White mittens kissed the mountain terrain as they swept across the land in a silent streamline fashion. THe emissarry paused only to take in the many scents that plagued the listern air that evening. The tri hued she wolf stopped, auburn tassel shifting in the wind as she pointed her muzzle into the air. Emerald optics blinked as they searched the skies. They were cloudy and low. The sun had not yet sunk fully yet the land was darkened by the stormclouds.
Gryffin had been by the eastern borders and all was clear. With the storm approaching she only had one thing in mind. To return back to the densite to be with the pack for the night. The lithe she wolf growled as she turned and began to head back to the List densite. Her emerald eyes searched the clouds again and shee grinned "beautiful" she sighed before hurrying her pace. She was in no mood to be drenched when the storm was at its fullest....
A low growl erupted as Gryffin landed on her paws, her slender stilts muddy from the run as she looked about. Her sights were for the den as she creeped up on it. Her muzzle ducked as she dipped her weight precariously and slipped in. She blinked as her eyes grew accumstomed to the darker light as she growled. There she saw her three pups asleep yet the pearly white mann was no where to be found. Gryffin let out an annoyed growl and swept away.
Her paws worked as she ran through the List terrain yet something caught her senses that made her stop abruptly. She could smell Sudaks tracks. Eyes travelled to the floor and there she could see the beta male's paw prints in the soft mud. A clear path as Gryffin followed it but what she found confused her dearly. THe beta scented the ground over and over. She could recognize her mate's scent but also the scents of others. A femme to be exact, and she smelt of marshlands and everythign rotten. Gryffin grew worried though her lips began to curl into the beginnings of a snarl. With a few more sniffs Gryffin could swear she scented blood, blood of a Listern varg. Her mate's blood. Gryffin snarled, as she investigated the terra. The mud was violated into a mess and tuffs of white and black fur could be seen here and there. Gryffin lifted her head, emerald optics looking over to the sets of pawprints leading away from List. THe tri hued wolf padded over to the borders, Sudak's scent still in the air, but it was different. A wolf is able to release certain scents and this was the scent of anger and struggle. Gryffin snarled, fury beckoning her as her lips twitched. She scented the pawprints it belonged to a male and a female, both the same, yet both neither kerls. Gryffin grew confused. Pack wolves? Gryffin snarled. Not koran, not deor not Ge rad. Then who?
As the rain fell from the darkened skies the beta drew strength from her fury, beady pupils contracted as incsizors flashed and jaws grew wide as they were thrusted int othe air callign for all of List to come to the scene. Their beta was taken, and who ever had taken him, would be torn into mere pieces.

[glow=white,9,000]Ebon pads stood still upon the vantage point, where their keeper stood like a looming shadow. A body of streamline decent, soaking wet in the downpour but unmoving all the same. Golden rod auditories flat against an aerodinamic skull had heard the yelps of a sincere friend and companion, and eyes of flashing gold had seen the white body carried off by a dark invader. But, why had there been no retaliation? Why had there been no flurry of fangs or devastation of claws, no eruption of emotions to halt the assailant in their demonic tracks? What, did you think Fiory was that stupid?
This varg had a purpose, the Drappa of List could clearly see that, and it wasn't to kill Sudak either. In the thick of the rain she could still see him breathing, down...but not out. Something was odd about this prediciment. The varg in question, who's features had yet been identified by the keen eyes of the star gazer, had not gone for the throat as she would have thought would have been the case. Instead, she merely paralized Sudak, and what was more puzzling, was she carried him off like meat to be fed to young ones. Normal headed vargs, rarely did such an act. Curious how this one, seemed so keen on stealing Sudak as their own, rather then try to assasinate him...afterall, he was the Beta of a long living pack...would it not be in the vargs interest to be rid of him? A flick of a drop was given by a single auditory, the nostrils flaring aboard their ebon mistress's muzzle with the contemplation of a new such sceme. Sudak wasn't to be killed, but merely used for bigger, perhaps better prey. Live, Bait.
Gryffin's call of anger and death rang clear through the pouring rain to the tuned triangles of List's reigning Drappa. Silent ebony paws, began their decent from the vantage point the peaks of List provided, her long feathered tail weighed down by the torenchil downpour besmitting it. In silence, that to rival the flapping wings of an owl, Fiory prowled onward, until she was a mere shadow's length from being within her neice's sight. Insides worked overtime, mulling over thoughts and desires, emotions and stradegies needing to be played with delicate balance. Do she tell her already upset neice where her beloved mate had been taken to? Or does she leave the information, a mystery to her grown up Beta femme.
"Gryffin." The bark was a subtle as the rain, harsh and demanding but yet there was a calm about it that seemed undescribable. Fiory's soaken body of nimble limbs, ivory fangs, streamline bodice and agilic demeanor stepped forth from the dark vegetation, drenched in the downpour of the nearly fall rains. Her mind was made up, and it showed in that determined face of anger and pure hatred. But, this was not a snarling face, nor a demonically possed angry face. It was, unequivacally calm, but with the same air as one who was but an inch from taking a life. Obviously, even though Fiory did not appear beyond reasonable anger, she surely was.
"Summon not the whole pack, but your Emissarys and Sudaks' Warriors. Renn is to stay behind and watch Sora, Aiyu and Arias. Their lives, are in her charge. Everyone else, will come with us..." Us? Yes, Fiory was not going to sit back and allow such a vile act of cruelty get away under her watch. Even if it might prove to be a trap for her own life. A breeze swept that heavy coat one way as her agile frame moved in front of Gryffin, in the direction the varg assasin's footfalls seemed to go in the thick printed muck. A clap of thunder over head deafened the wolves for but a moment, the beginnings of lightning streaking across the grayed over puffs covering the air with their depressing signs. Small miniscule bolts traveled from one cloud to the next, eager to strike the soaked earth and whatever else may get in the way. As the thunder's clapping roar echoed away into nothingness and the sound of the falling rain was once again restored to the vargs ears, the Star Gazing Drappa said a final few words, an etching of utter loathing the likes of which List had yet to hear to her Beta, a few water logged springs of fur rising on the scruff of her ebony and silver spine.
"Don't make me tell you again." It was nothing against Gryffin, merely a way to get her moving...They would need as much time as possible to gather their troops and commense into what appeared to be the beginning's of a battle. And at the moment, Time was against them.[/glow]

Emerald discs shot up at the appereance of the stargazer. Gryffin watched her blood-hued ears twitching as a snarl erupted from the caverns of the she wolfs chest. Her canines glistened, lusting for a chance to tear into the bitches flesh. Her hackles glistened under the pelting rain as she growled. But she calmed herself to hear her drappa's words. A brow cocked. Fiory knew what was going on? Why wasn't she questioning her on the reason of the summon? Gryffin let out a frustrated whine "But Fiory..." though she was cut of shortly.
The fae snarled, her claws digging into the ground with ruthless fury, if only this was the bitches flesh now, Gryffin smirked. Her incsizors salivating as she finally looked up to meet Fiory's gaze. The tri hued she wolf swung her gaze towards the densite. It would take a while for everyone to get set up. Gryffin's fur bristled but she nodded, with a sweep and a clawing of the mountain grounds Gryffin sped away towards the densites. Her mind pounding as she sped through the mud and rain.
The lithe she wolf let out a menacing snarl. "Get up! " She snarled lunging into the den that hosted Drathlic, Renn and Silent. Her snarls echoed in the darkness of the dens as she lunged at the ruddy male tugging at his leg, but smart enough as to not injure him. She then hopped over to Silent, grabbing her emissarry by the neck scruff and shaking her. " Wake up, you are needed. Sudak our beta has been.... taken away" Gryffin roared. " You are need Silent, Drathlic, go to Fiory at the farther borders of List, she will be there.... as for you" Gryffin turned pouncing on the remaining body. "Renn... stay and watch the pups. You are their guardian, and their lives I entrust to you" she gave one more snarl before she jumped off of Renn.
"She will be waiting..." Gryffin wheeled around and sped away her paws carrying her back to where Fiory stood. The emissarry was panting but there was a madness in her eyes that so resembled that of her father. Her tongue licked her shops as she grinned bowing as she stepped up to Fiory. "I have woken them, they should be coming soon Fiory The tri hued she wolf addressed. She looked up her emerald orbs full of determination, "Fiory... I'm going to scout ahead, I want to see this bitch for myself." Gryffin snarled. Her tassel whipping to the side as she assaulted the rain splayed lands. "If I see anything dangerous then I will return to report it. If I do not return then you will know that it is safe to invade... I will meet up with you in their packlands, I'm afraid if I travel to much my scent will linger and I will get caught along with my muddy tracks" Gryffin spoke.
Her voice dwindled into mere snarls as she raised her head. She would show those siklas just what she was made of. The tri hued femur nudged Fiory and smirked kindly before she turned and followed the Dreogon scent. If Fiory was to be furious at the beta fae...then Gryffin would repay for it later. But for the moment only the horrendous bloodlust was what the beta yearned. The storm was beginning to fade away, yet the storm inside Gryffin was only rising. Auburn tassel shifted under the receading rain, her heart targeting the white varg, and her jaws the flesh of the sikla.

Deep within peaceful sleep, Renn dreamed. She dreamed of the training she had endured that day, of how Drathlic had faced his phobia of blood and brought down a hare, of how they had feasted, of how the bitch Sora ahd stolen meat, determined to prove her dominance, and fatten up her bloated ego even more. A golden paw twitched, as she relived the moments in her mind, the scenes twisting, hinting at the distant memories that had enimatically ceased to bother her in her sleep, more recent memories arising. As if she could control ehr subconcious, Renn shied away from painful memories, most of them concerning Kop, and dreamed about List in the old days when she had only just joined. They flicked abck and forth from Alkiera to her tussles with Novex and Drathlic, two wonderful peaks of her life. Alkiera, an ebony Kerl, spitfire by nature, and a good friend. She almost seemed like the only Varg she could truly trust. As mucha s she loved Drathlic, Silent and Gryffin, new feelings between Drathlic and Silent had formed a slight barrier between Renn and the pair, and the sudden change of List had provoked Gryffin's darker side, causing Renn to be wary of her dear friend. Alkeira, being a Kerl, had remained absent from this buissness, and due to that the only changes in their friendship had been it deepening. Renn loved the spitifre's blunt straightforward nature, and of course ehr humorous put-downs (used on others though, Renn herself). Shifting in ehr sleep, Renn rolled over onto her side, her back brushing against Drathlic's sided, subconciously relishing the warmth of another.
A sudden scrabbling weight, forced the breath out of her body, forcing Renn to wake with an oof! At first, Renn thought it was Sora playing tricks, perhaps getting revenge for what had happened earlier. But the size and of course the weight of the creature on top of ehr led to another thought. Could it be an enemy Warrior? Perhaps one of Koran, with which List had a dodgy history with. But no, a proper Warrior would ahve finished her off in her sleep. The scent rushed into her nostrils, and a familair voice growled urgently into Renn's ear. It was Gryffin. Quickly, Renn's mind processed the new information Gryffin was giving out. Look after the cubs? Aiyu was ok, so quiet it was unlikely she would cause much trouble. Arias was ok to, in that he never outwardly disrespected Renn (though she guessed he secretly disliked ehr. But Sora? Fenris forbid. Tor help ehr. The little bitch hated ehr. Well, it looked as if Renn would have toa ct as Drathlic ahd when dealing with that pesky bitch. The weight was lfited off ehr, and Renn scrambled to her paws. Holding Gryffin's gaze for a few moments, Renn nodded, trying to convey how much she honoured their friendship and her duty as Guardian of the cubs. Gryffin bolted away, rushing to where Fiory undoubtedly waited.
"You heard her," Renn growled. "Get going, show you know your stuff and make me proud of you both," The golden faemme said this affectionately. Quickly, she bumped her muzzle agaisnt Silent's, then licked Drathlic's face, the only goodbyes she could manage.

The silver youth lay in the den, sleeping like a pup curled into its mothers soft belly. Her eyelids flickered as her eyes rolled softly beneath them. Dreams. She was dreaming, her silver body was flying over the Listern lands with her friends Renn and Drathlic, she seemed to be heading into battle, but the wolves which stood there, were all black, but one at the front, was siler like herself. She yelped loudly and skildded to a hault, but her friends had not and ran on, straight into the mass of great black wolves. And her dear Drathlic, slain before her by the siler Dragga himself. The words hissed through to her. *Death. Blood. Kill!* Another yelp set Silent of into one of her fits, she kicked out blindly, snarling and tearing at her own paws. Only awaking to the violent shake to her scruff. She generally thought it would have been Drathlic, but as the light flooded into her eyes, so did the sight of the tri-hued beta, Gryffin.
The lead emissary's words flooded into her crumpled silver auds. Sudak, been taken? No she must have been told wrong! But the words were repeated almost cruelly into her auds by her own mind. That was right, he had. She watched as the tri-hued faemme jumped back out of the den and Renn bumped her golden muzzle into her own silver one. Her words came out deaf to her ears before Silent shook her fine silver head. She nodded to Renn and poked Drathlic's side sharply withher muzzle. "Come on Drathlic, wake up. We are needed!" Her voice sounded impatient.
Jumping immediatly to her silver paws, Silent was jumping over the body of Drathlic and to the mouth of the Den, her golden hues drifting back to her best friends, Drathlic, the ones she had growing feelings for, and Renn, the golden faemme much like herself. Dragging herself away from the sight of her friends, she entered into the outside world. Her eyes adjusting to the light of the Listern Terratory. The air was humid, although the God Fenris was low in the sky. A shudder was sent down to Adolescent's spine, a storm was coming. She jumped forth into a lope, a quick one at that, her long powerful legs carrying her silently forth along the path which her Beta had taken, coming to the meeting of the tri-hued Beta and the ebony Drappa. But her eyes only came upon Fiory, the Stargazing Drappa. Fiory, I am sorry for my lazyness. May I ask, where has Gryffing gone. But before waiting for an answer, Silent instantly knew that the emissary would have scouted ahead. Knowing her own skills as an emissary. Silent set off at a quick pace, following the fresh scent of Gryffin, and the foul scent of Dreogan. Her paws carrying her silently forth towards where the tri-hued femur was. Gryffin, I have come to help seek out Sudak. Let me be of assistence..."

[glow=white,2,300]"Silent Stop." It was a ferocious bark, loud in the downpour that soaked the land. Fiory was growling, even if it didn't seem very apparent. Golden rod auditories were flicked backward and her tail was low, dripping with the liquid of the skies. Perhaps Fiory wished Silent to join her, and allow Gryffin to be on her own. But, perhaps not. Once the order to halt was given and it's echoe disolved into nothingness once more, Fiory gave another few barks.
"Silent, you are a swift runner, I have seen it. I have a better task for you. Run ahead to tell Gryffin this news. Her scent should be easy enough to follow. Tell Gryffin I have gone to the Balkar to ask their assitance in saving her mate. She is not to enter the enemies area until I have given the go ahead....She will know my signal when she sees it. Stick close to her as her protection Silent. That is a direct order, and if Gryffin has a problem with it, she can answer to me. No matter what happens Silent..." Fiory broke off, a clap of thunder deafening the area as her agile body, soaked to the bone and as black as the night began to turn northwards, towards the dreaded Balkar. "Stick Close To Gryffin....Protect Each Other. I don't know what I would do if I lost either of you. Good Luck Silent..Borrow the wings of eagles to increase your speed over this hellish storm grounds...." A sparkle ignited like a devil's flame in those sunshine gold hues and a crack of lightning illuminated the area behind Fiory for only a moment. Once pupils were readjusted, the streamline, agile form of Fiory was gone, dissappeared into the darkness towards a pack she regarded as allies only for the sake of her neice and her neice's deceast parents. A silent prayer played within the stargazer's mind as she vanished out of sight towards the land of the Balkar, hopefully to return with reinforcements....if not her own life....
Tor...Protect them...[/glow]

(hmm Zievs already in Dreogan. we got the sarnes and balkar with us. so lets get this party started in "Body Count")
Emerald orbs wandered as she pelted through the rain, her eyes looking up towards the skies. THe rain would stop soon, but another storm was rising inside Gryffin. The storm of the balkar. Or was it the anger and lust of blood? She dreamed of dipping her fangs into the flesh of the bitch who decided to prance in one day. What was she trying to do? Gryffin scoffed.
Her banner swayed as mud lapped at her sides, yet a voice made Gryffin stop. She growled, impatiently. Without finding out who it was Gryffin lunged with a vicsious bark and snapped her jaws at the wolf, for hindering her movements. When emerald orbs opened she saw the form of Silent. The tri hued beta huffed as she tried to subdue her agression from the sleek youth. "Silent what is it? she panted, her mouth opened as her tongue swabbed her lips. She shook out her fur as her paws tore up the muddy grounds, wanting to run to be in motion.
Gryffin listened as she told of Fiory's message. "Well then lets hope she has some good luck with Ziev..." The beta spoke as she raked her talons across the floor again, knowing that her drappa and the now First, were not on the best terms. Gryffin looked to Silent, jade-green orbs meeting the youths, and Gryffin nodded. "You may come... but i need you to stand strong, we don't know what this Dreogan holds." Gryffin spoke. Though she had to smirk as she thought about this rebel pack. Silent was a timid she wolf, and she would do much better with making peace then war, yet something selfish in Gryffin made her want Silent to be viscious and blood thirsty. The training sessions had indeed given the tri hued femur a closer bond with Silent then before.
Gryffin shook her head, and placed her muzzle on the she wolf's for a second. "Hurry now we are wasting time... Come the Dreogan will be easy to follow..." Gryffin smirked, her eyes sly, "Besides the reek of rotting carrion" with a grin and a flick of her tail, she turned the snarl now returning to her muzzle as the thought of blood and gore danced in her mind of fury and anger. Her back legs thrusted forward as she drove further into the fading rain, towards the mud drenched, Dreogan.
(hmm Silent, perhaps you should post in Body count first, seeing as you had followed me. BODY COUNT <----_
