Sabla sighed, flicking her ears impatiently. She had been told she was accepted into Koran, that she didn't have to be a kerl any more, but yet, she was still wandering in the pack borders, still never actually meeting the whole pack. She had no clue who they were, what family she was becoming a part of, and that put her on edge for the moment.
She inhaled deeply, getting up to stretch. Her muscles quivered from sitting for too long and she yawned deeply, hoping that today she could dig up more information.
From what little she did know, she was absolutely positive of a few things. One: Phantom was the drappa and Kadin was the dragga, though he had died and no one knew how. //heh, heh, yet…// Two: she was told to stay until she met others in the pack. And Three: she was tired of staying put in one spot for so long.
She growled softly, pulling herself off of the rock. Maybe Phantom was right, maybe she should wander around and get to know the rest of the pack. She padded forward silently, she still hadn’t grown into her big paws, and she doubted she ever would. Her long legs and slender body made her seem unproportioned. Her long fluffy tail swayed slightly as she trotted forward, ready to greet the new day.
Who knew? Maybe she would find something interesting today…

[glow=red,2,300] Slowly a form crept in the grass in the Koran territories due to his glowing markings he was usally easy to spot, and quiet frankly it shocked him this varg hadn't seen him.Creeping forward until he was quiet literaly under the varg'snose.
Suddenly an electric blue form appeared springing into the air and landing by her side. For a moment Tron was nothing more than a bright form but soon it took a solid form of a navy blue varg. "Sabala right? He asked"Well pleasureto meet you I'm Tron" Perhaps meeting a blue wolf could be classified as interesting?[/glow]

Sabla jumped back in surprise. A bright blue form just leapt out of the brush to land in front of her.
"Sabla right?" He asked "Well pleasure to meet you I'm Tron"
She relaxed, slightly, as she noticed it was a varg, and also friendly. Then she looked closer, shaking her head in disbelief.
"Are you....blue?!" she asked, astonished that anyone could be such a color. It was quite bright, and she was surprised at herself that she didn't pick him out from the brush. But hey, when you're bored you miss stuff, right?
She shook her head, remembering her manners, and knowing he probably didn't like to be stared at. "Yes, I'm Sabla. Glad to meet you Tron." she wagged her tail, glad that she was starting to get to know more pack members.
//eh...that sucked. Sorry it was so short.//

The black bitch crept into the Karon grassed. There was a new fae. She heard the pack had excepted a new varg. They call that puny rat a varg! Humph! She looked at Sabla in disbelief. Puny rat... Many thought him to be the shy male of the pack and her the shy fae, the silika of the pack- that she greatly disliked. A low inaudible growl formed at the pit of her throat.
Keeping her position, she said, "Nice to see you again Tron." She stood up to greet the newer. "Sabla, hello." She strided over to the two. "How are we today? Greeting everyone and staring are we? Oh, how rude! Humph!" Oh, how she enjoyed it! She loved being mean. She could make vargs think she despised them when in fact she actually like them. Oh, how marvelous!

//Hope you don't mind me joining, need to get back into the swing of things x3//
With the title of Beta, came many responsibilities. Some of which the tora-ge didn't really believe she was capable of. Such a title was something she'd never dreamed of, but she felt she could never quite live up to what was expected of her - in her mind, she never had done before.
But, fortunatly for Exerci, her patrols of the borders had been fairly simple that morning. Nothing had disturbed the peace of the Koranian lands, so as she finished the circuit, paws swiftly carried her to where the scents of a few Koranian varg gathered.
Svelt figure quickly emerged from the foliage, slim and tall and hued in ebony and white. Silver-blue spheres caressed the forms of the three varg and a smile swiftly painted itself onto her maw. She could see her dear friend, Tron, the newest Koranian Sabla - whom she had encountered outside of the Packlands not too long ago - and Blackstar, who she wished to get to know better. The former Dreogan fae was somewhat a mystery to her.
Silent paws carried her swiftly to Tron's side - one of her, if not most, trusted friends in Koran. The electric blue varg was one of the first to truly accept her as a friend at all, and Exerci believed she was in his dept for that. But all of Koran were her family, and she loved and respected them all, for Koran were the only varg who could ever accept her for the tiger-striped tree-climber she'd grown up to be.
Finally seating herself, the fae spoke. "Ah good morning Tron, Sabla and Blackstar. I see we're all getting aquainted." Her words were cheery, though to her own ears they didn't really sound like anything at all. Perhaps that was just her being stupid. She assured herself it was, and relaxed, unusual sheathed claws retracting as her thick brush curled around her hinds.

Sabla looked around at the small group that had gathered here in her presence. She thought it was quite odd for so many to join her in doing absolutely nothing. She could see that if, for instance, she was fishing or hunting, or something of that category. But she wasn't doing anything of interest.
And, it was as if they had all read her thoughts. That they appeared whenever you needed them, like a family.
Or, maybe they're just sneaky and like to spy on people... she thought cynically.
She could automatically tell that the huge black form of a varg either had a problem with her, or just was rude to everyone, she wasn't sure. "Well, hello to ya too." She said, a smile on her face. Whether the black varg took it as a genuine smile or a sarcastic one was her own fault, Sabla merely smiled.
"Oh, and hello Exerci." she said, remembering bumping into the tiger-striped lupine not too long ago.
She stood, feeling awkward. Now what? she asked herself. She wasn't planning on meeting so many, and she had no clue what to do anyways.

((To bad we're not people Sabla or I would want to spy. lol))
Blackstar saw the smile creep across her face and thought it was a genuine smile and not some sarcastic pass off. "Hello Exerci." They had not officially met but she had seen the other around and heard about the other. She knew that the tiger-striped fae was the Scout Leader and Beta Fae of Koran.
The black varg passed around the others, in a big circle not small ones around each individual. She pased. All of a sudden she stopped, hearing a movement in the bushes and smelling somthing other than Koran varg.
((Sorry for the crapiness.))

//Koranians are such peeping Toms *turns away* Oh, wait, I'm a Koranian.... *walks back*//
Black Star circled around them, then paused and looked into the bushes. Sabla peeked around the older fae's bulk //I'm not saying you're fat!!!// and looked out.
Maybe it's someone else coming to say hi, then it'll join us to sit in awkward groups... she thought sarcastically, for she didn't have a very good nose and couldn't smell what Black Star smelled. But she did have very good hearing, and it had surprised her so when so many vargs could sneak up oh her, unheard.
//Eh...crap.//

The black bitch was wery of new comers. She wasn't one to trust others easily and this was one fae that would take her a while to trust, maybe. It didn't seem like she was very aware of her surroundings, thus making it hard to hunt with her. "Food, maybe, for the pack," she said softly,"wouldn't you say Exceri?"

The scent of something that varied from Koran was evident on the breeze, but until it got strong enough to appear as if it was right beside them - within the bushes - that the tora-ge decided to acknowledge it. Noticing how Blackstar had circled around them, she rose from her seat and her ears flicked forward, listening to the creatures movements within the bushes. Long legs lifted her above the others, her body lithe and svelte. Paws swiftly carried her to Blackstar's side, gesturing with a quick nod of her head for the others to follow.
"I'd say so. I suppose it's about time we hunted" She growled lightly, her voice low as not to startle whatever lurked nearby. Salmon pink tongue traced her lips as she prepared to stalk whatever creature had decided to venture so near to the group of varg. Perhaps it was a Herla? Or maybe something bigger, like a moose. Or it may be something small, not large enough for the four varg, and the rest of the pack, to dine on.

The commotion in the bushes caught the group's attention. Sabla slunk up behind Blackstar and Exerci, hoping that this would turn into a chance to learn to hunt with others.
Before this, she had always hunted alone, catching only rabbits, or an occasional herla. And with it being spring, and most herla pregnant or raising young, it seemed all the more easier to catch them.
The rustling in the bushes grew more violent, shaking the entire brush. Her senses were on full alert, and her instinct told her that the only way prey would make this much noise was if it was hurt, or disabled in some way....
Or that it was really big.
In fact, it was big. Monstrous size. She had never seen anything this big. It was a moose, but not just any moose. It was a bull moose, with huge antlers that seemed to gleam in the sun.
"Oh, crap."

A bull moose emerged from behind the bushes. Enough to fee the pack, eh. She had never helped take down a moose before, let alone one of this size. She knew, though, that more than two vargs were needed to take this monster. She went to one side of the moose. When getting freshkill, she knew that with large animals, they needed to attack at the same time and from different directions. She's seen it done many times before.

Long limbs tensed, sensitive nares inhaling the many scents that surrounded the group. Whatever was there.. There was no doubt it was big, and from what she could smell it certainly was something they could hunt down - in other words, it wasn't another wolf. The rustling and crashing got louder, and although her immediate reaction would've been to widen her eyes in surprise, her face showed no change in emotion. The bull moose that stood before them towered over the group, huge antlers rising out of it's skull and twisting back as a formidable weapon.
But they couldn't just back down from such an opportunity. This beast would easily feed the entire pack, if they were skilled enough to bring it down. "Oh, crap." She heard Sabla say, but the extreme hunting instincts that she'd inherited from her northern ancestors kept her silent, a steely gaze not flinching from that of the bull. Her entire body crouched, not in fear, but as she readied herself to take on this beast of a moose. In the corner of her eye she spied Blackstar stepping sideways, thinking the same thing that she was.
"Make sure you avoid the antlers" She muttered to the three varg. Not breaking the eye contact she had made with the bull, who seemed increasingly agitated by her 'dominance'. With a slight flick of her tail and nod of her head, she gestured for Sabla to take the moose's other side, while she'd tackle the beast head on. Although it was unorthodox, one thing she'd learnt as a part of Hyucha was that, for Blackstar's plan to work, you needed more than just varg taking the sides.
If you had the bottle, one varg would have to attack the beast head on, and try to latch onto it's face - thus frightening it further and making it intent on shaking the varg off - leaving it, mostly, open to attack from the others. Whats more, she'd once seen bear-hounds do exactly the same thing - but to bears. Yes, they were aided by humans, but their training intended them to be fearless when facing an opponent far larger than themselves. And if a dog could do it, a wolf certainly could.
Every sinew of her being tensing, Exerci's body lowered. Her thick coat visibly rippled over the muscles beneath it, and a tongue snaked out to moisten her jet-hued lips. Tail wavering behind her, the fae released the tension stored in her muscles and sprang at the moose - who had been to entranced by her eye contact to see the attack coming. Of course, it was probably too thick to as well. Powerful jaws sinking into the bull's skin, she had latched herself firmly onto the beast's forehead, just below the antlers. Here the huge weapons couldn't reach her as easily as they could if she had positioned herself elsewhere. The evident sound of cracking bone was followed by a bellow pain from the moose. It was time to initiate the rest of the attack. [/color]

'Watch out for the antlers.' I will. The fae had kept her eyes on the moose for any movement of it. Blackstar reached her position safely, the moose had done nothing. Exceri nodded for Sabla to ground the other side. When everything was ready, Exceri lept for the mooses face, grabing hold of its forehead, out of the way of its antlers. As soon as her teeth periced, the black bitch lurched forward, sinking her white teeth into to creature's side, dieing it's skin crimson. She dug her claws into its side aswell.

Exerci held the moose's gaze, a steely glare that was well experienced. Blackstar quietly stole her way to the bull's side. And Exerci motioned Sabla over to the bull's other flank. "Make sure you avoid the antlers." she whispered, never taking her eyes from the bull. Sabla nodded, nervous but willing to take the challenge, and she slunk around the bulk of the creature.
Then Exerci struck. She leapt up on the bull's head, biting into it's skull. The moose reared, letting out a vicious bellow and began to thrash his head around.
Scared that Exerci would get thrown off, Sabla tried to help in any way she could. She jumped in, snarling at the beast, and snapping at its legs, all the while avoiding its dangerous antlers.
