Evening was spreading her wings over the skies and killing what little light had been shed during the day. Clouds had been blotting the sky for hours, but the heat had not ceased yet. The heavens leaned at this time of twilight like an old tree in harsh winds. Everything seemed so skewed and stretched. Well, they did to Amadahy anyway, as she lay sprawled in the grassy valley of Koran. As always, the sikla fae was unaccompanied - not that she actually minded being alone or anything.
The femora’s ebony paws scoped out before her, furred digits splaying so that they popped deliciously. Amadahy was reminded of the sounds of herla bones between her jaws, and she licked her chops with a whimper. She didn’t understand why no one talked to her. To her knowledge, she was one of the most affable vargs to speak with. Amadahy was always all ears and willing to give advice, so why weren’t they flocking to her like vultures to a kill?
Her onyx maw parted with a tense sigh. No, she wasn’t a bad personality at all… not bad at all.

As the twilight began to descend upon the warm light of the day, a black figure wandered through the Koran territory, his awareness dimmed as he collected his thoughts. He had been back for a while now, and was beginning to understand the many things that had happened in his absence, finally arranging them all so they made sense. Kadin had spoken to Phantom, and he felt at ease in her presence once more, yet he still had to meet the many vargs of Koran, the new and the old. As his thoughts fluttered about him, Kadin stood on a small hill, watching the sun begin to fade into the darkness.
Kadin began to walk again. Walking or even moving allowed him to think freely. Before he could realize where he had been wandering, Kadin almost fell upon a younger she-varg just as he pulled himself back to the present. He knew not this she-varg sprawled before him, yet her scent was that of Koran and he was not surprised that he had not met her yet.
"Hello..." He began politely, watching to see if she actually desired company, considering that she was alone when he nearly stumbled upon her. "I'm sorry, but we have not yet met. What's your name?" At least he would be able to find her name if she did not want him to stick around. "I'm known as Kadin."

The voice of Kadin startled Amadahy, and her crania jerked up as if suddenly reeled up by a skyhook. She then pushed herself up onto all fours, shaking her jaw. The world blurred for a split second, the colors all smearing into one big muddle before she regained normal vision. Amadahy blinked and everything was natural again, so she wheeled her focus back to the obsidian brute. Her eyes brushed down to his jet mitts with a brittle exhale as if breathing would cleanse her body, and not just lungs, from a haunting and harmful substance. Or feeling. Engaged in her purifying respiration, Amadahy forgot to speak.
About half a year ago, Koran came under human siege. A village of nasty homo sapiens whisked up the valley pack of canis lupus (or in some cases, canis rufus) in a foul struggle of the species. Traveling gypsies began to venture into the territory along human roads and then got their dogs to lasso some wolf cubs for the selling… Amadahy, the daughter of the drappa, had been lured.
Demeter’s daughter loved Hades. No one knows how bad things really are when you are being blinded by the prince of illusion, Amadahy simpered quietly to herself and then flashed an apologetic smile to varg before her. “I am sorry,” she told him, sucking in air between her teeth. “I’m not yet used to the ways of the wolf. It’s difficult to remember hierarchy when you were raised by wily outlaws,” she forced out a laugh. “Anyway, it is really nice to meet you, Kadin. My name is Amadahy.” With that, the adolescent shuffled a forepaw out for an awkward bow.

A small fae wandered around. Her tail was limp but her agile cranuim was up and her saphire orbs were darting from one place to another, taking in the veiws. The pup was new to this pack, but had been here for a while so partly knew her way around.
Keeley trotted around. This pack was cool, and it was rather nice to belong somewhere again. To have another pack to wander with. But part of her mind was away from her and this place, flitting along the paths of history, strolling casually into what the future could bring, then every so often returning to wander the paths of the present. Her paws started to quicken, going into a trot, then run then sprint. Soon Keeley was running through the valley's and forests of Koran, her pink tounge was hanging loosly out of her maw. Soon she lowered herself lower to the ground. Smiling she saw a small shape infront of her. Stopping she quieted and leapt to a nearby bush. Looking out she saw a small bird. It was busy hopping around on a bush so it hadn't noticed her, after all, she was a ways away. Sneaking out of her hiding place she advanced, going from one bush to the next, slowly gaining ground without it seeing her. When she was close enough to jump and catch it she started bunching her legs under her, getting ready to leap on the unsuspecting thing. As Keeley was getting ready a twig snapped under her and the bird took off without looking back. Jumping she snapped her jaws in time to catch a single feather. Growling she dropped the thing and glared at the retreating creature. Shaking her head she again began to wander.
Deep in thought she dreamed. Just nonsense though, nothing important. But Keeley smiled at her dreams, glad to go somewhere no one would follow her or disturb her. But she heard faint voices. Smiling wider she continued in her dream, just adding others to fit the voices. Once they got louder she scented them, then awakened to see two vargs standing before her. Cocking her head Keeley slowly trotted up to the Koran wolves. Stopping she diverted her gaze toward the ground and flattened her auds. Looking back up she gazed at the larger of the vargs, and older, unstead of looking in his golden(?) orbs she seemed to stare through him in a respectful manner. "Hello..." Keeley barked softly. Then she turned to Amadahy and smiled. Sitting she waited for them to answer. "I'm Keeley and I'm new to Koran. I take it your both vargs of Koran? Anyway, nice to meet you two... I was wandering when I found you..." Keeley smiled again.
