i've been doing art all day, which is too much like hard work when you have to do it. have to do 6 weeks worth of prep in like, 3 weeks. its not even funny. -__- i have to do some more painting, but im so lazy when it comes to that.
shame.. that would have fuelled my morbid fascination somewhat nicely. =P
anyway, too much time spent on TS already, gotta scoot. -__-

drawing can be fun, but not when it becomes too much like hard work, and theres too much to do and too little time to do it in.
it's not a vampire book, but have you read Working For The Devil by Lilith Saintcrow?

True, true. It can be fun. Lately though, I've hated drawing. Too busy reading Stephenie Meyer books for the hundredth time.
Hmm. Never heard of that book. What is it about? Is it any good?

yeah, after i finished my art for college, I didn't draw for a hell of a long time, and then when I came back to it, I'd lost my muse.
I think it's amazing. it's about this woman called Danny Valentine (i think, it's been a while since i read the book, I might be getting the name mixed up with a different character here) and she basically, she gets dragged down to hell, and the Devil basically says do this thing for me, cause theres a rogue demon who can't be killed by a human, or by another demon, (and this demon had already killed her friend) so basically, she has to hunt this rogue-demon down and kill him. (theres the demon sent to help her too, who is, so fit. I want to have his babies. but then you know how a character changes through a book? yeah, the author changes him, and he is no longer sexy. it's irritating.) =P
Hell, i could reccommend about a billion books for you to read. >.< but I'll be good and stick to one for now. =P

I hate it when I lose me muse. Only happened a few times though.
Hmmm. Sounds interesting. Maybe I'll rent from the library or something. And if it strikes me fancy then I'll buy it. It sounds like a book I would read. I love Si-fi, realistic fiction, or anything that has to do with demons, aliens, werewolves, or vampires. But by far romance is my favorite.

that might be my fault. =P
I'm taking a break from art today, and I'm just working on my story, which i really should start proof-reading again... actually, scratch that, i should really finish the damn thing. but ive got a long way to go on that yet.
just chillin here (though i cant post anywhere else other than my existing threads...) and on DevArt. -__-
and Thalia, if you like stuff to do with demons, you might like Demon Child, Treason Keep and Harshini by.. Jennifer Fallon i think.. its The Demon Child trilogy. not about demons in the christian sense of the word, but it's a great fantasy trilogy. a good werewolf/vampire thing uh.. Tor reccommended them to me, but i haven't started them yet because i havent got the last one, and im rereading Lord Of The Rings at the moment.... I'm gonna shoosh now before I start rambling on and on about Middle Earth..

Yeah, rhyming is fun!
Hmm, what is your story about?
I looked at the summaries of all the book about demons that you mentioned on www.bn.com and they sound like something I would read. Lord of the Rings is a good book also. What were those vampire/werewolf books called?

it's a fantasy one... basically this gal Calil, finds out that she is in fact a witch, and her king wants her to help him because her ancestors used to be the Guardians of this magic that can be used as a powerful weapon, and basically this king wants to build himself an empire. but the Daemons got to Calil first, so now she has to work alongside these beings who she was brought up to hate. and it's all a thing to find this weapon before the King does, then use it to destroy him. That was the basic plot that i thought up when i original wrote it ages ago, but my computer hard drive died, and i lost it. but i started to rewrite it. then, last summer, i thought, no, the plot and some of the characters are too 2D. so ive spiced it up abit, now there's a big twist in it, and stuff.
Uh, ok, its The Riley Jenson, Guardian series by Keri Arthur www.amazon.co.uk/Full-Rising-Riley-Jenson-Guardian/dp/0749938137/ref=sr_1_4/026-8213766-9708413?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1187539989&sr=1-4 thats the first one in the series.
