The hour of twilight was upon the land of Ge-Rad. The heavens sparkled with twinkling diamonds, as Tor’s eye remained only slightly open. Her reign was a great relief to the creatures of the land. For as of late, Fenris had been nothing but spiteful during his time spent in the heavens. With each rising of the fiery sun god, came the onslaught of a hot day, which parched the land itself of all moisture. The sight of Tor rising was a godsend, for at least during her time, all was well. The wolves of the land could count on her gentle gaze to soothe the aches caused by her enraged mate. Hopefully soon, the gentle goddess will be able to quell the fires that stir within Fenris, and balance will once again be restored. For the time being, Ge-Rad would have to make due and hold there own, though the situation did not look good. Many of the herds that normally occupied Ge-Radian soil, had left in search of new grazing grounds, and with each day that passed, the river would lose more water.
Krystal Zanguzen, an ebon and ivory fae and lead scout of Ge-Rad, slept peacefully in her den. Because of the dark coloration of her pelt, and it being susceptible to the rising temperatures of the day, Draeg had assigned the former Zanguzen to go on night patrol. Krystal was grateful, and now spent the mornings and afternoons sheltered comfortably in her den, only venturing out for short excursions. At night, she would awake fully rested, and ready to greet the land with keen kaleidoscope optics, ready to take on her responsibilities as lead scout. Tonight would be no exception, as Krystal rose from her slumber. She shook away any lingering sense of dreariness and soon after left the den. Several suns had passed since her return to Ge-Rad, and much has happened in that short period of time for the former Zanguzen. But Krystal has yet to see her adopted pack sister, the majestic Ayasha.
Krystal was told that her pack sister’s roll in the pack had not changed, and that she still guarded Ge-Rad during Tor’s reign. She hoped with this new assignment, that she’d be able to encounter Ayasha. But with the size of the territory, and Ayasha’s fur being as black as a Torless night, such an encounter would be hard pressed. Howling was not an option, as it would give away her position to any intruder that may be lurking in ambush. And so Krystal began her patrol, on paws trained in the art of stealth. She moved like a specter in the night, her steps unheard and unseen. Left no trace that she was ever present, and surveyed the land with keen senses at the ready. Soon the lead scout of Ge-Rad arrived at one of Ge-Rad’s more sacred locations. She stood before Cwen’s pond, the pool had lost much of his brilliance and luster do too the heat wave. The pond now stood half full, and if nothing was done soon, it wouldn’t be long before Fenris dried it out completely.

The night remained a haven of comfort and tranquility for the spit fire of Ge-rad. It had only been a few days since her return to her home. Things were back to normal, at least for the most part. But Ayasha couldn't help but feel that something was amiss. Not with Ge-rad though. Tor shone above the land and lit chosen areas of the terra and left the others in complete blackness. Everything was quiet and peaceful. Most wolves would be hunting in their packlands or gathering together in the cool of the night. Fenris had been merciless with his heat and rays of light. Had it not been for Tor Ayasha doubted that any varg would be able to survive. On her journey back to Ge-rad Ayasha traveled only at night, that was until the last leg of the journey. the heat had been relentless during her journey and she had found it hard to travel until Tor opened her eye upon the land. Ayasha had always found some sort of connection with the goddess, perhaps it was the kinship they seemed to share in the nightime. Tonight was slightly different for the femme.
She moved stealthily through the shadows and black pathways that seemed to make up the majority of Ge-rad. Remarking on her return to Ge-rad Ayasha made note that she had yet to see her sister Krystal. Both vargs shared the same den but it seemed that the other was away when one was in the den. Auds turned slightly back to pick up the faintest sound of paws thudding the ground. The black femora stopped and cocked her head in the direction the noise had come from. Her emerald optics gazed through the darkness, taking in the terra. She doubted that any varg from a neighboring pack would be venturing into Ge-rad lands at this time of night. Her tassel switched in slight irritation at the thought of having to investigate the noise. She had been looking forward to a night of easy patrol. One reason she took the night patrol, not only because it was cooler for her, but because she enjoyed the time to think. Tonight was no exception. Thinking, however, would have to wait till a more peaceful moment. She gave her head a shake. Normally curiosity would be propelling her forward, but tonight curiosity was nowhere to be found.
Muscles tensed before releasing into an easy lope as she glided through the darkness. She let her nares take in the surrounding scents, though nothing seemed out of the ordinary yet. Her auds remained alert, in case the noise should come again. For a moment Ayasha considered the possibility that she had been mistaken in hearing things. Perhaps she was too sensitive to that. She had forced herself to become sensitive to noise when she had left Ge-rad. Survival on her own had been tough. But she dismissed that notion, there was no way she had imagined hearing the thud. It was out there somewhere. Her paws changed into a rhythmic, one two pattern as she slowed to a trot. She let out a breath of annoyance, having not been able to pick up any scent of anything new. She had been trained better than to assume nothing, and it was that training that drove her forward into the night. She came to a halt and scented the air. A smile spread across her maw. Krystal! Springing forward she dashed through the darkness. Her optics scanned the terra with a new found vigor as she closed in on the scent. She slowed down again to that rhythmic trot and let out a whuff. The scent was strong and it was evident that Krystal was close. Ayasha came to a stop and quietly waited a few moments till she could hear the padding once again. Her tassel swung back and forth as excitement and a sense of nostalgia came to her. She had so many things to ask her sister and tell her since they had last met. Krystal was a memory of a family that Ayasha had let fall apart, actually more likely forced to fall apart. Krystal served as that bit of hope that had remained in that family. But all that could wait. "Krystal." She whispered, audible only to her and her sister.

A soft sigh escaped her ebon maw, as bi-hued sapphire and emerald pools gazed upon Cwen’s pond. It stood as a reminder of the current state that plagued Ge-Rad. Even the fish were beginning to migrate to better locations, and Krystal pondered for a bit if Ge-Rad should do the same. How much longer could the pack hold out under these conditions, and would the Dragga of the land agree to lead his pack away from the terra that homed his pack for longer then the bi-hued fae could ever know? Her thoughts were only distracted by a sudden rumble in her stomach. It was time for the former Zanguzen to feed; she would need to build her strength for the long haul of the night. Silently, Krystal scented the air for any trace of near by Lera she could use to snack on. The air was still and brought no scent, she would have to make due until a creature of the night wandered into range.
The stillness of the night was broken by a whisper. It seemed like the trees were calling out to the lead scout from far away, and the voice was faded and distant. Too difficult to track even for the most alert of auds, but the whisper had put Krystal on edge. She scanned the area, but could not find where the voice had come from. “Am I hearing things?” Krystal wondered. Perhaps the forest was playing a trick on her, as it most often does to all creatures. Ge-Rad’s forests were impressive in that to trek them was to trek a labyrinth of red woods. One could easily get lost, and lose their mind if not careful. But Krystal knew these lands well, and would not fall for the trickery of these ancient and elder sentries of Ge-Rad. On this quiet evening, the lead scout suddenly picked up on the sound of paw steps. Someone was approaching, and it would not be long till who ever the noise belonged to, would be upon her.
Two jade orbs twinkled in the distance, like fireflies in the night. They were the only indication that a presence aside from her-self was in the area. Then a scent finally came to her nares. A scent Krystal instantly recognized as belonging to the very fae in which Krystal hoped to encounter. Now a smile dawned on the former Zanguzen’s maw. Tail swishing contently behind her, as she dashed towards those two jade beacons like flies to a bug zapper. She moved swiftly, and with almost no sound, till she stood in front of Ayasha. There was no doubt in the Ge-Radian’s mind of the identity of this fae. Sisters of Ge-Rad were at last reunited. “Sister!” Krystal spoke in a quiet, but excited tone. “It’s been so long, I’ve missed you so much.” Unable to contain herself any longer, the need to touch, too feel how real this moment was had overcome the bi-hued femme, and she soon nuzzled Ayasha, letting lose those feelings of longing to reunite with the midnight fae. “You left… without even saying goodbye.”

As Krystal's scent rushed into her nares, Ayasha let out a quiet yip and greeted her sister with emphatic swinging of her tassel. There was much to tell her sister and much to find out. But it would be Krystal's words that would being the conversation. It would be her words that would begin Ayasha's decent into her journey. The black femora nuzzled her sister's neck and let out an excited whine. Being away from family had been tough. Wolves are pack animals and the slight separation could throw one into a sea of anxiety and depression. However, the joyous feelings came to a halt as Krystal spoke her last words. Ayasha pulled away from her sister and considered her for a moment. Emerald orbs traveling across her sister's face with what seemed to be the utmost care. Slowly she nodded her head and let out a sigh. When she had left the borders of Ge-rad she hadn't really thought about what she would tell to everyone else when she had returned. Truthfully she hadn't really considered returning. At least she hadn't spent much time on it. Now however, she was here and she would have to face everyone else and tell them. So it was probably best to start with Krystal and try and work out some reasoning for her absence. she was hesitant of the truth, unsure if it really was the truth.
"I couldn't tell anyone." Were the first words out of the femora's mouth as she began to recall the night she left. It had been a cooler night, which is why she had chosen it to leave. The reason for her leaving still remained a muddled mess to even her. Though she had gained helpful knowledge of herself she hadn't come to any big epiphany. "It was late and I needed to get out as quickly as possible. I didn't want to wake someone and then be detained and change my mind." She tried to explain it. She tried to recall the exact thoughts that had been going through her head as she took her steps out of the terra. She had wanted to get away and think. Tonight she had wanted to think, but she was here...explaining her absence to her sister. It wasn't a bad thing to be doing, but it only reaffirmed the fragile ties she had with her family, not counting the thinner ties she had with the pack. In truth Ayasha had put many things at risk her entire life. She had, at least to her belief, driven apart her family. "Krystal, I'm sorry for not letting you know. It's not that I wanted to leave everyone. I just needed some time."
She knew that her explanation was probably less than believable, but at the time she couldn't really think of how to explain everything. This fear that had been building up inside of her. This constant need to feel like she could turn to the wind and follow it as far as she could go. She didn't want to be her mother, certaintly not. Though she loved her mother, and admired her for dealing with such hardships in life, she found her weak. Maybe it was Ayasha's own feeling of guilt for causing all the bad things to happen that caused her to think her mother was weak. None of that really mattered at the current time though. There were more pressing matters at hand that needed to be dealt with. Regarding Krystal once more Ayasha gave an apologetic whine. She ran through possible explanations that might clear up the cloud that had to be developing in Krystal's mind. "Sis, I need to tell you something. I think it might clear some things up." The tone of Ayasha's voice had grown into something reflecting worry. She hadn't had much opportunity to really think this over or try to reason out of it, but perhaps this was the opportunity she had been waiting for. She sat down on her haunches and studied the sky before returning her gaze back to Krystal. Family ties are hard to break, though they are easy to put into jeopardy and to stretch thin. Ayasha had done all three, and yet she still had family here in Ge-rad. That was something she was relying on. There was a sense of fear that had been creeping into her body as she had begun to think of how to say what she needed to say. She was fearful that it would put everything into jeopardy once again.

True joy had filled the bi-hued fae. Her family was reuniting, those closest to her heart were returning to the Ge-Radian’s life. It seemed that Tor had listened to Krystal’s prayers with opens auds and a soft heart, listened to the yearns and needs of a wolf who wanted nothing more then to be with her family. And here Ayasha stood, her pack sister and closest friend, those prayers seemed to have been answered. If only this feeling of joy could last an eternity, if only it could go on with no hindrance. But it wasn’t long until the midnight fae pulled back, gazing at the Ge-Radian lead scout with tender jade pools. There was a message in those orbs that Krystal could not decipher, and soon those joyful feelings became confusion and concern. “Sister, what’s wrong?” Krystal asked, her tone filled with worry as her words slipped out of her ebon maw and into the darkness of the night that surrounded the two fae’s. “Ayasha please, talk to me sister.” Krystal pleaded. “I am here for you, and nothing will change that.”
The night air was still, not a creature jittered. The sentries of the forest remained silent and nearly invisible. It almost felt as if the very land of Ge-Rad wanted to listen to the tale of Ayasha, and learn the secrets that the midnight femora kept. The patrol could wait, for this moment in time, this plight that plagued Krystal’s sister was far more important then any task that could be put before her. The bi-hued lead scout listened carefully to the lyrics of Ayasha, taking in every sailable and sentence as if life itself depended on this action. Once Ayasha had finished, Krystal sat on her haunches. She was very concerned at this point, and wondered what Ayasha meant with her final words. “Ok sis, I’m ready to listen to what ever it is you need to say. Just know this before you start.” Krystal took a moment to sigh; she couldn’t have predicted that her reunion with Ayasha would turn out this way. The god’s were always said to hold a high value to irony.
“What ever happened in the past, what ever it is you’re going to tell me, it won’t change how I feel about you. You are my sister, my best friend. We’ve shared so many adventures together, so many joys and so many aches. I care about you so much, and I always will. We are family, and that too me is more important then anything else. Nothing can tear apart the ties that bond us together. That is why Tor has reunited us. She knows this, and so do I. We are meant to be close, meant to live our lives together as sisters. That will never ever change.” Too reassure Ayasha of her words, Krystal nuzzled the twilight fae gently, allowing supple whines to escape her maw. Eyes would remain closed, as she took in her scent. They say that the bond between sisters is eternal, and transcends time and distance. No matter the distance between them, or the circumstances that threaten to sever the link, no bond is stronger then that of two sisters, bound together by the ties of their pack, and more importantly, the ties of their friendship.

As Krystal reassured her, Ayasha couldn't help but think back to everything they had been through together. In fact, had she thought about this earlier she probably wouldn't feel the way she did at the moment. For if the gods had put them through so many hardships together then surely they would stay very very close for as long as time could stand. With that new thought in her head one would think that this sort of confession would come easily. Well. The black femora had to think clearly now and not say something completely stupid that would jeopardize anything. If indeed her worst fears were to be comfirmed there was no telling how Draeg would react. It would be stupid to go blabbing her mouth about something important only to have it be completely false and have everyone worried. On the other hand though, to have it not be false would also be a horrible thing.
Ayasha nodded her head and smiled. "I know. It's just that..well." She paused. "Sis, I haven't told anyone about this, and I'm not entirely sure if it's true. You know, but it's one of those things you are pretty sure about." She took a breath and briefly thought back to the actual moment. It was possible that it happened and that she indeed was. But, there was always the possibility that is wasn't. Having not spoken to anyone, especially not a female that would know this kind of thing. Ayasha felt rather lost with the whole situation. She still had a lot to learn about life; but she was pretty sure she could chalk this up to a stupid mistake. Not the actual act itself, but the possible result that she might have to deal with. Not even thinking about poor Kaemon. He was younger than she, and definitely wasn't ready for this.
"Okay, sis. You know how Kaemon and I...you know." She strayed away from actually admitting to the word. "Well...I can't help but feeling like I might be...." Ayasha found it hard to actually fess up to the possible fix she had gotten herself into. Normally she was a quite self sufficient femme. But now she had to admit that she was in need of some help. "Well..you know...I might be carrying...Kaemon's pups." The relief that she felt after telling that to someone was great. Even if what might come next wouldn't be.

A thick sensation of worry hung over the head of the bi-hued fae. What secret could Ayasha possibly be keeping from her? After all, were they not sisters, and sisters always share secrets with each other don’t they? Ayasha was more than a friend and more than a sister to the former Zanguzen. There could be no word that even the wisest of varg could give, that could accurately give justice to the bond she shared with Ayasha. If Ayasha felt pain, then Krystal would feel it too, deep in the reaches of her soul to which no one but the truly trusted to penetrate. As calmly as she could, Krystal did her best to reassure the midnight fae that all was well, and whatever plight might befall Ayasha, Krystal would always be there. All was still and quiet, as soft lyrics escaped the spit fire fae’s muzzle, lyrics that revealed a truth that not even the former Zanguzen expected.
Krystal wasn’t ready for this moment at all, both mentally and emotionally. Though she was older then Ayasha, the ebon fae had experience in many forms that Krystal did not. Ayasha had found love, and knew of the wonders and happiness that came with it. And now apparently, if the ebon fae’s claim holds true, she would know pregnancy, birth, and motherhood. All things that Krystal could not comprehend, for not only was the bi-colored fae still pure, she hadn’t even found someone who would show those wonderful emotions too her. There was nothing Krystal could do or say, to bestow wisdom on her sister, for in this subject it simply didn’t exist for the bi-hued Ge-Radian. “Are you sure?” Krystal at last spoke suddenly, her voice still holding an aura of concern. One thing didn’t seem to be quite right though in Krystal’s mind. When two couples are going to have pups, isn’t it supposed to be a happy time? Yet Ayasha seemed anxious, almost fearful.
Krystal’s own pains of being alone were casted asunder for the time being. As she always did, her feelings were not important next to the worries and concerns of her closest friends. “Sis, I’m so happy for you.” Krystal spoke, as she shared with Ayasha a polite smile. She truly was happy for Ayasha, but something seemed out of place. “But,” Krystal added. “You don’t seem happy sis.” Was this really the reason Ayasha had left Ge-Rad? Wouldn’t it have been easier just to talk to Draeg about it? Krystal didn’t know what to say or do, she didn’t know how to help Ayasha, and felt lost. Suddenly a thought dawned upon the bi-hued fae. “Sis, Kaemon doesn’t know?” Krystal asked. “Why haven’t you told him? I’m sure he’s worried sick about you at the very least. And he’s the father, doesn’t he you know… shouldn’t he know?” No matter what, Krystal was committed to supporting her sister; the former Zanguzen just didn’t know at the moment how to help her.
(ooc: I'm really sorry for how bad this came out. I'll need some time before I get back up to my usual post quality. I'm just getting back into the swing of things.)

Ayasha let out a breath as Krystal spoke. It had never occurred to Ayasha that maybe she was the only one dreading this information that was now plaguing her mind. She was pregnant, no doubt about it. In fact, she was pregnant with Kaemon's pups. Not that really accepting that now would change anything or even make her feel better. There was one positive thing on her side though, she had only recently begun to show and luckily her ebon coat had camoflauged it for the time being. But now, now no one could deny it if they say her in the light.
Krystal was happy for her sister, she was happy for the joyous time but it was clear that Ayasha was less than enthusiastic about the current situation. She let out a sigh as Krystal's maw let loose a string of questions and general concerns. Shaking her head Ayasha looked at her sister and let out a whine. "Oh Krystal, you're the only one I've told and I'm scared. I haven't told Kaemon, I haven't had the chance." Her tassel sank between her legs and she whined once more. " I need to tell both Kaemon and Draeg, and my mother. It's just...what do I do?" Ayasha had never really considered what it would be like to have pups, she wasn't entirely sure how it would all pan out. What if something went wrong? She was still young.
"I mean I'm excited to have life in me, I guess. But...how do I tell Kaemon? What if he runs off?" The winter this year, as Ayasha had been told, was supposed to be a rough one with a lack of game and shleter. If the pups were to survive she would have to keep herself in healthy condition. Her night patrols might have to be cut short or be done with someone else. Ayasha had never really had her father around, and it was only recently that Draeg had officially adopted her, so the thought of telling him about the pups was a little intimidating. She had no way of knowing how he was "supposed " to react to these kind of things. True, there wasn't really anything wrong with having a litter at this age, but it wasn't planned for and Kaemon...well neither of them were really ready for this. "And my mother....I'm sure she will be happy to have grandpups, but...."Ayasha sat down on her haunches and let out a chuckle. "You know, I suppose I shouldn't worry about it. What's the worst that could happen? I die in labor?" She became silent as she mulled the thought over in her head. Death didn't scare Ayasha, it was everyone that she would leave behind that made her tremble. " I don't know what I'm saying. Everything will be fine, right sis?"

The tone of concern and worry, hymned off the breath of the Ge-Radian spitfire, as does a somber symphony tune reverberates within theater walls. What should be a time of great joy at the prospect of new life in the pack lands, has turned solemn with fear over what could be the reaction of this news. Ayasha’s voice seeped its way into Krystal’s subconscious, weighing down her ebon banner and causing ebon auds to be anchored to the cranium. There was no doubt that this was indeed a difficult situation for Krystal’s sister, but in turn, Krystal knew not of the pains in which Ayasha was experiencing, or where to even begin in the healing and uplifting process. So many questions plagued Ayasha’s jade orbs, robbing the young fae of her beauty in exchange for a more grievous appearance. Gently, Krystal eased her maw atop Ayasha’s head and soothingly began to ease away any inner pain she could with her tender salmon tongue. For the time being, it was all the former Zanguzen could think to do. “I wish you wouldn’t allow these kinds of questions to plague you so.” Krystal whispered as she continued to lap at Ayasha’s brow.
“I know you and Kaemon are both young,” Krystal continued. “And granted, it would have been preferable to wait a little longer, but what’s done is done. Tor and Fenris have given you a gift my dear sister. They have given Ge-Rad a very special gift, the gift of life. That very life exists within you Ayasha, our future.” With that said, Krystal pulls back a bit, so that Ayasha could gaze upon the former Zanguzen’s face and features, which themselves speak the truth as much so as Krystal’s very heart, in which the lead scout finds courage and strength in times of great adversity. “You will make a fine mother sis. And Kaemon will make a fine father, so don’t worry so much about it. Besides…” Krystal paused, and lightly touched noses with her sister. “If he even thinks about running off, he won’t get very far. He would have to outrun a Zanguzen.” The lead scout finished with a smile and a wink, in hopes of somehow easing the tension within Ayasha and perhaps maybe even rousing a laugh out of her. “And don’t say such things silly sister.” The two toned Ge-Radian licked her sisters nose once and continued. “Nothing like that is going to happen to you in labor. And if I’ve learned anything from living in Ge-Rad is this. Our family loves us very much, and everyone will love your cubs. So please stop worrying, everything will be fine, I promise.”
A change in the wind was coming; its breeze trekked over the land of Ge-Rad and summoned forth a new beginning. The yips and cries of new life would once again fill the terra, and the very trees of the land would smile upon them and offer blessings by providing shade and comfort. The earth itself would be made into a den to nurture the young, the future of Ge-Rad, and a proud mother and father who would raise the cubs with love and care. Krystal would do all she can to see that Ayasha’s cubs grow to be healthy and strong. She would love them genuinely, as if they were her very own. It could perhaps be the only time in the former Zanguzen’s life where she would have a chance to raise pups. For at this rate, it seems that Krystal will never have the chance to become a mother, as Ayasha will soon become. Krystal was beginning to slowly accept that she would never find a loving mate, and that such blessings as a devoted partner and motherhood were not in her future. Perhaps the gods did not see the ebony and ivory fae as worthy of experiencing these fruits of life. After all, Krystal’s blood is Zanguzen, which forever ties the femora to a clan of ruthless mercenary blood thirsty killers. Maybe this was punishment for being born in that clan. Whatever the reason, such thoughts were pushed away into darks crevices in her mind to be taken upon later. This was Ayasha’s time and Ayasha’s moment. “So sis,” Krystal inquired with a swish of her tail. “Have you thought of any names yet?”

Ayasha listened to her sister intently, though she knew that her sister was right, the black femme still couldn't get these thoughts out of her head. She knew that everything would turn out okay, but her past experiences with family and disasters made her scared. There was no doubt that both she and Kaemon were a little young for this. Ayasha was old enough to have a litter, but to take on the emotional strain that it would bring was yet to be seen. She had been through emotional moments in her life and she had come out on top, but most of those things didn't cause her physical strain. Raising a family would prove difficult, but she had all of Ge-rad to help her, and if her mother was able to do it then she could to. Granted she hadn't seen her siblings in a year or so, and her father was long gone. Still, Uskiya was happy and Ayasha herself had turned out ok.
She smiled at her sister and for a moment she felt selfish, always asking her sister for help. She shook her head and took a look at her sister. "Krystal, you have helped me through so many difficult parts in my life." She nuzzled her sister and let out a whine. Her auds were tilted outwards and her tail was now loosely hanging from her hindquaters. She took a breath and recentered her mind from the worries that were plaguing her to what might be upsetting her sister. For even though Krystal had said nothing, Ayasha knew her sister too well and could pick up on her unhappiness. Her emerald orbs focused on Krystal and for a moment she didn't say anything. Slowly she opened her maw and began to speak. "Krystal, I know you don't speak of what troubles you, but you know I can see through you. I can see that you hide unhappiness behind your happiness for others." She took a breath and chose her words. There were things that she wanted to tell Krystal, but she wanted her to really hear her. "Krystal, I really want you to hear what I'm about to say." She lifted her tail slightly and smiled.
"Sis, you are amazing. I know that you think you will be alone for the rest of your life and that you don't deserve anyone." She became silent for a moment, feeling her heart increasing in speed as she fought back the creeping feeling of sadness. "But listen to me, truly truly listen to me when I say this to you." She felt herself become a little weak, sleep had been something that had avoided Ayasha for a while, and now she could feel lit beginning to want to become close with her. But she shook the feeling away. "You are worthy of someone special, someone who truly truly will love you and take care of you. I know that you might not think that someone is interested in you when they really are."Ayasha smiled and continued. " Listen to me when I say this. Don't go jeopardizing love because you don't think you are worthy of it. You do more for anyone than I have ever seen. You put yourself behind everyone else and I wish you wouldn't. Krystal, you are extremely important. Do you understand?"
Ayasha leaned forward a little in exhaustion as the pups kicked a little inside her round belly. She had been foolish not to eat and now she was paying for it as her body was taking whatever it could to feed the pups. She tried to push away the fatigue but it was too much for her. Carefully she lowered herself to her belly and rolled to her side and gently relaxed her head on the ground. "Sis, when you carry pups, because you will. But when you do, don't skip meals, these little things are like parasites, they take anything they can get." She let out a laugh and smiled. Ayasha felt good, just lying on the ground in the cool air of the night. A small amount of light from Tor shone down on the small meeting of the two Ge-radian sisters. They had spent so much time away from one another that this meeting held emotions strong and tight. A bond had been forged many many moons ago and still remained strong despite the distance and time that the femmes had spent from one another.

//ooc: I apologize for how horrible this post turned out. Usually I can come up with good posts at work, but today was very busy and I had to work on it little by little. It's not as long or as good as yours, and didn't come out the way I wanted. I hope you forgive me.//
At last things seemed to be finally settling down for Ayasha, perhaps Krystal’s words of comfort and security were finally getting through to the ebon fae. Though the former Zanguzen could only guess the strains of pregnancy, she imagined that being stressed and worried about life’s trials could do the unborn cubs no good. As Ayasha nuzzled Krystal tenderly, her soft whine was mixed gently with the lead scouts own. Her heart blending into her sisters, as they touched and merged to share pains and aches; to seek comfort in the other as it had always been for these two sisters of Ge-Rad. “Everything will turn out Ayasha, trust me on that.” Krystal reassured her, and licked the spitfire’s nose for added reassurance. Moments later, Ayasha pulled away a bit as her jade pools met bi-hued sapphire and emerald optics. Unknowing to the lead scout, Ge-Rad’s youngest warrior could see the strife that weighed Krystal down. The clouds in which the former Zanguzen used to conceal such secrets could not keep away a bond that had forged between sisters.
The words in which flowed out of Ayasha’s ebon maw caught the lead scout by surprise. Ebon auds rose to attentiveness quickly, surprised by both the sudden concern over the two toned Ge-Radian, and that Ayasha could see that Krystal was hiding something. As Ayasha instructed, Krystal listened carefully to her words. The ebon fae seemed to at times struggle with her words; struggle with her-self in order to say what needed to be said. Krystal could feel each lyric penetrating deep within the shields and fogs that the former Zanguzen had placed. She wondered how long Ayasha had known of these deep secrets, but took in every lyric to the deepest reaches of her heart and soul. “Sis…” Krystal managed to whisper, though Ayasha continued speaking her mind in the process. She was right of course, right about everything. Krystal cared deeply about the members of her pack, and always put their happiness before her own. She was also right in how Krystal believed that love would always allude the Ge-Radian. More importantly, Ayasha was right about how Krystal is important.
The speech had taken a great deal of energy away from the pregnant Ge-Radian. She had strained and given all her effort and reserves to send a very clear message to her bi-hued sister. Because of this, she could no longer hold herself up, and soon Ayasha would lie on her side. Quickly Krystal was upon her, licking her sister and making sure she was ok. “Ayasha…” Krystal didn’t know what to say, she had been left speechless, unable to comment or say anything. There wasn’t really anything to say, every word spoken by Ayasha had been truthful and hit home. Gently, Krystal settled herself beside Ayasha, and proceeded to give her sister a tender grooming with her tongue. Ayasha’s words echoed in Krystal’s mind as Tor’s light showered both Ge-Radians in her affectionate light. “Thank you sis, for everything…” Krystal at last spoke. It was the only words in which Krystal could summon up at the moment, for the emotions were building and the moment left the former Zanguzen nearly breathless. A bond between sisters stood the test of time and distance. Proven tried and true it could not be broken by either and any obstacle. As the words “you are worthy of someone special” echoed in the mind of the fae, one wolf came to mind. But could love somehow blossom for a pair of wolves who lived in separate packs?
