hackles slightly raised as she posed her dominancy over the stranger kerl.

He looked to her quickly, sensing by instinct she was the drappa his ears lay back and his tail instantly shot between his legs in submittance as he blinked at her slowly. The breeze ruffled the navy hued fur along his back as his claws dug into the deep rich soil as though for reassurance. Suddenly gaining composure he gave her a look of respect and lowered his head a bit "My Name is Tourniquet.....I wish to join this pack....that is all the intentions I have." he responded with his monotone voice that only conveyed a bit of interest.
He had no intintion nor did he even think he would become the dragga, a hunter or a warrior maybe but the position of Dragga never crossed his thoughts, nor did he allow it too.

Tarkah looked to the male, her tail lifted as she scented the the wolf once more. He was an adolscent in his prime years. Tarkah contemplated her golden eyes sweeping across his form, looking for any tell tale sign why she would not 'trust' him. But The male showed great respect. And he submitted. THe drappa took a step forward,, his scent smelling like kerl.
Ivory paws scorched the ground. "Tourniquet" Tarkah prounounced, as if tasting the name on her tongue as she thoguht for a moment. Tarkah watched the male. He looked like a good contender, besides with the death of her mate the pack needed more males. Her golden optics blinked as she starred into the golden-amber hues of the he wolf. "Tell me Tourniquet, why Koran?" she spoke her tongue rasping over her ebon chops as she questioned. Her black ears twitched "And what can you offer to my pack?"
(sorry its bad, im all blah)

(It's good for me ) Tourniquet looked at her unblinking for a moment and his ears rose only slightly but remained back as his grey paws shifted slightly on the soft forest floor while he began to get his thoughts in order and his mind straight, his attention wandered for only a short second when she was silent and he immidiatly snapped his attention back to her as she asked her question. "Because.....This pack seems like more of a home to me then the others do....and as for what i can offer i do not know other then my loyalty and my hunting." he replied his voice monotone as always as he blinked slowly.

(gonna be quick, ive been bribed into doing this *eyes* i want coke and my head hurts waah *cries*)
Tarkah lifted her muzzle watching the kerl male. Her black ears jerked to take in the male's reply. When he finished Tarkah took a minute to think, run things ove in her mind. The male looked healthy and perhaps he could be an asset to the pack. THe drappa let silence weave through the air for a second longer. Koran needed more males, and hunters o boot. Perhaps letting Tourniquet into the pack would not be such a bad idea.
Though it would be a while before Tarkah could fully trust the new male, he was a stranger after all. THe ivory she wolf lifted her eyes, her thought cloud dissapating as she returned to reality. "Fine" she said blunty, still studyign the male's expression and posture. "I suppose you can join the Koran." Tarkah said swiftly her words revealing no emotion at all. "Though I warn you Tourniquet, Koran is my family and if you plan on keeping with the pack, I will also have to call you family....do not make me regret my decision today, or there will be dire consequences" Tarkah spoke lightly.
She paused before her lips moved again "Any questions?"
EDIT: darn wrong account, blah too bad -_-

He smiled slightly, it was a friendly smile and one that held no danger or evn a hint that he was a threat, shaking his head slowly his ears lifted slowly and ever unsurely "No......I will make sure that you will not regret letting me in." he said with a tone of respect as that smile dissapeared and he once again became emotionless and monotone as usual.

Tarkah lifted her head and nodded "Good" she replied and with one last wave of her tail she turned, her back to the male now as she padded back towards the way she came, "Come now, I will show you around" She ushered with her ivory tassel and with that the arctic drappa dissappeared into the gorse brush, waiting for the new male to follow
(that sucked anyways, you wanna post in "To fulfill a wish"? its a dath ceremony thing for the Dragga. I'll tell you more about it on IM)

(Ok! ) Tourniquet blinked his golden brown eyes and trotted after her slowly, the sparrows above continued their chirping softly in sync with the crickets that sang ever so happily in the lush grass as though nothing was wrong with the world. His attention wandered before he went back to following tarkah, his bad habit of needing to stop whenever he entered deep thought would one day get him in trouble, he continued to stay focused as well as he could. Ears up and listening as he followed her quietly almost as if he was not there at all.
