[glow=black,2,300] Night was present now. The only sounds being made were the last of the birds singing their melodies. Screams of crows had died down hours ago; leaving an eerie silence in the place of a once bustling terrain. Tor's light seemed too faint for words, the once glowing aura hardly lighting a single leave, let alone the entire valley. Whilst most wolves slept the night away, one was extremely restless. Her body pulsed with a passion- it was her time to be superior. It was her time to rise up and get her chance. And, no body was going to stand in her way. Growling as she paced furiously to and fro, the she wolf's ebony pelt melted in and out of the dancing shadows; her glaring optics easily mistaken for dancing orbs of ghostly light. Muscles pulsed tightly, showing her in all her strengths; her glistening canines each ready to tear at Co-Drappa flesh if the moment came by. "Curse Tor!" she growled finally, pausing to only look with hate at the entrance to her hideaway. "When I say meet me when Tor's light is the highest- I meant it!" Beginning her psychotic paces again, she could feel the blood pulse through her; each little breath flowing deep into her lungs. She was ready. Getting more and more agrivated by the second, Demon sighed and gave a low growl. Smacking her forepaws against the earth; she looked up once more. "Come on!" she yelled to the nothingness. "You will get what you deserve Co... I swear to Tor, you will.." And, whilst trailing off her words, a faint rustling could be heard. Was this her finest hour? Or would she, Demon, meet another bloody date? [/glow]

The glow of Tor strung out luminating the koran valleys. Spring was in full fling but tonight everything seemed at peace or so it seemed.
A white varg padded, he rpaws weeping across the grounds carelessly. Ebony ears perked as she scented the scene. She found it only smelt of koran and nothing more, perhaps maybe a chipmunk and another rodent. Suddenly the varg turned and padded away her hackles bristeling. She reached a ridge, the edge of a cliff. This was her favourite spot out of all of koran. Here she could see well below into the valley and what was going on. The drappa squinted looking into the shadows but everything and everyone was asleep. Tarkah lookd up to the skies the bright Moon catchign her eye, it was nearly at its highest point.
Tarkah sighed but made no attempt to move. She wanted to find somthing or rather pretend to. This here was the last place she saw of her mate. Growlign to herself Tarkah swung her gaze to the left growlign at the thought of the dragga. She remembered her father and also those balkar, they said a femme could never lead a pack without a dragga. THe dragga held all but what was this fae doing? Tarkah hissed, she was leader for now and she would stay with or without a dragga, she had been doing for so long she could hardly remember. The memories of the koran dragga had brought her sadness and memories to painful to think of, but now they etched a surge of anger and resent.
Tarkah looekd to the sky, the moon had moved and it had been a while sincce it reachedi ts highest point. It was nearly time to go. Tarkah looked to the clearing where she had agreed to meet her sister. It was far but she could still see a bacl form, pacing. Tarkah could just imagine the annoyed expression on the ebony she wolf. Slowly Tarkah began to descend the ridge as she threw up her head and let the strength of song flow out of her maw. The howl echoed but did not have much meaning. Perhaps just a greeting or to tell of where she was.
So Tarkah began to trek, her run was much faster then it had been i nthe wintersince the nsow had all dissappeared into nothingness. Tarkah ran still unsure of why Demon had called her to this meeting. A few minutes later found Tarkah slowing down into a walk. She paced forward head and tail erect as she adanced towards the grumblign Demon. Tarkah approached giving a bark of greeting but then frowned, "Hush sister the night is still young, and I'm not that late" The ivory varg smiled and let out a shortened yawn, "Now what is it that you wanted to call me out for and in the dread of night aswell?" Tarkah mused rasiing an eyebrow. She gazed at Demon and knew, there was somthing on her mind, Tarkah ahd seen that look on her face many a times.

[glow=black,2,300] Demon looked up. It wasn't whom she had secretly hoped it was, but it was almost as good. Giving a light nod to the Drappa, she let her anger disappear for a split second or two; yet it wasn't that easy to bottle up as she had hoped. Growling under her breath again, she paused her pacing for a moment. "Tonight," she began, her tone strong and true to her words, "is the night when I takewhat is rightfully mine.." she snapped her words angrilly, eyes alit with fury. All her hidden thoughts and passions had been building up to something as great as this. Digging her claws into the earth, she looked around. In her mind, she hoped to see a weary wolf tumble from the shadows- yet no such luck. "Where is the one you call Phantom?" snarled the she wolf finally, dribbles of spit hitting the ground before her. "I distinctively remember summoning her aswell sister... " Pausing, a dark smirk stole her lips, "...Was she too afraid to show or something..?" Licking her lips slowly, the same darkness overtook her body as it had done some suns ago before. [/glow]

Tarkah padded forward and sat down beside her. Her ears erect and twitching as she heard the ebony she wolfs dialect. Tarkah cocked her head, "Oh?" she replied as Demon announced that she was to be recieving what was rightfully hers. Still the drappawas unaware of what sceme the fae was brewing in the caverns of her mind.
Curiosity shrouded Tarkah and the ivor femmora listened still. The anger on the black wolf's mawe seemed to ever erupt into somthing more. Tarkah waited as she spoke.
THen she frowned, "Phantom? yes she is of Koran but where she is I am unsure " Tarkah replied placidly. Tarkah gazed at the facade of her sister. She saw the anger growing ever more. Tarkah nudged her, "And what might I ask are you plannign on doing?" Tarkah said. THe drappa had an outline of wait she thought Demon had in mind, but the now white fae wanted to hear it, from the words of Demon herself, what in Tor was she brewing this night.
Tarkah then paused "Dear sister no need to be soo aggressive! Calm yourself, your not birthing a pup or anything." Tarkah reasurred her. Tarkah though chuckled, "Hmm well did you call her?" The fae asked a little more sarcasticly then before but sighed, "I'm sure she will come, just be patient" but Tarkah could already tell patience was hanging by a thread in demon's eyes.

[glow=black,2,300] Demon growled at Tarkah's words. It wasn't on purpose, yet Demon could hold no sense of conrol at this point in time. "Don't tell me to be calm," she yelled at Tarkah, her eyes glowing more than ever; much more than when she had completely lost her sense of identity. "I have been calm and patient for longer than my fair share of time... I have kept it all hidden like it was nothing; but now, this night, is when I let it all known..." Standing tall, she let her body tense up to the point where all her muscles bulged from her body. Even her hackles seemed bigger than before. With her auds perked high, she gave another deep growl. "What am I planning you ask?" spat Demon finally, her tone still full of that eerie fury that only she seemed to possess, "I am just going to take what is mine.. the position what is mine... the place where *I* belong.." And, with that, she gave a loud howl, and watched Tarkah once more; eyes glowing, breaths heavy, body ready to fight. [/glow]

Phantom ran, her legs stretching and recoiling. She had heard Demon's call a while ago, and Phantom was cursing herself for being tardy. "Damn, my first real job as a second Drappa, and I'm allready screwing up!" she scolded herself.
A few minutes later, she heard an agry voice, Demon's voice. Something was wrong. Her paws beat the ground, faster and faster, until she finally saw Deamon and Tarkah ahead of her. She skidded slowly to a stop, seeing Demon's snarl.

Golden optics ablaze with anger bore into the form of Demon. The fae might have been close enough to be called her own sister, but Tarkah still did not liked to be snapped at, especially whislt she was drappa/ Hackles bristled and she eyed Demon. Though Tarkah looekd it, she was nnot furious at Demon, just annoyed by her sudden anger found in her throat. The ivory wolfess let her own growl erupt from the pit of her stomach and rolling in the caverns of her voice. "No need to snap at me sister." Tarkah spoke sharply ears pointed forward as she replied.
Tarkah then sat down tail curling, "Tonight eh? You speak in riddles that never tell me the full plot. Though I'm sure you know't that I see the map in your head, the battle that you are upbringing." Tarkah said in a more hushed tone. She still wanted to hear the exct words spoken by the fae but dismissed the train f thought for a moment.
Auds pricked she looekd about. Paws. Hurdlign through the forests were what echoed into her eardrums. The rhythmic beating as it came closer. Tarkah then turned to Demon and barked sharply, "So she is near Demon." Trkah said refering to the approaching varg. "But bear in mind that I do not choose sides, for I will have none of it in my business. THis is for you to take control of, but I will stand by, and watch from my shadows." Tarkah said then watched as Phantom was getting closer, she could hear her rushed breaths. "And also dear sister, bear in mind that I do not want the shadows of death to plague the valley, you hear? I will have none't" Tarkah said she said strongly, head high and eyeing Demon.

sorry that its a cruddy post; writers block =(
[glow=black,2,300] Smirking with a gruesome motiv in mind, the ebon she wolf lay her plans and plots down before her one last time. Giving Tarkah a souless glance, she parted her maw to reply to the spoken words.
"Death comes to all," she hissed slowly, much less angered than before; as though it had hidden itself away. "Quicker to those who anger me," she paused, and threw her sister a playful wink. She knew that on the outside, the black-pelted beast seemed too calm for the situation.
Looking around, the scent of Phantom was strong. Smiling coldly, her optics narrowed; and her pupils dilated. Leaving only a small sliver of green around them. Digging her claws into the ground, her hackles rose; muscles pumping with adrenaline. "Well, well, well," she drawled finally; her words directed to Phantom, "you show up in the end..." Hesitating, she gave a low snarl, "...some co-drappa you make," spat the she wolf finally, "late, out of breath...and from what I can see from here.... weak...!" [/glow]

Phantom growled at Demon's insult. Her tail raised like a banner behind her, and her ears lay back on her crown as her growl melted into a snarl. "I am no weakling!" she cried scornfully, anger burning in her eyes. Phantom had been called a weakling many times, a Sikla, even. But it was'nt true. Underneath her thin frame and guiet ways, Phantom was a born fighter.
"You dare call me weak, you barely even know me."

[glow=black,2,300]
Demon snorted coldly at the words placed in front of her, "Yes," she replied; hackles trembling, standing tall upon her. Peeling back her lips, she revealed a mouthful of shimmering canines, "I hardly know you; that is true," she paused, and glared heartlessly at the Co-Drappa, "yet, the stories have amused my auds for a long time now; and I think it would be fair to say- you know not of me either..."
Smirking, she let a dark snarl escape the placement of her body. Feeling herself tighten, she gave little pressure to make the muscles she possessed bulge from her form. Odd it looked, she knew that much, yet she was willing to have them there. They won her kingdoms, battles and she doubted very much so that they would fail her this time.
"You greet with growls of denial, yet I greet with a howl of a warrior; I deny nothing of what I am- I look for the greater good in something or someone; what kind of a putnar are you if you cannot master a simple skill like that?" Her words were taunting, angry and powerful; she lusted wolves making first moves- after all, the adrenaline of it all gave her a sick pleasure nothing else could measure upto.
Taking a step towards the somewhat slightly smaller she wolf, her lips pursed a thick, grotesque smile. "Seeing as I am in a generous mood this sun," she began, eyes glittering furiously; the sly moves she had plotted hidden by the corrupt details of her mind, "I will let you give your position with no hassle; yet, if you'd rather- I'll fight you swift and quickly... After all, I think we all know who will come off better in this fight..."
Glancing at Tarkah, she smiled darkly. A source had told her whom Tarkah favoured most of all, and it brought a kin to Demon's being- Confidence. Breathing heavily, she haboured the thoughts running through her mind. "Hurry little Sikla," barked the she wolf agaim, no longer in the mood to stand and wait, "Make your decision; before I do it for you...." Flashing a devious smile, her optics switched into an evil, empty stare; the killer insticts of her nature so visible, it was somewhat amazing, that even the landscape did not quiver in fear of it all. "...Time is running out...!"

Phantom narrowed her eyes, watching as Demon went on taunting her. She had been made fun of before, but never like this. An angry snarl formed on Phantom's muzzle. Her fur bristled and her tail rose behind her again. She wanted to charge at the black she-varg, to release the rage that was building up inside her. But should she? Was all this a trap?
The dark-hued varg stood there for a moment, glaring at Demon and growling savagely. Her muscells tightened, and her eyes flared. In a fraction of a second, Phantom sprang at Demon.

[glow=black,2,300] Demon smirked as she watched Phantom leap for her. Jumping to the side, she smiled slyly. "Temper temper," she hissed gloriously, her plan had worked. "You know," she continued, her voice filled with the darkness within her soul. "Its quite amusing watch you disgrace our kind..."
Flicking her tassle coldly, she peeled her lips back into a fierce snarl, and leapt forward. With her claws lauched, and her muscles tightened, she was ready for this battle to begin. "Come on," she snarled, landing opposite Phantom, her optics shimering with grotesque and sour pleasure from it all. The rush was something Demon treasured greatly. "Give me your best hit..." she spat, her plan all figured out in her mind. "Prove to me you're not the weak little scavenger everyone tells me you are... " pausing, she glanced at Tarkah, and then back to the female before her, "..or are you not brave enough to fight me? After all, you do seem rather pathetic..."

Phantom's eyes flamed. "Disgrace to our kind?" she snarled. "Koran stands for loyalty and kindness. So far, I've seen nothing of the sort coming from you." she paused, preparing to spring again. "I swear, with Tor as my witness, I will never submit to the likes of you!"
She snarled again, then pounced at Demon. Her jaws opened like a cave, aiming for the black varg's throat.

[glow=black,2,300] Demon smiled, and shook her head. This wolf seemed to have no direct plot or motiv on her movements. Such a pity. Dodging to the side, she gave a cruel chuckle, before looking back at the she wolf.
"I don't show loyalty or kindness?" joked the she wolf coldly, "I only give others what they rightly deserve." Smirking, her optics had the same insane glint as they had done with her confrontation with Shato. And, the marks of that battle still remained over her left eye; oh, how that day had been eventful.
Smiling to herself, she gave a low growl, "So far, you've missed every shot I've given; are you not skilled enough to hurt me? or are you just frightened of death...?" Grinning, her canines peered from her lips, "Come on. Tell me," she drawled, sarcasm high in her tone, "What are you so afraid of...?"

"If you only give other's what they deserve, then tell me something. What have I done to deserve a death at your teeth?" she spat scornfully. "We don't know each other, yet we're fighting. I ask you, why?"
Phantom gave another snarl. "I have no fear of death, Demon. Almost everybody I've loved is dead, and I know I will see them again when I I die. But It's not my time."
"You ask what I fear. I fear not death, nor you. I'm not afraid to fight you, or anyone else. Now, tell me, dear warrior. Why do you keep dodging me? It seems to me that you are the one who is afraid to fight!"
