The sun was high in the sky, and Fenris cast his warming rays on the Koran Territory. The air was sweet with birdsong, and a slow, gentle breeze made the leaves sway in the trees. It was a beautiful day, perfect for a pup to explore, and Morrow was taking advantage of it. The white pup laughed as she frolicked through the trees. Her brown plashed paws barely touched the ground as she seemed to dance over the earth, the joyful dance of puphood. Still so young, still innocent and free. But Morrow was unaware that the dance of cubhood wouldn't last forever. All this would change when the leaves began to change their color and the air got colder, when she would give up this dance for another.
But for now, Morrow trotted to a small field. The sky was open here, and the golden light cast on the tall grass. Morrow was amazed as she saw that many flowers adorned this place. They were poppies, freshly bloomed and varying in color, from blood red to a pretty yellow. Giggling, she dashed forward taking a flying leap and rolling over and over the colorful meadow.
When she came to a stop, she got to her paws and shook her pelt. Morrow sighed contently and looked around her, then dipped her head into the sea of flowers. She inhaled deeply, tasting the sweet perfume of nature's bounty. Suddenly, she snorted and lifted her muzzle again, confused. A curious sensation was erupting in her nose. It was tickling and itchy from the inside. She narrowed her eyes and wrinkled her muzzle, snorting again as she tried to fight the feeling. The, without warning, a dainty, she-cub sneeze escaped her nose, and another and another. The pollen from the flowers had invaded her nose, and now her body was trying to get it out.
The sneezing fit stopped, and Morrow stood ridged, panting and out of breath. But she lifted her head again and pricked her ears. Another varg was coming through the trees. Morrow yipped loudly, hoping to have a playmate on this glorious day.

Watching the cub frolic about, her innocence a blessing bestowed on those so young pleased Amore. It was a gift to witness such a moment of peace and tranquility - an young cub playing in a field of poppies - yet in some strange way it felt like an omen too. It was her imagination of course, but the poppy fiel reminded Amore of the tales of the Red Meadow that she had heard when still growing up. The Read Meadow, the place where the dead go once they have passed from their bodies, where they become known as the Searchers and may only be summoned by the Great Howl. Long ago, Morgra had attempted such a feat, fulfilling the Legend of The Sight. The pearly Hybrid shivered at the thought, her gentle nature shying away from such a daring dark ritual. But, the cub obviously wanted a playmate, and, pushing the thoughts of omens and darkness away from her mind, Amore got to ehr paws and trotted forward.
As she approached, the white fae recognised the cub as Morrow, Snow and Nighteyes's daughter. Though both Lera's' pelts were white, Amore was very different from the youngster. Her heritage caused her to be smaller than the average fae of ehr age, and far more slender - giving ehr speed and agility rather than brute strength. And she had her Mother's eyes - a dazzling blue beyond imagination, crytalised as pools of knowledge. "Hullo Morrow!" Amore called out, smiling at the cub. "We've met before, but I'm not sure you'll remember - I'm Amore." Introductions.

Morrow looked up as the hybrid trotted up to her calling her name. Overjoyed to have some company, the cub dashed to Amore, yipping. As the older varg re-introduced herself, Morrow nodded. She did, in fact, remember their meeting, but it was fuzzy. She had been much younger that past day.
"Hello Amore!" Morrow whined happily, jumping up on her hind paws and giving the hybrid a few licks. She then settled on her haunches, trying to be as grown up and polite as possible to the elder varg. but that vanished as her puppy nature broke through with her excitement.
"How are you today? Did you see all the flowers? They're sooo pretty! They make me sneeze though." She sniffled suddenly, and gave another sneeze. "See? It's annoying."

How long has it been? Kahuri watched as young Morrow flolicked through the feilds of Spring sewed flowers. Pancing through the wild hues of red and yellow. Poppies. Her vivid green optics watching the playful dance of the pup, grinning as she did.
How long had it been? Her puphood seemed so far away any more. A thing buried under so many events, so many memories of blood, sorrow and joy. But they were still there, she could catch glimpses of the world as how she had seenit those many seasons ago. So bright, so fresh, so new. So carefree she had been, but that was... so long ago. A small, sad sigh escaped from her lips as she rolled over onto her back and for the moment stared into the flawless blue sky, inhalin the perfumes of another Srping. Cradled by a serenity she hadn't felt in a while. But the voice of another brought her back into reality once more. Returning to her paws the blue hinted she-wolf began to pad twowards the two ivory forms. Her tail rising and beginning to sway playfully.

"They are called poppies, young one," Amore laughed at Morrow's excitement - when was the last time Amore had experienced such innocence and joy, fooling around with nature and enjoying her small world? The only time she could remember was when the pearly Hybrid had first emt Drathlic and Kop. The three had played together among the walls of the castle, romping around as youngsters will do. Amore had recently re-aquainted herself with Drathlic, and the pair ahd decided to remain clsoe friends, despite the fact their Packs were rivals. What had happened between the Koran and List was in the past, it happened before the pair had even been born. Also, AMore had not seen Kop since that night, and though ehr memories of him were so shady it was likely she would not recognise him on sight, she still felt a wish to see one of ehr first friends again. Returning her attention to the smiling Morrow, Amore concentrated on what could be making the cub sneeze. It was well-known to dogs that pollen could make one sneeze during spring and summer, hayfever they had called it, but would a Varg understand or accept this doggish context? "It is the pollen from the flowers," Amore smiled kindly. "It can make individuals sneeze, the condition is called hayfever, and it is quite common, though many do not know what it is. Some grow out of it, and I'm sure your Father can mix something up." Morrow's Father was Snow, the Pack Healer. Every time she thought of being a Healer, AMore felt a longing, as if the proffesion was drawing ehr in with an invisible string. There was the possibility of becoming the Healer Apprentice, but Amore had not ahd time to speak to Snow, and she could not help but feel that Tarkah may not like it.
A strong smell caught AMore's attention and she turned to face Kahuri. The Hybrid had never really spoken to the faemme, yet it was clear Kahuri was in a high position, due to Tarkah choosing her to lead a hunting party during a great hunt. "Hello, I'm not sure we've really met. I'm Amore, one of the newer additions to Koran." Amore called out to Kahuri, smiling, yet ehr eyes were filled with wonder. Would Kahuri accept the Hybrid or despise her? It was a fair question given Tarkah's current feelings of the ivory faemme.

Little Morrow nodded as Amore told her about hayfever. Despite the hybrid's insecurities about whether or not the cub would accept the information, Morrow believed her immediately. Like the first time she had met Amore, she had no idea, nor cared, that she was part dog. Unlike adults, who point out every fault in anything in Fenris' gaze, children only see what it pure.
"Thanks Amore," she smiled, and nuzzled the hybrid. "I'll ask Pappa to mix some herbs later."
Another varg entered the scene, a blue-hued drappa. Morrow recognized her as Kahuri, the story teller. She bounded up to her, waging her tail in greeting. "Hello Kahuri!"
