Morrow wagged her tail wildly as Nicolette asked if she wanted to play. Morrow had only played with her siblings since her birth, a new playmate would be fun.
"Yes! that would be great!' she yipped, giving her new friend a nudge, not too hard, with her muzzle. Morrow then turned to Tarkah asking permission to play, as both Tarkah and Nicolette seemed to be rather busy when she got there.
"Can we, Tarkah? Please?"

Nicolette decided that Morrow was okay to play with. When the pup nudged her, she flinched a little. Nicolette looked up at Tarkah as Morrow asked her for permission. "Actually, Morrow, could we see my Den First? Then we can play. You can come with us." Nicolette wanted to be familiar with where she should be before she went to play.
PS. ooc- I like your banner, where did you get it morrow?

Tarkah looked up to see a she pup. She growled afffectionatly. "Hello Morrow" she greeted with a wag of her tail. Her golden eyes soft as they watched the young pup. She grinend when she watchedthe two pups play.
The ivory drappa blinked and shrugged, "I don't see why not." she replied with a wink, "Alright then, you can play, but I suggest you two playing near the dens... You don't want your mother and father to be angry now do you Morrow?" Tarkah said softly and nudged morrow with the tip of her nose.
Tarkah then turned her head to Nicolette. "Alright lets head over to the dens. Morrow why don't you lead the way with Nicolette?" the ivory drappa suggested with a wag of her tail.

Nicolette listened to Tarkah's response. "Okay." she agreed. "Ready Morrow?" She looked at the pup and waited for her to take the lead towards the dens.

Nicolette started to follow Tarkah. She looked back to morrow, hoping she'd come. "Tarkah. What is the pack like?" She asked. "I cant wait to meet my father, new father" She saw Tarkah's face and asked "Is there a father for me?" She slowed.

As Morrow padded beside her new friend, she felt a wave of pride surge through her. Tarkah had let her lead the way, and it made the young pup feel very proud of herself.
Her head was swimming with daydreams when she realized they were nearly there. Morrow turned her head ans was about to announce this fact when Nicolette spoke to Tarkah. "Tarkah. What is the pack like?"
"The pack is wonderful!" she yipped. "You'll love them. Kahuri is our storyteller, my mamma and pappa are the healers. Our Beta's name is Phantom, and...and they're all so nice!" She concluded with a trumphant bark.
But her excitement faded as Nicolette asked, "Is there a father for me?" Suddenly morrow wondered something. She had never seen Tarkah's mate at all. It occurred to her that maybe, Koran had no Dragga after all.
She cleared her throat and asked softly, "Tarkah? Why does Koran have no Dragga? Did he die? Was he you're mate?" She let the questions pour through her head and out of her maw instantaneously, as all pups do.

Tarkah padded on her tail high as she grinned at the young Morrow. Turnign to Nicolette's question about a father Tarkah's tail fell as she let her gaze loook up to the sky. Her..her mate did not die did he? She had been so angry with him when he had come back again. He was never there. Tarkah had been in a state of depression for half of her life. It did nto do the Koran pack too well though as the snow white drappa would usually wait at her favourite cliff edge to see the vast valley's eyond, hopeing that she would be able to spot a red shape in thedistance coming hoem to Koran. She guessed he ran off again, though maybe one of these days he would return....again...but would he stay?
Tarkah turned to Morrow and Nicolette. Her lips offerign a half hearted smile. "Well Nicolette, yes you do have a father" she ventured as her tongue ran over her lips. "Cept. He's not here....and...I'm not sure if he will come back. But his name is Andre and yes he is the dragga of this pack." she turned giving Morrow a smile.
"He did not die. no." Was Tarkah even sure? No she was not, but she knew that he would not die no. Her heart never forgot him though she would not let her heartbreak disruptthe pack any longer. "He is a brave wolf. you see, he fought for us when there were humans near our pack. So where ever he is..I'm sure he is out there to protect us. Perhaps one day you will see him." Tarkah said and gave each pup a lick. Her heart grew heavy for the red dragga she had met when she was a pup, lost in a cold blizzard and searching for shelter which she found in a cave. And there was where she first met her mate.
Tarkah shook herself from her daze and smiled "Koran Dens dead ahead! she yipped her tail swaying again.

Nicolette was a little confused when Tarkah said she had a father, but he wasnt there. Then Tarkah cleared it up a bit. She could see the Koran Dens after walking a while. "Wow! I hope they all like me!" Nicolette called to morrow "Come on morrow! You too Tarkah!" she ran forword.
OOC--should we go to another thread or something now??

The younger gazed up at Tarkah as she explained about the Dragga. Morrow's heart was thrilled as the Drappa told of his strength and leadership, but her heart felt a bit heavy too. Tarkah seemed sad about Andre's absence, and thought that she must be terribly lonely. Her father and mother had each other, they always would, but Tarkah's mate was away. Morrow couldn't even imagine how that must feel, and she suddenly regreted asking Tarkah about the lost Dragga.
At Tarkah's call of "Koran Dens dead ahead!" and Nicolette's burst of speed, and calling her name, Morrow dashed forward, running beside her friend and the Drappa, toward the dens of Koran.
