~Carcharoth will remain the First of the Balkar, and
Carnage too the Second of the Balkar. No changes have
been made there, making us the two main guys you seek
out if you so desire to join the ranks, which would be
helpful given our rather depleated numbers!
~We are in fact recruiting for the Balkar almost
constantly, so if anyone is interested in joining our
ranks, please make your way to our Joining Thread and either Carcharoth or Carnage will pay you a little visit to see whether or not you're up to the challange.
~We are in need of a new Lead Lacan and Nihtgene, anyone who proves
themself worthy, will be considered

~To keep TS traditional and relative to the book, this
pack will be a strictly male only pack. While i have no
problem with females posting threads in the balkar
lands, I will enforce that the balkar will remain a
male only pack.
~With the clearing of old members, there are now new
positions that you may claim. Two of these positions are
Lead Nihtgenge and Lead Lacan. You may
