Physical Description: Dakota is everything one might expect from a young healthy wolf. While slightly taller then the average mann, he is no way a giant. Instead, the male is most impressive in his physical bulk. Muscles pull tight across his limbs, bunching thickly under his coat as he moves. Dakota is not over muscled, however. Rather he has the very clear physic of the warrior he is. Covering the male's body is a pelt of pure pitch black. His pelt is unmarred of any lasting marks save for a thin white circle of fur that graces his left leg like a permanent bracelet. This marking alone, a scar from his past, seems the only reminder of the care-free life the wolf once led. The look upon Dak's face is often one of stoic seriousness. Once a continuous mask of mischief and free spirit, the mann's chiseled features are now often found to be cold or stubborn. In turn, the wolf's emerald eyes are full of passion and loyalty. Here, one of the only windows to his true emotions can be found. With a quick glance one can see by his eyes alone how Dakota is feeling, regardless of how rigid or composed his body is.
Personality: Dak's personality is one of great dedication and loyalty. The majority of his time is spent figuring out ways to either serve others or better himself as a whole. Following a strict code of ethics and honor, the male will not turn down those in need. In turn, he often expects the same from his peers. This can cause stress between Dakota and those around him for he sees no reason why another wolf wouldn't be following the same code that he himself is bound too. Similarly, the male has absolutely no tolerance for those that prey on the weak. In his mind these are the weakest creatures of all and not worthy to walk the same paths that he and his comrades do.
Buried deep within Dakota is a completely different side of his personality. As a younger mann, he had once been very care free and spirited. The dark wolf had taken much joy in tricking others, playing games with them and causing laughter to erupt from the throats of his friends. Events in his travels soon caused Dak to revert back into himself and thus find the strict lifestyle he conforms to today. Though occasionally, one may see a spark of his old self. Particularly when dealing with an assailant, the male still takes great joy in taunting and teasing the advisory into a frenzy. It is usually only at these times and perhaps when with his closest friends or pack mates that the male is seen smiling or possessing any emotion besides a sense of duty.
This can also be true when the mann is left with a cub or young charge. Perhaps in an effort to revive his own lost spirit, Dakota is untiringly patient with the young wolves.
