Silent ran swifty through the listern terratorry, now and again skidding to a sudden stop to sniff the air intently for any sign of lera. The wid blew softly toward her, good time to hunt as the fawns were out in force. Fenris had only just pokedhis bright head over the mountain before she finally detected some prey. It was some way ahead and she had a bit to go before she actually met with it, face to face. Being put under the wachful eyes of the lead Emissary Gryffin, who was also the high ranking Beta of the Listern Pack, she had to make sure she ate well befre her training started. She knew she was training with one other, Gryffin's son, Arias. By the way he seemed to act about being put under his mother's watch rather than in his fathers Warriors group. It was viably obvious that he was jelous and annoyed at his sister that she was to be chosen rather than himself.Silent had been sent out on her own to hunt before starting her training. So she was going to do just that.
Stepping forward on her silvery paws, she started in a slow lope as she neared the produceer of the scent which was now filling her nostrils. Her mouth began to water but she stopped before raising her muzle again, scenting the air to get a better picture of what it was. The soft bleating was enough of a message, the bleating was enough, but the desperate sound which resided in the sounds told her one more thing. It was lost. She crept ever closer towards a small clearing where it would be. Sure enough, it was lying beside a large rock which jutted out of the ground, almost protecting the small weak fawn which had obviously lost its mother as the herd was fleeing from what she could scent was another of her pack. The air rustled through the clearing and into the face of the silver youth who eyed up the fawn, her golden gaze glittering with hunger as she stepped back and readying herself to attack. She was not as far away from the fawn as she had first though as she crouched down into a jumping position. A low rumbling growl errupting from her maw as she looked through a small gap in the bushes to see the fawn become silent and listen to the forest, it weas slowly rising to its spindly legs. It was now or never.
Leaping forth through midle of the bushes, she swiftly cleared them and started towards the fawn, her silver body streaking towards it as she leaped once more towards the frozen small defensles figure of it. The silver youth was just about to push it to the ground before it shot off into the forest and she was left with thin air to land in. She landed awkwardly upon her paws before launching herself through the exit in which it took and after it. Quickly catching up as she had more speed that the young fawn, she reached out with her paw and tripping it over, it jumped over the swift silver paw and carried on running. An impatient snarl came from her maw as her lips curled and she gathered her self up, her legs pwoering her forwards as she gained speed and leaped through the air and onto the fawns back. It fell from the sher weight of the faemme and it was crushed on the ground,it bleated out in desperation, its last final cry for its mother before she opened her jaws and clamped her strong jaws around its neck. As the fawns life slowly rattled away from it, she silver faemme slipped from its small back and lay beside it, they had ran quite far before the varg finally won and the small fawn lost. She looked up expectantly to se someone congratulating her on her good work of catching the fawn, but she rememberred, she was alone. She took one look at its lifeless body and tor at the stoumach, the blood slowly dripping down her neck and satisfying the youth as she started to eat her prize.

White paws touched the surface of the terrain. a hidden shadow amongst the pines and spruce. Paws avoided loose pebbles and stones, crevices so silence was what followed those ivory paws. Blood red ears twitched to the sound of a twig snapping. Gryffin turned her head, her emerald eyes searching through the branches when she saw a herd of herla. Their muscles rippling under their fur. These herla were lean and well builtfor their mountain life. Gryffin's tail shifted, almost wagging in excitement. But the tri hued femur was not hungry.
Her body lithe and built for speed and manoevering, Gryffin crept forward, restign all her weight on her soft paw pads when she took each step, making sure every step would confirm a soft and quiet tread.
The herla was easily about fifty heads, including the fawns. So in hiding Gryffin watched the herd, eyeing each piece of morsel. The fawns frolicked as if nothing i nthe world could injure them. Gryffin knew better.
The emissarry slinked closer watching...just watching. She then lifted her muzzle and scented another of her pack. The silver form of a she wolf came to mind. Gryffin recalled her order to the femme. How she had to go out to catch her own herla.
Gryffin raised her muzzle, her back legs bunched and then she sprung, her jaws wide open as they snapped. Her paws scraped and kicked up dirt and grubble as she stormed her way towards the herla. The herd bleated and snorted as they turned and ran. Their hooves clicking as the stampeded away from Gryffin. The tri hued emmissarry weaved between their heels, as she jumped up every now and then to snap at their flanks or if she was lucky sink her canines into one of their hides yet she never brought one down. THeherd bleated as they began to fan out, scattering as they were confused at the dangers. Were their more then one wolf at their heels? This frightened them and caused them to wander in all different directions, believing their way was the safest way.
In the next second the beta slowed down and then turned to trot away. Her tail was in the air as she panted, pink tongue hanging loosely as she watched herd beginning to slow down as the threat had seemed to dissappear. If Gryffin's calculations were right the herd were heading for Silents direction.
Gryffin's head lifted, it had been a while and the femme was now fulyl rested. Hereyes wandered to the skies where she saw a horde of black ravens and crows congesting in the skies and trees, their caws echoing. Gryffin knew what this meant. Lifting herself up onto her paws she began to pad after the scavengers' leads. And they ha brought her towards a clearing. Blood was thick in the air as well as a familiar scent mingled and mixed together.
Gryffin watched the feast fro mthe shadows before deciding to show herself. "Now isn't that delicious" Gryffin spoke with a grinnign smile on her lips as she padded towards the adolscent and her feasted fawn.

Upon finishing most of her prize, the silver adolescent female looked up to the heavens where the calls of the scavengers are heard. The great black ravens swooped down and landed upon the earth not too far away from the silver hued feamme, a sudden memory flooded back to her. When she had met her first friend. Drathlic. He was petrified of these great black birds, supposed followers of the HelloBorn god, Wolfbane. Silent was not as scared as her best friend. She snarled at the black raven and tore another hole into the fawns haunch before raising her muzzle to the sky. A scent lingered in the air. A familiar one at that. One of the pack, the Beta and lead emissary. Gryffin.
The voice of the Beta of the Listern pack rang clearly out into the clearing where the silver youth lay beside the carcass of the fawn, the clearing where the ravenhad once stood staring through its beady black eyes hungrily at the dead meat. But it had now taken to the skies again and fled in fear of the now two varg which were present. Silent stood up straight away and backed away from the kill, she knew she must not carry on eating the kill when a higher, much higher ranked varg was in her prescence. She left the carcass to Gryffin if she was hungry, she could have it. "Gryiffin... The youth stuttered, slightly in not knowing what to say, and also in fear of beta varg. "If you are hungry you can finnish the fawn off. I dont mind" She finaly got the words out before staring at the kill. Her stoumach had only been half filled, the other half seemed to yearn for the meat, for the blood. Her pink tounge swiped across her lips as she hungrily stared half eaten fawn. But she knew she must not advance.
The scavangers once again reminded the adolescent varg that it too was present, it swooped down and landed on the carcass and started to rip out the flesh with its sharp black beak. Silent snarled, carefully steping up to the challange that the raven had set. Her paws carried her silently forward, she had forgotten completely about Gryffin also being in the clearing. She was about a meter away, her paws silent as she crouched down and readied herself for the power she would use to lift herself into the air. Her hind legs did that power, her body was lifted into the air and she flew towards the black bird. Jaws snapping onto its black body, taking it by complete suprise. It lapped its black wings in a useless attempt of freeing itself and fleeing into the skys. Blood was spilled once more and the raven became silent. Silent spat the bird out and some of its black feathers before sniffing its carcass for any traces of life. None, she had well and truly kiled it. Her silver ears twitched and she suddenly rememberred Gryffin. Her head raised as she opened her golden eyes wide. She had forgotton all about her Beta just to get rid of a scavanger which touched her meat. She backed away again and lowered her posture to show she was no threat to the bigger faemme's status. A silent whimper sounded in her mind as she looked at the two now dead creatures which lay in the middle of the two varg.

The sunlight danced dodging the leaftips of the canopy above to light up the List forest below. THe sounds of chirping and chattering of forest lera silenced, substituted with the cackles and kaws of the black scavengers that littered the treelines. But all went unnoticed to the tri hued femur as she padded forward still. The scent of blood and flesh rose into the air vapours, arousing the young beta some more. Her hackles prickled as her pink tongue ran along her ebon chops, emerald eyes focusing on the silver femme.
Gryffin took in the adolscents words and she let silence sit between them for a few more seconds. At least the youth knew her rank. Thought Gryffin. Her tassel gave a hearty shake as she growled at a raven that hopped to close to her paws for comfort. Eyes then wandered back to Silent to see her giving the same abuse to the hunger driven scavengers. Yet Silent was more ruthless in her ways. Gryffin watched as Silent mauled the black feathered avian into nothingness.
The beta gave a grin her eyes meeting that of the assassin. "Lovely. Though... Wolfbane won't be too happy with one less servent hmm?" Gryffin droned in an enchanting voice, though the beta was only teasing the youth. Though she believed in the hell god, she could care less for the loud obnoxious flying scavengers.
THe tri hued femur watched as Silent backed away leaving the kill for her. Gryffin padded forwards, though she had already eaten she whipped her muzzle into the carcass with a malicious force, her fangs plunged deep into the bloody gore as she tore a lean piece of flesh from the maimed bodice of the herla. Muzzle bloodied the femme growled and swallowed her piece. Emerald eyes burned and the blood aroused her so much she wanted to bury her muzzle deeper into the carcass and eat some more, though her belly was already full. Yet the wolfess had more control over herself and she padded side aways from the carcass. "Eat the rest Silent, I've had my fill. Gryffin's strong voice rang out as she sat on her haunches among the dancing ravens.
Gryffin began to clean herself while the youth ate. Her emerald eyes then lifted and her vocals poured forth. "Silent... why did you join List?" Gryffin asked, her voice remarkably dimming from its growls before. Her eyes moved to the ravens, "Is it soley because of Drathlic? she questioned confidently as if she knew the reason already. Gryffin knew that this pack could never truly suit them, for its background ties with the balkar and its link with wolfbane. Yet it was too late for them to turn away now wasn't it? Gryffin returned her emerald gaze. "List is with the balkar and nothing could change that Silent. I know maybe when you came to List, you hadn't expect the ties withthe night hunters. You came for Drathlic..right? Gryffin asked though she couldn't help but give a grin, "You can't hide your affections Silent, I see what you two have. I have a mate myself, but Silent... love is what makes us all weak. Love hurts no matter what anyone says. Becareful or it can kill you" Gryffin speeched her hackles falling as she got back up on her paws.
She snarled and lunged for the nearest raven that tip toed its way towards the carcass. Snapping up only black feathers Gryffin turned around "when you're done, your training can begin.." the beta barked, her voice returning to her stern working tone.

Silent listened carefully to the first words about Wolfbane. She had encountered him once, it was not pretty. She had frozen with terror and then half insulted the hellborn god. Her golden eyes watched as the ti hued Beta lunged for the dead fawn and ripped out a large chunk of flesh and blood. She stared hungrily at the slesh, wishing to snap it up for her own stoumach. But her paws did not fail her and she stayed where she was, watching as the Ravens seemed to dance around them. Then the words came which pleased her, that she could finnish off her kill. Launching herself forth she bounded forward with such speed she skidded to stop next to the lifeless body and push her silver muzzle into its opened belly and let the blood stain her fur. Her fangs dug deep into what litte remaining flesh was to be found in the now empty stoumach of the faw. So she pulled her muzzle out and bit into the fawn's flank and ripped the suculant flesh from there.
Her silver ears twitched as the sound of Gryffins voice came to her again, this time the words seemed to be dimmer with less growl than she would expect from the tri hued faemme. Her head turned as the question came. Why did she join the Listern Pack. She listened carefully as the beta of the pack seemed to contradict what her answer would be. Then the name Drathlic came up. Drathlic, her first friend, the male which she had secret feelings for. Her eyes closed as she swallowed te flesh which she had ripped from the fawns flank. Gryffins words came again. This time talking about the ties which List had with The Balkar and how she would not be able to change it. Sh eknew she could not. Thats why she had already considered leaving List. But her mind told her no, she needed the ocmpany. And if she was a worthy Emissary, she could help List too. More words came from the fae. This time her feelings for the now adult male, Drathlic. She knew she couldn't hide the feelings, she knew that Drathlic already knew about some of them. She now knew that all of List knew about her love. "No Gryffin. I didn't come to List mainly because of Drathlic, some of it yes, for his company. I was alone, I had never been so alone, I had tried to enter many packs, but they rejected me. I needed company and when Drathlic told me about List. I grew hopeful. I was accepted by Bristol, the Dragga. I admit it, after, my feelings grew for Drathlic, they are still growing now. But now I know about the Balkar and our Allias with them. I am beginning to feel wary. But I have grown fond of List and whatever our Allias, I will stay and become an Emissary for this pack. I will try to not let my feelings for Drathlic get the better of me. But I cannot make promises Gryffin." She growled softly. Telling her story.
As Gryffin got to her paws, Silent too stood upon hers. She watched the Tri hued fae lunge for a Raven whch had strayed too close, but only managing to catch a few of its black feather in her maw. The words came. When she was finished, she could start her training. Silent turne dher head to look at the now eaten Fawn. She closed her eyes and her stoumach felt full, she opened her goldeneyes and her words came out. " I am ready" She stepped forwrads slightly to meet Gryffins words of training. She was ready for anything that the tri hued varg set for her. Shaking her sleek silver pelt, she swiped her pink tounge across her bloodied maw and cleaned the crimson liquid away. Her eyes then looked down to the ground where the Raven lay dead, blood upon its black feathers. Her head raised and her eyes narrowed slightly. The sound of Wolfbane's cackled came back to her. She would not let him weaken her. She awaited orders from Gryffin, she awaited the words which would set her off to train as an emissary of List.

Emerald optics swivelled as the tri hued varg nodded, her auditories tipped towards the silver mitted she wolf as she began her reply, sweet vocals echoing into the cool air.
No doubt the taste of winter was bitter in the air.Gryffin blinked looking silently towards the pretty she wolf. Her head dipped softly as she took in her words. The tri hued varg tried to pass it off now, she knew somethings were meant to be and could not be change. The night hunters were feared and even hated throughout Translavania by the vargs, Gryffin couldn't expect Silent to be cozy with the brute males. Besides, the beta had grown to like the little pup that had stumbled upon list with the help of the ruddy male Drathlic.
Lonliness. Sotmhing Gryffin feared ever since the faces she grew up began to die off one by one. She shuddered but she could never bring it up in herself to admit such a fault. She turned to Silent and nodded. "I understand..." she nodded. Tassle twitching she then turned to look at Silent, he expression softer. Yes love was weak, but it was cruel as well, striking when it was least expected, and i you were struck, hah have un curing the wound. "Drathlic will be a formidible warrior one day" Gryffin spoke, her truth clear, that she accepted the two vargs relationship.
With a small skip of her back feet to propell her forward Gryffin slinked into the forest littered with autumn leaves and naked trees. "Now emmisarries are swift and quiet. As sneaky as a fox and silent as a mouse, though im sure you will have no problem" Gryffin teased as the she wolfs name was Silent after all. " We're going to go into the thicker parts of the forest, and run through it, now we must be quick, silent and swift. We will learn to control our paws so they shift as if every step melted into the ground, keeping us hidden. Now lets go Gryffin turned and started to make her way towards the thicker parts of the mountains.
