I really don't know why you're creating this ahead of time without DCD's permission. It's terrible for you to just already have the material, and if he were to say no, you would already have it and would most likely illegally distribute it.. And then he could SUE you. Figure it out, Sudak! ):

well legally, i'm not selling a thing, therefore not breaking copyright *edit* now if I do finally get a response from DCD then yeah I'll try to distribute DVD's or something but I doubt that will happen for a while. He may not even give rights until he sees it. who knows.. only God and the future can tell *edit 2* ... another thing.. think of it this way. It's a bunch and bunch of fanart.... approximately 2697.3 fanart pictures worth of it

When you say 3D, do you mean that we will have to wear special glasses when we see it, or that it'll look 3D on the screen?

LOL, like the animation program I'm using looks like real-life. It's that in depth. But I'm thinking of just going to 2d animation like Balto 1 and the movies like that. for those of you that have seen the entire balto series. The other 2 get into a lot of computer graphics and I don't like the look of it, even though the third one was definitelly better than the second, story wise and techincal wise. Let me know your opinions guys. I think we can have a lot more teamwork from this site with 2d animation as long as we can work together and those who get involved are dedicated enough.

I personally prefer 2-D, I don't know why, it's just me, but first of all... To get to DCD you may have to send it to the publisher, 'cause they have de rights, I'm pretty sure. Anywho, if it's not publically distributed, it's fine for now, I think. I sent you an e-mail, Sudak, btw.

I prefer it to look like real wolves, so 3D is what I would want. I have Blato 2 and it's not got a good storyline, though I think it's cool that it uses Red Indian spirits like Pocahontas.

I think Bambi illustrations would be cool, but maybe brought up a bit in color. But it would look really nice I think.

well 3d has proven to be a real pain in the butt and in the wallet. So I think we'll try 2d for a bit and see how that goes

Neato! The Sight movie1 Man how are you going to do that! The Sight is a type of movie that you have to do just right or it will turn out to be a mess. Of course that is just my opinion. I hope you get the OK from DCD!

I hope you'll be able to put in as much detail as you can, because lots of things in The Sight are really important; hints and things. It will be so much fun to see it in theatres though, I can't wait! have you started on it yet?

*grins* My friend's dad is a lawyer, and i asked him about it- its illegal to give it away/sell it and tell somebody you made it up; if you just take credit for makign the movie you should be fine. But, yeah, you should probably ask DCD first...

Oh trust me guys I know and I wouldn't ever think of taking credit away from DCD for the story. I'm in the movie business in real life so don't worry about the copyrights and all that, lets just focus on the movie itself. I know it is going to take a while to make as it is it is a long book to begin with, and yes I can't leave much of anything out. I'll get back to all of you that have requested to help as soon as I can, just really busy lately. lata guys, forever Gryffin's cuddly wuddly, Sudie (Sudak)
